thanks to everyone contributing to this board ! it's always good to hear the sentiments of fellow NAVB shareholders and i do appreciate the combined contributions of info... lot's of collective DD being shared, makes it a little easier to stay informed... as far as dilution is concerned, i share the opinion of most everybody who has been following this stock and that opinion is that dilution just ain't gonna happen... it is not needed and it just plain wouldn't make sense given the ongoing plans of the co. and where we stand timewise in that process. i do anticipate some potential volatility as we get closer to Sep. ( with the shorts and all) but we've got a winner here fellas, IMO. GL to all holding !

To $heff and all the good peeps bringing the DD that makes this board possible, THANK YOU. longtime lurker here... started out basically just buying when $heff bought, after a couple years of saturating myself in DD and paying attention to the the trading wisdom which is freely shared here at $heff's $tation, I can proudly say I have become a way better trader ! As a result of this board, I have become empowered as a trader... essentially being "taught how to fish" as opposed to merely being told what others may be buying. I just received notification of it by mail today.... it is apparently on behalf of purchasers of YONG common stock during the period between 8/11/2010 and 5/11/2011. elliot greenberg plaintiff vs youngye. i wonder what this may mean for those of us who were in Yong during this period ?
