NOTES TO UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

During the fourth quarter of 2018, the decision was made to discontinue our involvement in future medical procedures due to our limited cash position, which hampers our ability to pay back existing debt to a current director and stockholder (see Note 5—Term Loan). We were not involved in any procedures in 2021 and 2020, and will not resume procedures unless we can access additional capital. The service revenue we previously earned has resulted in longer settlement times and a slowdown in cash collections. Additionally, our efforts to establish a market for the Quad Video Halo has not met our expectations, and we have cut back its development and operations. If we are unable to access additional capital in the near future, these recent developments could have a material negative impact on our financial performance and could have a material adverse effect on our results of operations and financial condition.

We are actively pursuing a merger with a private company where they become the controlling company. We find this the best course of action for our stockholders.

Further, the COVID-19 pandemic has made it difficult for us to collect our accounts receivable, as attorney and medical offices are closed resulting in delayed settlements and medical procedures being canceled, which affects our lease revenue. We are uncertain how this pandemic will affect our ability to collect in the future or its overall effect on our lease revenue.

It's pretty obvious with a complete management and company contact change. As for Mr Cortellazzi, Ernest prides himself on his DD but he neglected to realize Mr. Cortellazzi's UNFORTUNATE RECENT PASSING. A simple google of his name would show this. Also, Mr. Andrew Barakett has been the utmost gentleman and always answered shareholder inquiries in a very concise, friendly and proffessional manner. Making unwarranted allegations against him is shameful. Furthermore, it would be a blessing for a change of tune here. For the record I'll be staying... Thank you! The whole point with that was to provide PROOF of a functioning unit with a scalable heat engine or did that go right over everyone's heads. Thanks for highlighting this! Evidently many including myself have never designed a revolutionary product and therefore do not comprehend the peaks and valleys involved throughout the development process. Granted, there have been many but that's life.

Indeed, TONS of proof, all you have to do is refer back, read and enjoy. Yes development is slow but again that's life. Proof is all there. Pictures previous testing etc...do your own due diligence and all shall be evidenced.

Tons of proof of a working unit has been presented. Because some are in denial is not my problem.

Perhaps your interpretation of what they said equals lying but not everybody sees it with negative blinkers on. What I see is the inside of a world renown lab completing testing on Wanderport's microwave heating unit. Believe it or not. Furthermore, I have never had the pleasure of investing in a stock where the company was COMPELLED TO PROVE ANYTHING TO A MESSAGE BOARD FOLLOWER. Lol lol

There are pictures of the unit being tested at intertek of which Only a blind person can avoid. Have a closer look.

Just because you can't see the unit in pictures or believe that intertek ran tests is not my problem. There has been a working unit for quite a while now. Perhaps it doesn't work well and has not been perfected nevertheless it works. That is based on facts released and very obvious.

See pics all over the place including this message board. Testing and reporting results is exactly what they will be doing.
