Call TDA up. They will reverse the charges. They did the same thing to me but if you call them they should reverse the charge since you already paid for the R/S of your free trading shares. The charge was reversed for me. Good luck.

I'd rather make my money back or lose my whole investment the honorable way instead of stealing money from other investors. I respect your position but I would never short any stock. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

People need to check out the legality of whats going on with the short sellers instead of placing all blame on the company for the PPS decline.

My guess is they were waiting for BMGI and SWRS to uplist on Pinksheets before distributing the divi's. Maybe we'll see some next week.

How can it possibly fly carrying around all those short sellers. Lots of 100 and 200 share sells again today driving it down. We'll see a couple hours after close what the percentage of shorts there were today. I think it was close to 60% yesterday.

Just for the record, I am by no means all sunshine and roses about this.I am quite familiar with the other side of the coin. Do you think I like seeing the PPS where it is right now? My disagreements get forwarded to the right place and the right place is not on a public message board of a stock that I own. If I lose my whole investment, I will not come back and bash the company. As far as the company diluting, that may or may not be the case. Mwab52 posted a short list the other day. I suggest everone study that list and come to your own conclusion. Just today almost half of the shares traded were shorted according to that list. You be the judge on what's killing the PPS.

The point I'm trying to make is that alot of people were saying before "Where are the divi's?", "The company is lying about the divi's" "They have no intention of issuing the divi's". Now, they start issuing the divi's and people are complaining about that. There is a complainer for everything.

How can you screw the shareholder when the shares are given to them for free. What's wrong with getting free shares whether they're restricted or not. THEY ARE FREE!!! Why complain about something that is FREE?

I say everyone needs to study that short list that Mwab52 posted on post 48271. If you want to know who is pulling a job on us, I believe the answer resides in that list. That post should be stickied to the top IMO.

If you lost money then you must have sold. If your still holding then you haven't lost a dime. You only lose if they go bankrupt, which by the way this company not only has not gone bankrupt during this recession, but has eliminated most of it's debt and is starting to proceed with their plan. Lots of people got in this stock with dreams of being rich. Now that they know it's not going to make them an instant millionaire they complain and say the company is a scam or DM is a thief. They don't have the patience to stick it out and help build a company. They don't actually read the statements from the company itself that tell them that the company must raise funds through selling of stock.(dilution) They say "look at their financials, they haven't made any money". Well, of course they haven't made money cause they haven't sold anything yet. If you don't have the patience for a pink like this then you should move on and don't complain about it.

Thats a good question. I was just assuming that a short list from FINRA would differentiate between a short sell and a sell from dilution. You would think that if they are publishing a "Short sell list" that they are giving you information about actual short sells.

As far as DM's intentions, how many pink sheet companies out there do you know the true intentions of? How many pinks out there are showing you financial statements? How many pinks out there are showing a drastic reduction of debt? How many out there are implimenting what they said they are going to do?
