These are good questions and I would be interested to learn about the answers to those important questions. May be we would learn something about the structure of ACLH shares in sometime in the future.
Great finding MadDog! I think this could potentially be good news for aclj shareholders. I am encouraged by such transaction. All what we need now is a move off the grey and this stock could climb to new levels that we have not seen for at least couple of years. Our shares could potentially worth far more than we initially thought. Patience should pay off and I hope soon we could get some good news. All what we need now is another possible update from the company. All in all, I remain cautiously optimistic.
I agree, emailing Mr. Thomas Russell could potentially be rewarding for obtaining an answer to the question on the table. What is the conversion rate between ACLH and PWEI? We all need to know the value of our shares. It is important to communicate with ACLH representative to let him know about our fair and timely inquiry.
Good luck to all.
Best,
Laminin
I was given this from a trusted source:
Rough numbers:
ACLH owns 47.5 percent of PWEI
PWEI has 30 million shares outstanding x $0.60/share = $18 million market cap
ACLH owns o.475 x $18 million = $8.55 millon
ACLH has 183 million shares
$8.55 million/183 million shares = $0.0465/share
So theoretically, our shares are worth 4.65 cents each.
Broker indicated that there is no offer on the table yet from ACLH management.
Does anyone here have access to the recent 1 page research report on ACLH? The report was made on October 12 2012 by Pechala's Reports Lubomir Pechala ACT CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES INC (ACLH) 2-weeks forecast.
Please, post a summary of such report. Thanks.
MadDog!
This is an extremely significant finding! I think it is great news that we now own nearly half of PWEI. I hope ACLH would deliver a PR next week to inform their share holders of this significant transaction.
I hope we would all recover our losses.
Good luck to all!!!
Congratulations, Kgem, gold is up to highest level in 6 months. Srgl is down to its lowest level ever.
Kgem: Why did you stop posting? Are you happy with the performance of SRGL?
New low today; we are now at the subpenny level; very impressive.
III like Kobe This is a very insightful post. Thank you!
Could you please explain the rationale for your proposed possible scenario of bring the PPS down by the market makers?
I would hope to see a reversal soon of this consistent downtrend of the PPS.
I am surprised that there are only 53 investors for SRGL. I agree, if those investors held pretty good then we could see a slow creeping up to levels above a dime.
What are your thoughts about the Rimini's report of august 2011? They predicted nearly a short term of $0.73 of the PPS.
III like Kobe: It appears that your prediction was not correct. Can you explain the significant and consistent fall in the PPS? Do you still think that PPS would recover?

When would the bleeding stop? Is there any hope in recovery?
It has been nearly a year since the initiation of phase I exploration program on the Vulture Peak mineral claims. Any thoughts from the experts on the proposed time line for actual results from such exploration would be appreciated.
No, you are not the only one. I am still holding; hopeful that we would recover sometime in the near future.
Kgem: Although I am convinced of your elegant and well thoughtout theory regarding recovery of gold, I am concerned that this may not be translated directly in a recovery of the PPS of SRGL.
Laminin
Kgem: It appears that you are correct: Wall Street Logs Loss: Investors See Spain Rescue as 'Temporary Fix.' Your prediction and analysis are impressive.

Kgem:
No problem, I do not have "premium" service on IHUB either. You are correct, I catched the free time on Friday, and that was pure luck.
At anyrate, your thoughts are greatly appreciated. You appeared quite convinced that there should be eventual strong correlation between gold perfomance and junior gold miners performance. I hope that you are correct. I have no choice except to exercise a great deal of patience and wait for the recovery of SRGL.
I do appreciate your supportive and uplifting posts.
Best,
Laminin
Do you have an explanation for the significant drop in PPS? I am down nearly 90%.
This is an important post.
Thanks for the fruitful link; I truly appreciate your invaluable input on this board. It appears that your theory is being validated rather nicely. I am impressed with your well thought out ideas. Please, keep it up! Thanks.
Kgem Thanks for an uplifting post in this difficult time. I have no choice but to be hopeful. I will take your advise and walk away from watching the daily performance of the market.
I would hope that the management would do something about recovering the value of their stock.
Another huge drop today. A new low of the year. It dropped nearly 96% from its high of the year. Does anyone here have a good explanation of what is going on with this stock.
This is a very thoughtful post; thank you.
i would imagine that many of us are under the water but I am hopeful we would somehow experience some good news in the near future. A buyout appears to be a fruitful exist from this difficult situation. You explained all ongoing issues in a lucid way, and I hope the management would take a notice of your thoughtful recommendation. Thanks again for your much needed help.
Kgem: Thanks for the information. This provides a great deal of hope for the eventual execution of your idea of a buyout. It is certainly not out of reach and it sounds like a realistic and more rewarding approach for both the management and shareholders. Lets hope that we would see some good signs serious steps towards consideration of your idea.

Kgem: I like your way of reading between the lines, and I agree with your assessment. This could be an overnight spark in the PPS. I would hope that SRGL would not be sold for less than a $ 1.00.
Do you know of another example of a junior gold mining Co that was sold to a major?
Kgem I realize that my prediction could be somewhat conservative in both value and time-line. It appears that your evaluation of the European market and its direct effects on the economy here at home seems to drive your valuation. It is conceivable that gold may recover its highs of $2000.00 but frankly I do not know how this would be translated in the PPS for SRGL.
Kgem: This is an important impressive finding on your part. I am excited about the vulture mine (Please see link below) on historical facts regarding this mine. This appears to be a home run to gold. SRGL should not be a penny stock. I predict that we would test $1.00 by 2015. JMHO.

Kgem: This is an impressive analysis of the Rimini report; great job, thanks.
I was somewhat surprised that your analysis places Rimini's prediction in the conservative range. Your justification, however, appears to be well founded. May be we should see more green days ahead of us; that would be good.
Thanks again for an in-depth analysis; I am encouraged.
Kgem: This sounds like a good idea; I will communicate with you on Friday.
I hope next week would be the beginning of a slow creeping up trend of srgl.
Kgem: Thanks. Well, I did not recieve a reply either on my phone call message to the CEO of SRGL. To send the Rimini report, I used the email address: kgem@yahoo.com.
Does anyone here know the current status of ACLH?
Thanks for your thoughts. I emailed you the Rimini report.
Do you think SRGL could recover its true value if gold hit 2000?
Kgem: I wonder about your thoughts regarding the Rimini Investments report on SRGL.
Kgem: Thanks for the interesting video.
I hope this coming week would not be a continuation of the downward trend of this stock. We already hit a new low of the year.
Kgem:
Thanks for your response. I am impressed of your positive response. I look forward to learn any response from the CEO. I do hope that this significant drop in the value of the stock is temporarily. Frankly, I am down big time and still do not understand who is selling at these levels; this does not make any sense. At any rate, thanks again for a very thoughtful explanation.
I am very dissappointed in the huge drop today. I do not understand what is going on. I attempted to call the CEO but she did not return my call yet. We just experienced a new low for this year. We may even experience another new low next week. This is a source of a major concern of mine. I am quite surprised that no one is posting any concern. Who is selling at these levels? What is really going on?
L
Dear Kgem:
Thanks for a very thoughtful response.
Your statement "Source gold will attempt to build shareholder value with drilling programs aimed at discovering ever larger gold deposits." is very significant. This gives me a great hope. If SRGL recovers its true value in the next year then I would think this is potentially rewarding investment.
I look forward to reading all your posts. You do have a wealth of knowledge that is much needed on this board.
Do you think we would have a PR soon for some positive news? I hope that we would see some green days soon.
Thank you for being so resourceful.
Laminin2
Kgem: Thanks for a very thoughtful response. Your explanation makes sense. Please, continue to post your thoughts on a regular basis. Your input has been very valuable and certainly fruitful of a lot of members of this board.
Do you think it is possible for SRGL to recover its PPS value some time in 2012? As you know PPS was nearly $2.00 two years ago, and I am sure a lot of people are somewhat anxious to see this stock recovering its true value.
I truly appreciate your insightful input.

Kgem:
Can you please comment on the performance of this stock lately. It went from 12 cents to 0.055 in less than a month. Do you have an explanation.
Thanks.
