Starting to look that way, $900 trade followed by a $2100.

A little action the last couple of days. Past news was interesting. Wonder if something is getting cranked up.

It looks like they will convert, but the series E shares are split between three directors (beneficial owners), and a few are held by Stephen Funk/Alta Investments, who is also a beneficial owner.

At this point I don't think it's horrible info. We aren't talking billions of shares.

Something to consider, around 2 million shares were bought early under .0055. IMO, many of those are being sold at or around .01 for an easy 100%.

The news was impressive. It should bring in some folks in the coming days. I'll be watching it.

Interesting. This could be a mover over the next few weeks.

LOL gee wonder why we kept hearing this was going to .0004 for months, but we haven't seen it yet. I guess if it's repeated enough times, it may become true at some point, lol.

LOL LOL LOL funny how we keep hearing about all the selling, yet it's still 100% higher than where we have repeatedly heard it would be. Someone is apparently holding overnight, since the price has stayed well above of where we kept hearing it would fall to.

Looks like they started buying the stock back already. I thought this was about to drop again??? Well, isn't the first time we've heard that. I think we heard it was about to drop 9 or 10 times over the last 5 weeks or so, lol.

LOL, I'll tell you what's funny. For weeks now, we keep hearing "going to .0004", "sell your shares", "don't get stuck"......LOL. Just keeps popping back up, huh?

We heard this same thing last week, and surprise surprise, no major selling, lol. Last day of the year. Market has been open for an hour. Zero volume. I'm not seeing that tax loss selling we often hear so much about. I think this statement gets made in hopes of encouraging selling, since it is said so often, but is rarely supported.

I wouldn't say long term play. However, I would say its been a much longer play than some folks thought, lol. Also, it went much higher than folks claimed. Over 1000%, lol.

I think we've heard it's going to fall every week for the last four weeks, lol. Well, I guess at some point, if its forecast every week, it will happen at some point. Then folks will claim they were right, lol.

You never know though in pennies. It could move up or down.

Who cares. There have been many many people make a killing here. 1200% now. We've heard the doom and gloom, and how it was about to fall, but didn't. Most people realize how penny stocks work, and those that do made out well on this one, lol. I laugh at gloomy forecasts, that are way off, and the stock keeps moving up. Lol

LMAO, stocks don't move up with more selling than buying. It's simple supply and demand buddy. All I have to say is 1200% on a stock we heard would sell of two weeks ago and was going back to .0005s last week. Lol. Hard to forecast penny stocks, lol.

Yep, they always run at least once after they drop to trips. This one has been pretty long and sustained. Many people have, and are doing well on this one regardless of all the noise and very inaccurate downward forecasting, lol.

LOL.....Wow, still going....900% now, and we were told a Friday sell off was coming two weeks ago, and it was heading to .0005s last week, lol

So, you have a buddy with the SEC (they'd have to be to have that info), that lets you know when companies will be charged. That's interesting.

.0007 or .0008.....does it really matter, lol? Stock is up off its lows 600% at 7, or 700% at 8. Maybe folks are happy where it is, two weeks after they were told there would be a sell off before the weekend, or when they were told is was going to 5s and 6s last week, but went to 8s in minutes, lol.

It's hard to predict these pennies with any type of accuracy.

I heard those floodgates we're opening two weeks ago, yet they apparently stayed open. Folks made some very nice gains here

Lol....It's much better than two other forecasts we heard about. We heard there would be a major sell off last Friday. Never happened. Then, just yesterday, we heard 4s and 5s coming right before it went 7s and 8s. Lol lol lol lol

LOL, I heard it was about to go 5s and 6s earlier, then it went 7s and 8s. I don't know, but I imagine folks who made 600% here are pretty happy. Also heard everyone was going to dump last Friday, and that didn't happen either, lol lol lol

Another good one, that has provided some nice opportunities over the years.

Look at this thing climb back up. Stayed at .0001 forever. Made a big climb. Some said it would crash last Friday, but didn't. Now climbing again. Trade smartly.

You sure about that 1.8 million figure. It's not what I'm seeing as far as selling goes.

LOL. If there only was such as service. Some don't understand AS and OS. Just because the AS increases, it does not mean the OS increases right along with it, lol. Its confusing for some.

I've seen where the AS increase has been referred to as an OS increase, lol. Oh well, most understand the difference.

Bid ticking back up

This one has been pretty quiet even during previous moves up. That 10Q is impressive for a company trading at .07. I think it will go higher.

I've watched this for a while and figured it would go at some point.
