I've been looking at this company for a bit, they are losing money all the time, have way too much debt and ...

I have two questions for someone that has been XDSL for a while:

1. Does this company have a good/bad reputation?
2. Why is the stock price not going up on good news?
3. Do you think they are undervalued, why? (because I am leaning otherwise)

I am in big. Not much flipping today, the selling has been small in number of trades and shares per trade. This is going up soon imo. Lots of short-run interest building up. GLTA

Sorry, just read your message. Here's the thing:

The business model of this company does have good potential. However, I have watched this stock for a while now and can very confidently tell you that this stock is not going anywhere in the short-run. However, it may go up as always in anticipation of something like an annual report. Doing just some sort of DD (reading the latest few PRs, you will see that the numbers are currently very poor.

To help you out: OS is very high and costs are more than sales (meaning, net income is negative). Check out the number of sales * the cost per trade. Compare that to last years sales and last years net income (there will be more costs this year). And because the number of shares is at least 5x (maybe 10x), They will need much better sales. lol and I am just getting warmed up. Many more problems, have you seen the products on their website?

You are correct in that cell phones are not usually a gift. Majority of people use the holiday deals to by things for themselves.

BZCN relies on 2 things now cell phones and TVs. If that's the best kind of report they can give after the biggest season of the year for them, (27%, and almost breaking even). Stock will fall. But, I could be missing something, Good luck.

Yes, 27% is a huge disappointment for their peak season (the holidays). They are not making any money (just sales, not profits). I was thinking of coming back in but now I am definitely out for a long time. Good Luck.

BZCN does have a pretty good business. If it were run better, then this stock price would take-off. However, management is intentionally mis-managing there company, but managing there wallets pretty good with investors' money.

This sub-penny game just shows how far down we've gotten as a society.

I am a muslim and have seen honest practices lead to tramendous success. Those who are corrupt or greedy eventually lose (as we've seen in the past few years in hour economy).

I will need some help to start a honest/intellectual message board. I don't know many people on this sight yet. Lets get this thing started

So, if I came out and told everyone on this board, "This stock is going no where in the next few weeks." Read my previous posts and other sensible peoples' posts to see why. And asked, "does anyone have any recommendations of a solid stock?" And we all went and bought that stock, spread the word, and since it is a solid company they will keep releasing good PRs and good financials and we will all be rich together.

lol, I don't mind sandwiches myself, I understand what you are saying. My point is we could all make more money together than by separated. If people on this site united in to a few GOOD stocks, we would all make a lot of money together and fast. Rather than lying to each other an making a few bucks. Is that not accurate?

I figured I would join this IHUB so that maybe I can have an intellectual discussion with intelligent people, or people wanting to learn like myself.

But, what a waste of time. There are a few people that actually give well thought-out comments. But the majority of posts are just crap, most of which are people trying to trick people in to buying a worthless stock.

First, if anyone knows of any HIGHLY controlled/monitored boards where healthy discussion goes on, Please let me know.

Second, a theory of mine. If everyone was actually honest and people only discussed good companies (with evidence), we would all be in good companies and everyone would win BIG. And all the worthless companies would disappear. It would be hard to lose money. Comments?

They do have good sales (but not enough), which is why they sold tons of shares, definitely not a basher and am waiting to be convinced as to why you think the stock price will go up.

I was part of the last run a couple of weeks ago.

As of right now, I am not convinced that there will be another similar run. People are not willing to take the risk of buying in the mid-2s. If it somehow does get in to the mid 2s people will take there profits and bring this back to the 1s. I think it will settle in the 14-18 range for a week or 2 and start heading down as people lose confidence.

Of course, a PR could change things but I don't think one is coming. Sales are decent for BZCN but outstanding shares are up big time. Which won't help the stock price at all.

The last run was all on speculation of a big run coming (a run like last year). But that speculation is gone. I do hope that the price goes up so that people can make there money back; but don't be too greedy as we've seen today and numerous times before, this thing will dip quick.
