No, it should be renamed “The Boring Lot.”
Churak:
Good luck with that one; personally I believe it is one of your very regular posters.
Phil,
How come your posts don't get deleted: are you special.
Just asking; oh I forgot that's a sin. But Matt told me almost anything goes on "The Parking Lot."
sputnik:
Please provide links to substantiate your claims.
ToddWH02:
Their part is to drink beer, fish, and belittle others. You'd have a better chance getting OJ Simpson to admit he's a murderer.
sputnik:
I know that rule well and Matt and his Nazi Mod Squad can act accordingly if and when I break it.
sputnik:
tertiary syphillis
If I got it so does your imaginary daughter.
Leigh01:
You mean you made a mistake?????? You said Rule #3, not Rule #7; do you know what day it is?
Don't play semantics with me for you'll lose. Don't stick your big fucking nose into something that doesn't concern you.
I don't threaten; I make statements of fact.
ToddWH02:
Phil makes up the rules as he goes along. If he doesn't believe in the rulings of SCOTUS why the heck do you think he pay any attention to VISA?
Matt and Phil they be da man; just ask them.
ROTFLMFAO
Leiigh01:
I see you're another person who needs to stick their runny nose in someone else;s business.
By the way brainiac, I believe Rule # 3 of your sacrosanct rules says, 3) No discussion of stocks, especially INXR, QBID, CMKX or whatever cult stock du jour is active.
Or do you have a set of rules that only your little sect can play by?
All:
Members of Little Matt's Mod Squad have no balls!
Bullshitter:
You must be as tough as nails. I heard you and a dozen members of your Mod Squad beat the living daylights out of an 87-year-old lady but three of your group went to the hospital.
Man oh man I guess I should be afraid of you.
ROTFLMFAO
ToddWH02:
Bullshiier and his significant other Matt the Administrator have no balls. It's, "Do as I say, not do as I do" in their little Nazi world.
Phil:
Must you use such language? LOL, I guess with a vocabulary made up of 4 letter words, and uhha, and ubetchum, you're livid in what you can really say.
You can post profanities and feel secure your posts will not be remove 'cause you're tha man. Talk about abuse of power you sure show everyone how important you think you are.
sputnik:
Thanks for proving our case. You're almost as stupid as deadfisher.
redshit:
ROTFLMFAO
redfisher:
I know you couldn't drown 'cause chit floats!
sputnik:
Would you rather I lie like you do? Sorry to break your bubble but I've made my feelings known to Matt about how I feel about his "good ole boys' club" and their unfair treatment of posters they don't agree with.
Clem:
Jackie Gleason and Art Carney would have appreciated that: we'll all appreciate what ElectriPlast brings us.
To the moon Norton, to tha moon!!!
ins_101:
Well call Integral Technologies and tell their crack Investor Relations Department just what you think; You'll be told "There's always the bid."
qlt:
In part you said, 'They will tell you they did it because they "felt it was the right thing to do for investors that stood by them when they needed them",'
Gee, I've been holding shares of ITKG for many years and all the offered me was rudeness when I called.
kadiddlehopper:
Thank you for reiterating facts everyone invested in Integral Technologies should already have known.
ins_101:
Warrants issued by Integral Technologies were exercised: they either had to be used or lost was my understanding.
marsred:
I knew we could agree on something when it comes to Integral Technologies. :)
marsred:
Because I, and others, consider your ITKG/ElectriPlast DD incomplete.
Why don't we agree to disagree rather than continue these conversations?
There are others on this thread that support your conclusions, I just don't happen to be one of them.
marsred:
A)---I have no knowledge of who gatman is, and with all due respect, nor do I care.
B)---All I am saying is one must look beyond the tip of their respective noses. I believe Integral Technologies gives the bare legal minimum amount of information to the SEC, and the privately held JARCO says little or nothing.
C)---I certainly have no insider data to base my information on for that would be illegal. I do though look above and beyond the obvious, I do though look at information I have with a more positive view than others do. Some always see the ElectriPlast glass as half empty, I look at it as half full.
marsred:
I suggest your DD about Integral Technologies and JARCO may be faulty. Others feel entirely different about JARCO's impact on ElectriPlast than you do.
Time will tell who is correct.
kookiekook:
I stand by my post.
ToddWH02;
I don't know if Matt has done it for personal gains but he sure is running a "Good Ole Boys Club here." Certain posters can say and do as they wish, while other posters get slapped upside the head by his, Storm Troopers Against Freedom of Speech Squads.
It is amazing that on a system where give and take is suppose to be allowed, your speech is only allowed if it doesn't offend one of the goons or their friends; yup, Matt's Goon Squads stifle posters they disagree with.
kpod:
Sir or madam are 100% on target.
There is much positive activity regarding ElectriPlast taking place at both Integral Technologies and Jasper Rubber.
marsred:
What you and most of the other detractors fail to see is the fact JARCO has the front and back office in place; they have the sales staff and the production staff in place; they have the first class labs and shipping facilities in place. All of those "little goodies" JARCO has, Integral doesn't need to establish, or duplicate.
JARCO is the acknowledged producer of the various ElectriPlast Pellets and they have a fully qualified sales, production, and shipping staff in place. It appears the light at the end of the tunnel is shining a bit brighter.
Has Integral Technologies always been the model of a Harvard Business School start up company? No. Yet somehow they have been able to move forward despite some blunders and missteps on their part and are moving forward.
jkboston:
I sent an email to Michael Pound at Integral Technologies soon after the 10K was made public. Mr. Pound responded to me several days later.
plfminthemiddle:
Wish I had your "loose change" lying around as I'd also have bought more shares of ITKG on the recent share downturn.
All:
Today I received this response from Heatron regarding their testing and possible use of ElectriPlast.

May I take an assumption that you are an investor or other similar interested party?
I just had a similar request for this information a couple weeks ago.
After speaking with our Design and engineering dept at that time I was told that they are aware of the material, but could not confirm or deny its usage in current or future projects due to privacy agreements with the majority of our customers.
I know this is not the full answer you desire, but is all I am in position to divulge.
Thank you for your interest,

****I removed the personal information and replaced it with #s.
Guess I was smart staying with the Patriots despite the 16 1/2 points.
All:
I guess we must give serious thought how we discuss Integral Technologies' product called ElectriPlast.
We must use caution when we say ElectriPlast can carry voltage, heat, or RF. We must never ask personal questions of, or question anyone who disagrees that ElectriPlast may just be the disruptive technology the company claims it is.
I believe JARCO will lead ITKG into the future.
Guess I was smart staying with the Patriots despite the 16 1/2 points.
BullNBear52:
So here's the conundrum, as a 16 1/2 point favorite do I still take my Patriots against the Buffalo Bills in the office pool?
Decisions, decisions, decisions on a Sunday no less.
BullNBear52:
You are almost on target with your information about that game. It was the Town of Foxboro that said no more Monday night games; not the league.
It was an embarrassment for the team; it was an embarrassment for Town; it was an embarrassment for the League; and it was an embarrassment for true football fans.
I am not aware of the gunshot rumor, but I do know that after the game had ended, and fans were leaving, the Foxboro Medics were treating a cardiac patient in the parking lot. As the story goes, a drunken fan walked up and started urinating on the Medics and the patient. Several Massachusetts State Troopers and Foxboro Police Officers, absolutely bundled the suspect prior to arresting him. That moron was the icing on the cake that truly humiliated the Town, the Patriots, and the NFL. Personally I hope he still has bruises and scars as a remembrance of his abject ignorance and stupidity.
The Kraft family has brought respectability and prosperity to the New England Patriots, their fans, and the region. Believe me, the local media took Belichick over the coals for the “recent “camera-gate” incident. Most Patriots’ fans were shocked that Belichick continued recording his opponents Defensive Coordinators after the League told him and all NFL Coaches to cease and desist.
Last Sunday’s game against the San Diego charges, sans video cameras, reinforced what we Patriots fans know; the Patriots can win with their pure talent, and good coaching. The cameras were never really needed.
Mark Sunday December 16 on your calendars when Eric Mangini and his New York Jets once again meet the Patriots, but this time at Gillette Stadium. Would it surprise anyone if the Patriots really ran the score up?
