Isn't this part of a planned sale of shares? Didnt Deerfield say they were planning to sell 2 million? I dont think its anything to get worked up over. They have been in this stock forever and need to show profits to their investors and they still have a chit ton more.

From a trading perspective it is frustrating because if it was for the the sells this would be in the $1.5 range and might even be at 2.

Although the financing doesn't bother me any I find the time very strange. Not that I think the managment is hiding anything...But This thing traded in the 1.2s for a solid month and if they were planning on raising funds why not do it then? Very dicey doing this so close to PFUDA IMO.

Perhaps they were hoping investor would excercise warrants to raise cash and decided they werent going to at the last minute?

Either way I believe chances for approval are very high so therefore I am holding through PFUDA. I am really hoping we DO NOT see price action similar to AVNR where a holder dumps a million shares out there and scares the chit out of everyone.

Yes its not a life saving treatment. But the trials show that Laviv has an outstanding safety profile.

Laviv will have great uses for burn victims, acne scars, and other indication. They are not life saving treatments but they sure as hell do help the patients A LOT!

With all these indications and a aging, self indulging society Laviv will do some great things in the market place IMO

The only thing, IMO, that could possibly be the problem is a manufacturing delay in terms of approval. All data points to approval and this will get approved eventually.

I am in the boat that chances for approval are above average but like I said the only thing that I can think of of why it wouldn't is a manufacturing delay...
