imo this will do better than it has in the past. everyone is looking for a deal this year and it will show in the sales. the damn economy is going to be down for awhile and biz and others a like will reap the benefits!

thanks. i see a lot of concern on the os/as... this company has reduced the share count already, and imo, until profit margins begin to increase we wont have any reduction until then. unless the company has been buying shares in the open market when they can, but that is just pure speculation. since they are just beginning to become profitable, i cant see a reduction from the company until dec the earliest or the first quarter next year. again, my opinion

a. transparent
b. highly motivated in the success of their product
c. 3 companies in one
d. not greedy, salaries are less than par for what they have here
e. very honest with all aspects of the business
f. understands without shareholders, company would not be as successful
* this is info is all my opinion and what i have found thru DD
3. share holders:
a. sees a lot of upside in this company
b. management is very understanding and quick to respond(if they can, with respect to the laws)
c. reduction of os/as shares, bring it to acceptable levels by cancellation
d. no..NO! dilution what so ever
e. a lot of long term investors willing to sit on their shares!
(being a penny stock, this is unheard of and shows the strength of this stock. That is why you can throw out all the rules on this one!)
f. The potential of 2 more J.V with 2nd largest automaker in china. fyi, china's economy is on fire right now and they have money to burn!
g. marketing has not really begun to hit the rest of the world, but if the final to jvs from china happen, a lot more big corporate eyes will see them
