Good Luck to you.
I'll take my Lap Top to work on Monday. Maybe I'll up pick some.
Good weekend to you too.
Beer drinkers is what short term Investers were called with LLEG.
Turns out they were the smart ones. Stick with something long enough, and something bad will happen. Like it did in the last year.
Not if it is in a Roth
RSJ I'm in the same boat as you..
1/4 full as well, I also agree with you as regards Mikes interest in keeping this boat afloat.
I can't wait for those....
Selling for beer money days to come back!!!!!!
Renee, thank you for your clear explanation.
I could be completely off the mark here, I spoke with SEC a few weeks ago, and during our conversation I was lead to believe that LLEG needs an agent (MM) to start trading again. As LLEG has not produced any financials to gain the trust of a MM, thus we are still in the Grays.......
What do you think?
What do you mean by " ADMIN Proceeding"?
Good luck with that!!!
It is my understanding that you can still trade a stock in the gray's.
There is no bid- ask quote, merely a last price traded posting.
Not wanting to be smart, but I would like to draw your attention to a post you made 6/5/11 at 11.19. were you describe the duties of the FINRA. In this post you say "we". I took that to mean that you are part of that group.
Luckymydog. I would like to ask you a question.
It appears that you are a member of FINRA. What is the difference between your organization and SEC?
I would rather this happen now, as opposed to when it reaches .25.
At .oo5 we can recover sooner. If there is anything to these allegations it could well be a cheap lesson and a mistake not to be repeated.
How is that protecting investors?
OK. Uplisting then what! The PPS still has to rise on there own merits. Not trying to be glib here, but do you think the Big boys will look at us when we are at .05?
Agreed, how about a photo op with some big wig from DC. Standing outside the gates in Berlin. That might be news worthy and get into more than one paper. It's all about exposure. Just MO.
MAX, LMAO.
When I said some, that does not include me. All mile stones have been met, so where are the new investors? Well, I can tell you. If a potential investor were to hear of the second largest biomass plant in the US they may be inclined to buy some shares, but guess what! not that many people have ever heard of LLEG. Obama keeps talking about renewable energy and management waves goodbye to a good opportunity for a PR.
Some would say that would be a waste of money. We all pretty much know why it didn't move today. No PR IMO.
CTTC, as I said before, I had planed on buying more on PUC approval.
Not really wanting to miss the boat I bought early this morning.
If the PPS were at .0085 I still would have bought. The price is not as important as the accomplishment, after all, practically all the talk for the last several months has been about the PUC approval mile stone. Don't you want the PPS to go up? Tough to do without buyers.
Good luck to you.
Where are you getting all these plants from?
Civil Thanks for your post. You can probably tell that I am petty peeved. Please correct my if I'm wrong, but we have a closed deal in MA a LOI for CA, and cash. I do not know how much cash, but I would reckon that some was used on MA. We still do not know what the Berlin deal brought in. That, I expect is still to be determined.
I'm happy that your happy. I'm off to go see the wedding.
I will be taking my lap top, so that I can keep my beady eye on things.
Agreed, but I can't hold my breath that long.
IMO a good PR does not have to contain numbers, accomplishments will work as well. Biomass journals and the like will do. After all this is the second largest biomass plant in the US. That has to account for something. IMO more than half a cent.
OK, here we go.
LLEG acquires Berlin paper mill with partners...PPS .0075
PPS goes to .0011
Then we have a PPA.
Then we have SEC approval, PPS goes to .0067 or thereabouts.
PPS drops to .0035 on news of sale of equity.
The one thing that everybody has been waiting for...PUC approval.
LLEG is down 15 minutes before the close!!!!
THIS IS NOT WHINING. THIS IS FURY!!!!
Oh BTW letter of intent did nothing!
I don't consider PUC conditional approval a bathroom break.
You are kidding, right?
LLEG should have been at .0085 before last nights news. This is very disappointing.. I planned on buying more on the news of approval, and I did!!!
Tap. I too have been wondering why we are stuck in the doldrums.
I have come to the conclusion that almost all Longs have what they can afford, and then some in LLEG.
I think PUC approval is vital for the pps to go up in the near term. Long term, without approval I think we will be fine. There is a lot going for us.
However the run in late 09 can be attributed to day traders making quick easy money and LLEG flippers. Basically it was pumped up. Now we are in a different situation IMO. PUC approval first, then making some electricity. I do think if approval comes we shall beat the 09 run, then pull back.
Good luck to you.
Mike has said that CA project is in the hands of the lawyers. (Another group of professionals that like to take there time).
I think the announcement of some, wanting to lower there exposure should send a message to Mike. Is the PUC waiting for the new SEC hearing?
I'll go along with that.
Wood chips would use all the space in a truck bed. Harvest waste made up of small logs would have many air gaps. You can't burn air.
Investool, good point. Which kind of reminds me of a niggling little question that I have been longing to ask. Why is the wood chipped on sight at the plant?. Why can't the chipping be done at the harvest point, trucked to a rail yard and be transported to the plant?
CSX boasts that they can move 1 ton of freight almost 500 miles, using only one gallon of fuel!
Please explain.
Another good reason to have the power plant downtown.
The fire dept. is real close.
I saw his chart, LOL
What I know is...
SEC approval
Sale of equity
Letter of intent on CA plant.
Support from local & State for Berlin project.
Mike is unable to give details of any contract due to confidentially agreement.
Partial payment of sale, 2.5 BIG ONES
Modest salary to Mike and staff.
NO DEBT>>>
All good, but IMO we shall have to wait for up listing to get all the juicy details.
Lack of information is the reason. IMO, with PPA approval LLEG will move much higher... say .0085, then a small pullback for all those longs to take profits, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!!!!
Information coming on next project, then I expect to wait for months for up listing, at which point we will find out about the Berlin deal.
That is when I think we will go to .015. No info will be forthcoming about CA deal or other deal for many months. Hope that I am wrong, but this scenario would by typical of the way LLEG operates.
That is a lot. 500K buy at .00345 $15.63 fees & com.
I thought that pretty reasonable, everybody has to make a buck.
I've heard them referred to as E Turd. Why?
$8+ a very small fee. eg. $2-$4
