So the quarterly report is 1.5 months late...is there a timeframe where it has to be submitted?
Is there any hope for this at all? Is this completely dead or are we likely to see another "merger" possibility that could uptick this a few points?
ITNS is indeed their pick. Hopefully, not a quick pump and dump, but I know better.
Must be nice whoever got 10,000 pre-market opening shares.
How could it possibly be late? Not like there is anything new to report. Does this happen often with stocks with nothing going on?
What is the basis of your fraud accusation? What is fraudulant? The technology? The PRs? The people?
Do they ever plan on starting?
Does ITNS have any other acquisitions in the works? I would hope they're not betting their portfolio on one company.
Well, I guess that's that...only hope is for another RM pump to get this back to something salvagable.
Well, I guess that's that...only hope is for another RM pump to get this back to something salvagable.
Sure, that makes sense...but this is the pinks, where usually nothing makes sense.
It's certainly possible they're fishing with this technology.
Does anyone know if ITNS has had any interest in all of this? Are contracts inevitable at this point, or are they still at the point where they have to "prove" this to everyone before someone will take a chance on using it?
That could take years if we're not to that point yet. Just curious if anyone knows the type of companies that may have already contacted ITNS wanting to do business NOW?
From what it looks like from today's PR, it looks like they have a thought out communication plan to garner interest. That isn't a pump, it's a plan.
Anyone that manages anything knows that a communication plan is always part of new product, new process, new technology, etc, etc. I view this that they have actually planned and thought out a project plan to begin to market this to the masses.
Hope I'm right.
What could they possibly tell us in a PR we haven't already found out for ourselves...PRs don't get that detailed.
What's the PR going to say that we don't already know? We know the technology, we know the company, we know the potential? What else is there to say unless we are surprised with some contract for some type of commercial application.
Other than that, why would we go so high?
By the looks of the new companies website, it seems this new technology is just starting to be released (looks like first communication to public was back in October).
I would guess that ITNS has purchased this company knowing there has been some decent interest in this technology, hopefully by some big names.
It's all going to come down to who gets on board with this. This could be nothing, or this could be enormous. That's the gamble.
I'm hoping the ITNS people are savvy enough to know they have a decent shot at making this marketable, and have some very interested clients waiting in the wings.
Does anyone know if this has been demonstrated anywhere?
Where is the Q3 update...I can't find it anywhere?
I have no idea what it's for and I'm not insinuating anything. Just saying there was $8M in expenses, which are high based on comparisons to previous quarters.
Calm down.
Well, they had $8m in expenses for something.
And doesnt the 10-Q say that over 8 million dollars have been spent on merger fees? Seems odd to spend this kind of money with no intent?
Ho Hum...we'll just put in on the website. Management surely doesn't seem to think this is as "game-changing" as others on here.
I find it odd that they came out like gangbusters for a couple months....and then silence. Weird.
I hear ya...but it's not that hard to provide an update if you say you're going to provide an update. Again, that's all I'm sayin.
A PR would take 30 minutes to write and review.
I have no problem with delays...but if you say within 30 days, that should mean within 30 days. If there's a delay, then tell us...that's all I'm sayin
So we shouldn't believe they can do something as easy as get out a PR like they said...but we should believe they have "revolutionary technology"...yeah, that makes sense.
If so, that's BS...confidence eroded if they don't provide some kind of update today.
If you say you're going to give an update within 30 days, you give an update within 30 days. Ignoring that hurts credibility and accountability to shareholders.
They still have through Friday to provide an update before I lose credibility. As long as they do what they say they're going to do...then fine.
I realize things can happen that may delay things...but it still stands that they should still provide that update within 30 days.
I guess we'll see.
And again, what are the chances of a "delay" PR by Friday? The closer we get, the more likely this is.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
Why do I get the feeling that Friday is going to come and go with no news?
Is this a hint or a guess?
What are the chances we get a "we've run into some issues...the acquisition is delayed" PR?
Wouldn't you think it would take a decent amount of time for their documentation to get in order before they can uplist? Are you talking uplist to NASDAQ? Don't you need a minimum of $2 for an average amount of days to even be considered?
Wouldn't the uplisting be more long-term?
Within 30 days of the last PR...just like it said. Anywhere between now and 11/11
Please post specifics of where I bashed this stock.
That ain't gonna happen.
We already know that...I thought you were saying there is somthing new on there.
What exactly are we looking at? In the portfoio section it just states they are looking to acquire companies and we can come back and learn about them once they do. Other than that, it's general information we already know or PRs that have already been communicated.
Am I missing something?
My take is that it is not a coincidence (I guess it's possible for it to be a coincidence, but the percentages are low)...what that means for us, I have no idea, but it certainly seems like some of the parties involved were involved in this deal.
If that's the case, why wouldn't have these "entities" bought long before it was .05? Makes no sense.
He doesnt know anything we don't know. Hos opinion is speculation just like ours.
Goes any lower people are going to start panic selling.
What the hell?
Not really a reverse merger here.
