Letter of intent on CA plant.
Support from local & State for Berlin project.
Mike is unable to give details of any contract due to confidentially agreement.
Partial payment of sale, 2.5 BIG ONES
Modest salary to Mike and staff.
NO DEBT>>>
All good, but IMO we shall have to wait for up listing to get all the juicy details.
