Lin's comments in the Taylor interview just posted are big. He is saying, that he knows of a patients, via his mother, who son has gained significant, meaningful mobility. In fact, substantial mobility. He is also saying there is scuttlebutt and buzz around the patient group taking 291 -- their families and friends, which if you listen to it, means the drug is working. Working quite meaningfully. As he remarks, the patients themselves cannot say stuff, but they can share how they are doing with friends and family. And the F and F themselves are under no contract or agreement Not to communicate about the progress, if any. And the F and F's are themselves talking about real progress. SuBstantial progress, and this is why Lin is saying this is a trillion dollar opportunity.
A TRILLION DOLLAR opportunity, with Ngenf, having today a 200 million dollar cap, suggest s an eventual price for the shares up above the heavens and into the stratosphere. Lin suggests it will be the new Eli Lilly. I will settle for 1/20th of that.
Jay Taylor and Super Investor Chen Lin start about Nervgen at the 13.40 minute mark. And Lin is following his old Sarpeta Model where he bought that stock in the low single digits. He himself related years ago, that he actually flew to the home of the first patient treated, who could not walk, and saw with his own two eyes, that after receiving the SRPT drug, the young patient could walk. Chen related in a Jay Taylotr podcast, "What could I say. I saw him, and he could walk!" Lin perhpas made 50X his original investment, and SRPT stock today is 150 bucks a share.
And if you listen to him carefully, you see that he is pretty much following the same formula with Nervgen, which he sounds far more excited about, calling it a 'TRILLION DOLLAR OPPORTUNITY"
Today was a good day, the chart was simply too steep. I doubt Nergen will ever trade again below 2 bucks. The chart and story look very good going forward, My 2dc
As reality fades from the Longs, and true desperation seeps in, they go completely absurd. They start to go in the other direction, explaining how much their Hilarious Slop in the Bottle concocation will bring per month, or per year. Will it be $15,000 per month? Or should we charge $60,000 per quarter, to eliminate the bothersome paperwork? ...Or should we just charge $150,000 per year, per patient and be done with it? These are the worries of Anavex Longs? Their delusions so funny, but say, hey, where is George the Predictor, the Great Derilictor? We need him so bad, o so bad, to figure these messy details out for us.

10 star post! Hilarious and true🤣
He can speed up your timeline by 2-3 months if he hires a couple more X government flunkies per usual.
Remember too, our Count Dracula ceo sleeps during the day so that really cuts down on his work week.
When Doc238 earlier today posted that a properly designed RETT trial would take 3 years to complete and had a 25% to 30% chance of success, the longs on this Board are already counting their money. They are now celebrating themselves, for being "true investors." Too Funny.
Lilly AZ drug basically barely works if at all. The stock has gone from 290 to 900, LOLCNN.....imagine where Nervgen will be as the news spreads that it can rejuvenate nerve growth?..........in stroke, spinal cord, Parkinson's and AZ? As it stimulates and rejuvenates neuroplasticity.... to 5,000? 10,000?
He is in it for the money. You can have a great life for what he is paid, what is that, half a million per year. For a decade now, with his pals on the BOD. You live comfortably @ 160 grand a year, and bank the other 340 grand, less taxes. It beats the heck rather than working for a living, gives the illusion of success, and this can go on for another decade easily. The price of the shares does not matter a bit if you are dragging out half a mil every year. With your friends on the BOD, nobody can touch you. There are a lot of failed people in the world who have his degrees. He is not hitting a grand slam but nobody does, He is hitting a solid double or triple every year like clockwork. In the meantime, he runs his little R and D illusion.

I know longs don't like Kund here, who has been unequivocal and correct about this stock and this management. And why he gives his thoughts, and his interest, he has never explained. I post here primarily due to the @God Bless and "Good (or Great) News will be here in Just Two (or by next Friday) Weeks, that guy. I think this is a spider type who seeks to rope in small investors so he can spin his shares for small profits. That he himself has been wrong now for 3 years does not stop him from his hustling of older types who are vulnerable. Disgusting.
Why Kund opinions here may have to do with this financial hustler, or because he believs the company is fraudulent at the top, or who knows nor does it matter.
But ABOUT DOC238, why would people here, who are presumably sane, not agree with him. The fact is, they are not credentialed or knowledgeable enough to dispute his view of this. They are "nowhere nears" his level of scientific and medical understanding, plus it is utterly clear he knows the stock market, its arcane ways. Sure, I agree, no matter how smart, a person can be wrong, that is for sure. When he thinks the stock is a buy, perhaps from a risk reward it is, or perhaps it will never be, as Kund says, who believes the track record of management is the star to steer by. That the funds are not buying is also something to think about, in this very hard, and almost impossible area (my thought) of medicine.

Jay Taylor has had his own investing blog for several decades (at least), which has been on Kitco Gold and elsewhere and his stuff is always good to read. He is a stand up guy, not easily fooled. Here he talks of Chen Lin, who he says is the world's greatest investor (or at least that he is aware of). Lin has had quite a few 5 and 10 and 20 baggers, per Lin. Here is one of Lin's many huge scores, Sarepta (SRPT), don't know where he bought it but surely single digits. That Jay has been relating of Lin's stock exploits for well over a decade says that Lin has stood the test of time. Just buy what Lin is buying, that is a sensible thing (in fact, Jay had a column called What is Chen Lin buying? at one time, don't know whether he still runs it but clearly, Chen Lin is in now, and committed, it would appear, to NervGen. A good sign indeed. I bet Lin's track record blows away Buffett's.
It all depends on the strength of the results and the number of patients, and of course, the FDA will have access to the OLE program. If the earthlings have anywhere close to the success of the mice, who were tested and measured in a half dozen preclinical studies (or mice trials), then this could move shockingly fast. And by that I mean 2 years from now. For instance, they have a category called "breakthrough" designation, which can move things up substantially. Personally, I would view the mice as candidates for breakthrough status by the FDA, but then again, they are just mice. If the humans in any way remotely approach the mice data, things could move very fast. There will be a deluge of patient volunteers in this regard as well, and the ramifications would be staggering. Even small improvements would be heralded. And I am betting we get significant or meaningful, functional improvements, a logical position to take based on the preclinicals. I am not expecting patients to regain the sort of lower limb function the mice did, but then again, I am a pessimist, but who knows. It was a wise choice to give the patients stronger doses than were given to the mice. And I just read an informed post on stocktwits, where the poster said, because of the size of the human spinal cord vs. a mouse's, that he thinks that while the drug might be effective very soon in the dozing process, the ultimate benefits (the learning curve), may not peak for 9 or more months....Remember the company says the mice had not reached their ultimate functionality when the preclinical studies were generally stopped. This suggests, if true, that while the current patients are getting almost 3 months of daily shots,.....their progress upward might top out until another 6 months of the drug, or who knows, even longer, ...but this is all just speculation. Plus the ramification of the drug for other central nervous system diseases is incalculable. Time will tell.
A so called Basher cannot keep a stock down for very long at all, a day or two or three, and only if it is very thinly traded (under 50K shares per day). and neither can a Pumper keep a stock up for very long -- if at all. Kund is not the reason the stock has come down from 30 to 4, nor is Doc238 who provides astute analysis. Fundamentals always govern, in the intermediate to long term. And both have been right, btw. right for years too, so don't blame the messenger. Half of the people who have called Kund a basher have long since sold, acknowledging that he was right all along. Kund has provided older investors many living on social security, but who still want a little action a warning and a beacon to stay away, possible scam stock. He has done a public service. Compare to the @God Bless guy, a two bit trader who wants to hustle senior citizens out of their money with his ridiculous great news coming posts...all fraudulent misrepresentations.
They will have to do a second trial, there is no question of this.....and depending on the strength of the results, the FDA has various means and ways of moving things relatively quickly. The best that can be hoped for is that they are granted some sort of expedited approval, over the next 1.5 years, and then an approval, with the condition they run another trial post approval, in order to learn more. The stock price will of course go crazy as this takes place, with also the company's other ideas and other indications taking root. Should be a tremendous next 3 years, depending on whether the signal in any remote way approximates the preclinical results, which btw, our CEO says was gained in at least half a dozen preclinical trials, fwiw....which I view as now reliable.
a somewhat or half hearted or semi marginal signal in pre clinicals is just so, so....but our signal in at least a half dozen preclincal mice trials, was overwhelming and ginormous.
Investor extraordinaire, Chen Ljn , the world's best, knows all of this far better..
thanks, but with full enrollment in Q3, which we are now just starting, let's say by August 15th, the mid point, that would result in a very nice jolt to the stock price higher in late August, or early to mid Sept. Even getting the last patient enrolled in a trial such as this is big deal. Then the protocol requires 84 continuous daily shots to that last (new) patient, let's call it 3 months for that last one, so we are then at Dec. 15th of this year. I would expect actually 2 PR's, one of the preliminary data, which should be a blockbuster NR sometime in January 2025, with the full data release perhaps 2-3 months later. But the first PR will rock the world.
The stock will be ascending the rest of this year.....in anticipation. The market cap now is miniscule.
They will be analyzing all of the DATA which has already rolled in (I would think) as each patient or couple of patients graduate (actually while the daily dosing is taking place every once in a while), and we have already had quite a few already graduate from the trial regimen, for patients who have been in the trial since September 2023. through Q1 of this year. So I think it won't take long to finish up the data for the last few patients, as they will already have a near full data bank.. Which means we get a PR within 30 days or so of mid to late Dec of this year.
We will also get a PR at some point this year surely of the OLE "trial" being opened for the placebo patients, so they too will get the real drug certainly any time now soon (the first enrollees) and the already graduated patients who got the drug, so I would think this merits a very meaningful PR. They won't make these volunteers wait till the full trial is finished. We also should have something on the the new compound getting started this year (another PR), and remember, putting alzheimers's aside, the worldwide spinal cord market, both subgroups, is massive, a billion dollar annual market, and the MS market, (my quick google search, speaks of it being a 22 billion dollar annual market.....
but here is what has me genuinely excited. Check this clip from Dec 2023. Remember, the drug is supposed to show signs of working in a matter of weeks, per Dr. Silver (I would think within a month to 6 weeks +/....if not days?
But here is the clip that tells me they are getting a signal already from the patients already enrolled, it is her tone of voice which is soaring with enthusiasm, and the words she used. Preliminary for sure, but still....
check it out around the 42 minute mark. '
Also impressed by the people involved in this trial and the quality of management of the company....etc.

Here is another group, which actually does pretty quality stuff, and they too refer to Mr. Lin, who I presume has a following, and he should have. ....Lin has had so many (per Jay Taylor), 10 and 20 and 30 baggers...but this is the area where he finds them. at these prices or perhaps under 10 bucks. You don't get a massive score if you are buying a 20 dollar stock, By then, the brilliant investors have bought it so much lower. https://www.streetwisereports.com/article/2024/06/11/is-this-pharma-co-the-next-eli-lilly.html
Here is Jay Taylor's blog about Nervgen and Chen Lin, who he considers the world's greatest investor (the greatest he can find at least); One of Lin's many 20 baggers was Sarepta, which I followed. According to Taylor, he is seeing Nervgen as the next Sarepta. https://taylorjay.substack.com/p/is-nervgen-too-good-to-be-true
Having listened to the actual interview, which I posted, it is clear he is not referring to the clinical trial patient population, but he is projecting logically what will happen. How much he even knows about the status of the patients is completely unknown, but he was talking about pre clinicals.
Schekin, I am guessing the first patient was dosed in mid Sept, ....and in your post, Dr. Silver appears to be talking in the present tense, and that he is referring to people (certainly not lab animals). He relates:
Dr. Jerry Silver, co-inventor of NVG-291. Image credit: NervGen
“Now when we give the peptide or the enzyme, those connections that are smothered wake up very rapidly. Do you remember when you asked me how long it would take for people to get better? And I said it would happen very quickly within weeks. That’s what we’ve seen,” Dr. Silver said.
To me he is referring to the up to that moment, trial population. When did he make this statement, and do you have a link to the interview? Thank you. It appears that he is making an observation that yes indeed, "What we've seen" ...is that there is a signal from the injections and it appears to take place in a "matter of weeks." (Presumably 3 to 6-8 weeks (?) He is referring to how the patients in the trial are responding.
isn't he the guy that left anavex?
there is always a narrative to support a tiny bump. Retail hilarious. .....For those who believe in the hero with a thousand faces, who is to this board, the esteemed and dicey and evasive Herr Missling of the dark stringy locks, ...to those, listen to Rasselos, the Prince of Abyssinia, you are living a pipe dream.
It is the dream of if if if if if if if..............that is not investing at all, it is taking a lotto ticket. All of the ifs thus far, have proven to be deceptions.........."There's a sucker born every minute" is a phrase closely associated with P. T. Barnum, an American showman of the mid-19th century.
The Song remains the Same.
Expect a significant down day tomorrow. GREAT NEWS NOT
I know what the ceo will say tomorrow. A bunch of ambiguous and tantalizing innuendos to string retail along until this time next year. He’s got nothing; if he had something longs would have known 2-3 or 4?years ago.
the people here, and the company, and the inimitable "George" who truly is the face of the company, are spinning the idea that they have a drug that is actually helping, or slowing the progression, of Alheimers, with many more promises of OLE data. I can tell you, the market does not believe a word of it. If Anavex publised another laughable news release, . AVXL's trial shows that with its brain assistance drug, where our brain trials show the brain will not shrink if you take our drug.......and furthermore, we promise that we are working overtime to get a drug application filed, as we have hired 5 more former government workers...." ...........if they did htis, the market would laugh. The CEO has shot his load, the market knows this. A drug from a small dicey company like this, needs astounding results, because the market knows the way these small dicey companies are. ...inside and out.
I am actually gonna take a shot on this bad boy when she starts approaching a dollar a share. Then just play the anticipated news release for a "pop."...but always sell before the release, because once Anavex makes one of its 400 billion dollar market announcements, the stock always plummets. Gonna have some fun and time it as she approaches a dollar........Remember, Elliot Wave is true. Where is 123 TOM? He is my man for Anavex. Looking for a quick 20 percent gain on my money.
Relax because everything is coming our way. Guaranteed, ignore the manipulation of the past 3 years, and before. ..The truth will shine so bright. we will all be wearing Anavex sunglasses. Everything has been according to management's plan.
So....How's it hanging you guys? . I am a proud buyer, but only when she gets down there to 74 cents. I will grab 10 thousand shares and do what the Anavexers do....I will play it for a "pop,"....maybe make 300 bucks for funzies. But I won't overstay. I will be like Bas, the masterblaster Trader.
Why 74 cemts? because in 2014 and early 2015 she got down there briefly, after she was as high as 5 and a half bucks.
but due to fraud and manipulation our Girl went all the way to about 15 or 16 cents a share. Trust me, I saw it, and back then I bought with both fists.......so we are gonna see the ole double bottom. I am gonna buy the ole TRIPLE BOTTOM..which is around 74 cents, reverse split 4 for 1 adjusted. And after buying it for 74 cents, I am gonna apologize. and then just leave my money there, no worries and watch her rise to $1,429 American dollars, like all the IHUB anavexers say she will wind up.
It is simply not fair that us rich guys can so easily make millions this way. It is so cool being an anavex shareholder, where we know more than everybody, the entire market combined, and where a stock move from 20 to 4 bucks is something we crave for, so I can load up at 74 cents, per technical analysis. There ought to be a law about making millions which I will make, in the future. A lot to stop us Anavexers from getting filthy rich.
George and me and Bas will be worth 100 million a piece. All of this is coming our way, so just believe them. Ya gotta believe.
Some CEO of a major software company (was it steve Jobs and apple?_) once said that one brilliant software engineer is worth 100 average software engineers. Anavex can hire another 20 scientific advisors. It doesn't matter if they don't have one who has an insight into a product that is real, if developed. Why is this? Because the human body and the CNS in particular is almost perfect, the disease processes themselves the result of millions of years of chemistry that today's earthlings have only a dim or no understanding of. And CNS is the most mysterious thing in creation. It is not muscles or bones or ordinary organs, in fact the CNS should not be considered part of the human body at all, which is merely its vessel
Its chemicals and interactions we have no idea about, or how they truly work, not even a primitive idea, and won't have any understanding probably in the next 10,000 years, if we survive as a life form; the odds of this are unknown but i would say 1000 to 1 against. This also means the anavex speculators are at least 10,000 years too early.
and so all of this is just random throwing of ink on a canvas and hoping that if you throw enough paint on the canvas, you may get, in 10 million years, a Leonardo. Especially in this area of "medicine". ...it is not medicine it should be called, "HOPING FOR A MIRACLE." ..and this is what the Alzheimer's experimentation biotech space is all about. Which explains why none of the drugs in the space, the approved drugs, don't work. Talk about being over matched. We know scarcely more about the CNS space than 17th century physicians who used to bleed people to cure their illnesses.
The small companies in this space want to win the lottery, and for this and other reasons, they will not. The large Big Pharma companies in this space hope for minimal, and transitory "findings" in their fake trials, that they can then HYPE mad use politics and influence on, to leverage the FDA, a drug approval on......but the drugs don't work, that is the bottom line, and they certainly don't work meaningfully and for long. It is all placebo effect which can last up to 2 years.
When you are talking about rehabbing even slightly the CNS, you are talking almost origin of LIFE stuff. A Yale chair professor of physics once said the odds of intelligent life happening at all (i.e. the central nervous system) are far greater than a tornado travelling over a massive junk yard and when it leaves, you will see assembled a magnificent modern airline jet. He then concludes this is not random chance, the math is too staggering. We have no idea about how the CNS works and never will. The processes are in the trillions.
well stated! A lot of these hires are former government workers. Should tell you something. Picking them up on the downside is loserville. Sheat in, Sheat out. Ding-a Lings. If they had any real talent they would never have worked for the government in the first place. Your post sums it all up so well.
All of them scurrying over a non product. They should shut the company down and distribute the net cash to the shareholders, or announce they are shutting down their foray into the CNS space across the board, and that they will scour the world in another area of medicine or perhaps medical products, and lay off 90 percent of the employees in this event.
Is there grumbling among the Anavex crew? Is there grumbling among the Longs? The men who have disregarded the markets opinion and have followed their Ship down from $30 to $3.95 these past two years, ...so assured and confident that they have been buying it all the way down, hilariously. Is there grumbling? We shall disregard all things. We shall follow Anavex down and down. We shall go around The Horn.
Give me another swig of the Anavex Blarcasemine sugar pill. A/KA "Slop in the Bottle." Hey Mister, push that medication my way. Good for what ails you. Good for cancer, Alzheimer's' vascular disease. Use it as a preventative, just one swig a day for the rest of your life and you will live past 100. Good for carbuncles, for itchy skin, will reconstitute your liver in no time, and the placebo effect can last 2 years. That alone ought to get it approved by the FDA. Keep up the rooting, and keep swigging it down. Stops high blood pressure on a dime, in its tracks. Will fix a broken arm or leg if taken within 48 hours of the injury. Swiggin it stops tooth decay. It is multi purposed, unlike any approved FDA medicine or liquid in human history. In Australia it has been known to even grow hair back on men who have been bald for decades. Lobby your alzheimer's groups and AARP, call the police on the FDA if they don't approve it. The only hold up is that for some strange reason, Anavex has not filed the FDA application. It will be approved the day it is filed, and Slop in the Bottle has so many off label uses it will be a 20 billion dollar market seller in just a year or two. Keep's your skin feeling toned and fresh and glowing such that you will feel and look like a 24 year old. Eliminates wriggles or rinkles or wrinkles on the face, neck and makes the skin on the hands look like a baby's behind, completely new skin. It even changes the configuration on your face so that if you are a woman, over time you will come to look like a fashion model strutting your stuff down the runway up on the catwalk, what you have always dreamed off will come true with just one swig per day. It's cosmetic applications alone are worth 20 billion per year provided you are compliant with the directions on the bottle. The pill form is already in the lab, so there's another 15 billion in annual sales. Smells good too, not like the way some of the other competitor drugs smell like which is like piss. Our Slop in the Bottle is nicely fragranced. Your friends will want a swig, so just have them over for a Slop in the Bottle dinner party or a wine and Swiss cheese party. It is the greatest medication ever invented. If only DR. MISSSILING would file the darn FDA application! What is with that guy? ed. note: it also multiplies your money if you would only buy the stock. First stop $1,249 dollars per share. Allllllll ABOARD!! LONG AND STRONG FOREVER AND EVER!! Help George and Bas by placing this message on 20 message boards per day. It ain't no joke like the others.
I heard Missiling is heavy long the S and P Futures, short the Chinese real estate money and a very heavy silver investor. He is also a tremendous options player. Guy is sharp! He is a masterful trader/options guy. Doing it for years. He has a huge portfolio. I wish he would share some of his moves with us all., Then we could participate and lap up some of that gravy money. Somebody asked him, are you buying your own company? He just laughed and said nothing except, "honey I think I'll have another, this one on the rocks; make it a double." He then put the tip down the front of her cleavage.
as Kund has just suggested to the longs on this board, you are not living in the real world. Do not let them sucker you, there are a ton of unfortunate and fatuous crazies on this board, and some penny any hustlers as well like the ridiculous george, and Bas....do not get sucked in on a dream thing. These unfortunate elderly men are people who want to be right, but not understand obvious truths, and they want to be right with no evidence whatsoever, because their ridiculous unfounded thesis will result in money for them. They are desperate.
We have no idea of the CNS, do you know that? in a thousand years we won't know. It is not like a leg, a bone, the skin, the other organs like the heart which is just a magnficient muscle...........do not extrapolate to the human central nervous system. It has little if any connection to the rest of the human body. There is much data to suggest this, overwhelming data.............so don't think you can extrapolate. A chair has 4 legs and a horse has 4 legs, but they are not the same thing...treating a chair with a saw, does not mean you can treat a horse with a saw...
You will not understand this, because you are thinking of money. the oldsters here, emotional men, dreamers, have no idea. We have little idea of how the CNS works, so these applications to the FDA are basically scams, where you hope the FDA will cut you a break on Big Pharma dicey data......they have proven they can put the CNS to sleep, which is called massive drug induced tranquil drugs, and they have proven they can stop it, which is by murder or a gun shot blast to the face and skull...............but in terms of communicating with it, or fixing it? not a prayer in the past 75 years........we are ten thousand or 50,000 years away from understanding its recessed processes............You and the longs here are akin to the bloodletter physicians of 500 years ago, who felt that opening up a major cut on a human to let the disease out, would cure the problem. Witch doctors, hustlers con artists...this whole space, a spider trap for unfortunate investors.....come back in 30,000 years you will see how ridiculous you looked in hindsight, with these ideas of modifying the central CNS, a system that is 5 million to 50,000 years more advance that the troglodyte travelers of the current century,
Surely Missiling knows he is simply selling a dream. Which is why he is continuously for the past decade, so evasive every time he opens his mouth...talking continuously in generalities. If I were him, I would do the same thing, while collecting a wonderful paycheck. Remember...........none of the insiders in the past 15 years, have ever bought a share. I take it back, in 2015, Missiling bought about 100 shares perhaps 10 times.....he knows the truth.
