i knew there was going to be a share payout.
But when i spoke to my Etrade rep, she suggested it was cash. That threw me into confusion.

My OP was seeking clarification about this.

Does anybody know what the payout is.
Are they shares or cash value.
When can we expect the payout to be made?

Those guys weren't even aware that a settlement was reached.
I don't think EC guys have any say in the settlement offer.
AFAIK, Rosen mentioned that deal was subject to approval by bond holders, not Equity Comission.

The fact that WAMUQ's or WAMPQ's havenot appreciated to 8$ or 1000$ respectively shows that market doesnot believe settlement will be substantial.

in case of settlement, if WAMPK's are going to paid in full [1000$], why are the PK's still in $80's. Shouldn't they be near $1000.
