f. the efficiency beats out most others in the market
2. management:
a. transparent
b. highly motivated in the success of their product
c. 3 companies in one
d. not greedy, salaries are less than par for what they have here
e. very honest with all aspects of the business
f. understands without shareholders, company would not be as successful

3. share holders:
a. sees a lot of upside in this company
b. management is very understanding and quick to respond(if they can, with respect to the laws)
c. reduction of os/as shares, bring it to acceptable levels by cancellation
d. no..NO! dilution what so ever
e. a lot of long term investors willing to sit on their shares!
(being a penny stock, this is unheard of and shows the strength of this stock. That is why you can throw out all the rules on this one!)
f. The potential of 2 more J.V with 2nd largest automaker in china. fyi, china's economy is on fire right now and they have money to burn!
g. marketing has not really begun to hit the rest of the world, but if the final to jvs from china happen, a lot more big corporate eyes will see them
