Negative. Jason owned 47% in March and reduced to 25% by August 18. By now...who knows?

Do you know how long he has to file this? Do they normally process these on holiday weekends?

L2 didn't work too well on Thursday around 1230 when a sudden 6.1 mil got dumped with no signal on l2. Wonder who did that.

Explain how Jason went from 26mil in march to 14mil in August.

No one here knows how many outstanding shares there are. The only thing we know, is that Jason sold almost 50% of his share in this from March to August.

Here is what we know. On March 13 he had 26mil. On August 18, he had 14mil. I'd listen to any explaination you have for that which would indicate this is a good investment with this in mind.

Run that back to January. He got in, took your money, and left. That how this works. Consider it an expensive lesson.

Well it's based on the info and filing you put out here. He bought a lot in the spring and in August he had much less. We will have to wait until the next to see who is correct. I'm guessing were at .0002-.0003 by then.

My guess is Jason understands how pennies like this one work. He put the right news out there at the right time and made a lot of money off of people like you. He's probably now shareless and you won't hear another thing about him.

It wasn't a lie. I've been in and out of this since 2008. The 3 mil I was referring to in that post was picked up at .0002 in may and sold today.

Looks like you are correct Max. It is unfortunate that us longs are left fighting for DD for an issue such as this. ML can clear a TON of arguments up with a hard-hitting, informative PR. Hopefully someone will include the bank-note issue in the letter from shareholders to ML that is being started.

I think that TYTN recently became Current and not one share was added to the O/S during November as evidenced in the Nov 1 and Nov 30 documents.

Say what you will, significant capital is needed to start a nation-wide business and everyone already knows that ML isn't getting the money from a bank....So he gets the capital from the A/S, so what? Know this before you invest, I did....Let's hope he has what he needs to get this baby primed and self-sufficient. Shorts can say what they will but once this baby is on cruise-control, it's gonna be tough to stop.

Nothing's perfect and there's gonna be trip-ups along the way, but IMO ML is doing his best and will die trying. If he were really stealing our money through dilution do you think he'd be in the office almost every day?! Who the f*$$ takes a "vacation" to China to go to a tractor convention?
