This is a very thoughtful post; thank you.

i would imagine that many of us are under the water but I am hopeful we would somehow experience some good news in the near future. A buyout appears to be a fruitful exist from this difficult situation. You explained all ongoing issues in a lucid way, and I hope the management would take a notice of your thoughtful recommendation. Thanks again for your much needed help.
