Oh yes!! That last RS killed me also. I started buying this stock years ago at .80 a share. I ended up with 2.5 M shares and it just kept fallen and than BAM! RS left me with alittle over 2k something shares. I bought 500k shares at 000.4 in hopes to rebound my loses but of course all I did was add on to them. you live you learn!
The ask on my scottrade shows $1.00!! wouldn't that be nice.
After hour crap most likely......check it out............

Sure wish I knew!! I bought into this stock in 07. Why, because back then DM was believable, a great salesman or Con man! He was always working a plan to take more money. I wish he would come back out just so I could sell!
Hello there. Has anyone spoke to anybody in the company this year? Any word on a new website? I called the number listed and got an answer machine. I guess that's better than no company answering machine.
must have been after hour bs! last night my scottrade acct. said ask was .0009 on here as well. maybe a sign of whats to come...i hope!
ask is at 0.0009! what's the catch? good upward change I hope!
It's been nearly 4 years now and I feel like I'm holding on to a rope that's been tied to the back of a pick-up while I'm drug up a rocky hill! All this time I've been smacked, slammed and beat down and yet I could just let go!
I remember when I first found this stock, "EBOF" just a year before I bought, it had come off a $7.23 drop setting at around .80 and I bought my first shares. The plan DM spoke of sounded beautiful!
Time has sure proving other wise. Why do I hold on.....? Hope, maybe. or I'm just a bit nuts!
I keep seeing the ask change after hours a then go back. Whats up with that!?

Your right. It was about 11pm west coast time. I logged on and off of my Scottrade account to see if it would change. The ask was also at .10 on IHUB. Of course, I sign on this morning and same old .0002! it was a nice 'thought' for a second there.
On another note, this link is showing a fuel station up and running under the name 'Evolution Fuels'
http://www.topekagasprices.com/Evolution_Fuels_Gas_Stations/Topeka/124979/index.aspx
anybody notice the ask is at 0.10?
There's a lot of truth to that!
Haven't been on to reply. Your right, I'm not aware of any stations up and running yet. I didn't stat there was. There is huge doubt floating around DM's capabilities in fallowing threw. I am pleased that some stations are on the drawing board and from my understanding little but some progress has been made towards getting a station running. I think if DM had more (if not some) working capital things would move faster. Look, I invested money in this stock and began doing so at .80. I will not spend what I cannot afford to lose but I have put monies in. If you have stock in this company's as well, what do we really have to look forward to in the capital going up in this company, more than stations selling FUEL! There has to be some confidences or hope in the fact that a company can and will make money at some point, be it 1 month or 10 years. If not, why would anybody invest in a stock?
Been a long time since I wrote on here. I haven't wrote since I lost over 2.5 million shares from the big 600 to 1 split!
I too am one who started investing with this company back in the EBOF days Jan. 2007. Bought in around .80 held on and picked up more when it hit rock bottom. I was hurt when I lost all those shares but have recently, (carefully) picked up a few hundred thousand more. Why!? That is the big question isn't it. Well, because I believe in something. One of the big reasons I was so bummed about losing all those shares was not just the fact that I felt betrayed and rippedoff but that I wouldn't have the shares to capitalize on the climb. Here's my reason, I believe in the Alt. fuel for this country and I believe most do. I strongly believe once these fuel stations are up and running that's when this stock will climb. The good thing is DM is continuing to move forward on the fuel stations. In my opinion, once evfn has fuel to sell and customers to buy, that will bring up this stock. It's never going to happen on just speculation alone. Money first than some added speculation. The way I see it is, this stock has been alive for a long time. If DM was putting on a show. I think he would be caught by now. Lets go fuel stations, lets go consumers, lets go cash in my bank!
This is not why I spent over 3 years investing in this company.
It is what it is! I feel like I'm back were I started from.
Just a few thoundsand shares. I wish I didn't start buying shares back in o7 at .80. I wish I would have bought them all in the 0001, or 0002. Aleast I would of had more when we got hit with the split!!!
I believe the stock is not moving because as of now Evolution fuels is a company with a good vision with no product to sale, = no stream of revenue. Once the fuels stations or up and fully functional, they will be a company with a plan, a purpose and revenue. Over time it will be great.
This is good news. There are steady moving forward on there development of this company. I'm hearing about a lot of progress and yes, no change bigger than the norm, for now.
I've been holding on strong for almost 3 years now and I believe I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel! Praise God!

Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced its plans for bringing increased public awareness to the advantages of the use of renewable fuels within the retail transportation fuels market as part of its branding strategy. The program will be implemented through its subsidiary, Big Star Informative Media LLC, also an affiliate of Big Star Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BMGI).
The Company's plan will include targeted messages to the public through various media outlets, as well as providing messages at the pump in the form of video clips to be displayed on monitors at each of the Company's fuel dispensers. The video clips are slated to feature recognizable celebrities who endorse the use of renewable fuels.
Big Star Informative Media LLC, a 50/50 joint venture between Evolution Fuels and Big Star Media Group, Inc., intends to apply for a grant through the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Biodiesel Fuel Education Program. This program provides competitive grants to eligible entities to educate government and private entities that operate vehicle fleets and the public about the benefits of biodiesel fuel use.
The Company believes that by proactively describing and delivering the facts regarding the advantages of alternative fuels, it will not only overcome many of the concerns about the industry, but will also allow the consumer to associate the Company's brand with a high quality, reliable product.
About Evolution Fuels, Inc.
The Company endeavors to market renewable transportation fuels at retail fuel stations that will provide blends of ethanol ranging from 10% to 85% (E10 to E85), and biodiesel blends from 5% to 20% (B5 to B20). The Company's plan calls for the development of a chain of renewable fuel stations that extend from Texas to Mississippi that will be a combination of "Evolution Fuels"-branded fuel stations/convenience stores and western-motif truck stops modeled after the Willie's Place Truck Stop in Carl's Corner, TX. The Company's Web site is www.evolution-fuels.com.
Man '0' Man! You know, sometimes I check my stock and I think, " Sweet, we can do this, show me the money!" Lately it's been like, "yep, still there". " Will this thing ever move?"
Now, I know we will benefit in the long run, but damn! Have mercy!!
I think you hit it right on the head! The first "Dividend" go around I thought to myself, "this is a great way to get people to buy shares". I think this is another go at it.
Hey, I'll take 'um
I'm not sure how much shares it will be, but I will take any amount of free shares from any company!! $$$
I guess you would have to know how many ppl are truly on record with more than 50k by Nov. 30 and devide that by 1.5 million
enter into a lease agreement for the Company's first fuel station under the brand, "Evolution Fuels"
This is good news. They are heading in the right direction. Once they have these up and running I believe it's going to really help out the stock price very nicely!
Hey there ACE! I believe what your saying has a lot of truth to it.
I totally agree with what you said.............
"If you believe in investing in the new BioFuel market and want to invest in a company that is on the rise, then this is a company for you."
I've been long and well stay long. They are building something great!
I think you could be very right. DM does have experience negotiating with large company's. You know, back in the day when EBOF sold their (LNG) part of the company, they had San Diego's 'Sisco' food delivery on contract. They even at one point extended there contract for another 3 years. That's one reason they were able to sale their (LNG) to 'PNGX' Sisco is not as big as Fed Ex, but they are all over Cali.
May we stay long, stay strong and feel our pockets deep!!
FedEx CEO Calls for Ending Dependence on Foreign Oil
09/29/2009
According to Bartholomew Sullivan of ScrippsNews, Frederick Smith, FedEx CEO, in a meeting with other CEOs at the Council on Competiveness National Energy Summit last week called for reducing our dependence on foreign petroleum as a matter of both national and economic security. Not only does our ability to sustain economic growth depend on reliable energy, Smith stated that some 50-60 percent of the U.S. defense budget in one way or another goes toward protecting the oil trade. Obviously his company has a huge stake in the issue since FedEx consumes about 1.5 billion gallons of fuel annually.
“If people want to call me a socialist for recognizing these huge costs – externalities – of our national defense, not to mention the 5,000 young men and women who have lost their lives in this thing and the thousands who have been maimed and wounded, we need to solve this problem,” he said. “The failure to do it is not only going to create serious consequences in terms of our economy, but we’re going to make a big mistake and get into a big conflagration over this thing,” he predicted.
Conservation combined with expansion of domestic energy supplies such as through more rapid development of biofuels and other alternative energy sources seem to represent important steps in the direction sought by Mr. Smith.

I guess he'll do whatever he can to become independent from foreign oil.
Sorry to others,I don't have private messages. To your Question. You have to click on and read the Fed Ex link in that post. The base of my post comes from only speculation and as far as I'm concerned it's realistic. The CEO of Fed Ex states, 'in so many words' that his sick of using foreign oil/ gas. He thinks it's time to make a switch to alternative fuels. Considering the huge amount of fuel that company use's, it would be very beneficial for any alternative fuel company or just the fact that such a great company like Fed Ex would make the switch, I believe if they go for that, it would make alt. fuels attractive to other prestige businesses. I Believe EVFL is lining them self's up to handle this up and coming future. I do think this is a benefit for evfl in the long run.
Loving the Fed Ex CEO's attitude! Should put more peoples eye's on the problem, than evfl will step in and give them a solution!!
Only time will tell. I do believe, if we can began to produce a revenue stream from fuel stations , that would kick off a whole new ball game. With that kind of money flow, I think it would be much more attractive for savvy investors. imo
I believe we won't see any great movement until we get those fuel stations up and running! I keep hearing people say,"this company sucks". Why? Because you didn't make a quick buck?! I've been with and have been watching them for a couple of years now and yes, I've seen a lot of crap. They are on a new grove these days. I believe they are building something great. You can't truly say their business plan is not good or it's not heading in the right direction!
The plan is sound. It will take sometime to get up off the ground. I'm getting so sick of reading some of these post of people crying!! LISTING, We do not need your help! Why would you think we need to hear, "this stock sucks" and "it will never move"!? Does this help you feel better about yourself? Make you feel like your Batman , fighting against injustices?
Take a break and wait! It will all come together.
I for one, am happy with today's news. It shows me they are committed for success. They are heading forward. I believe once the fuel stations are up, we shall see this stock take steps that are very satisfying! Go long , stay strong and be happy!
Evolution Fuels in the Process of Negotiating Potential Fuel Station Sites

Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced that it has identified and is in the process of negotiating five potential locations in the Dallas metropolis area. The Company is determining which will serve as the first "marquee" location for the Company's planned rollout of its branded stations.
Per the Company's business plan, the stations would offer renewable fuel blends at the pump. The fuel dispensers, to be provided by Dresser Wayne, are uniquely designed to blend petroleum fuels with renewable fuels from the underground storage tanks within the dispenser as the fuel is delivered into the vehicle. The planned product offering includes E10 (10% ethanol blended with 90% petroleum gasoline), E20, E30, and E85, as well as B20 (20% biodiesel blended with 80% petroleum diesel). Although the octane content actually increases going from E10 to E30, the Company foresees the pricing to be $0.05 to $0.10 per gallon lower for the E20 product compared to E10, and likewise the same discount for the E30 product compared to E20.
The Company plans to uniquely image the stations and offer specialty foods, beverages, and other products in order to help create a recognizable brand as it rolls out more stations according to its business plan.
The E20 to E85 ethanol blends are intended for use in flex-fuel vehicles, although recent studies have shown that many legacy vehicles on the road today may use E20 blends without incurring damage to the engines or fuel systems. Research and testing has been conducted by groups in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) that show blends of up to 20% ethanol can be used in most legacy automobiles. Specifically, in the summer 2007 the DOE initiated a test program to evaluate the potential impacts of intermediate ethanol blends on legacy vehicles and other engines. Results of those tests can be found in the National Renewable Energy Laboratory's report (Effects of Intermediate Ethanol Blends on Legacy Vehicles and Small Non-Road Engines) published in February 2000: http://feerc.ornl.gov/publications/Int_blends_Rpt1_Updated.pdf
In December 2007 the American Coalition for Ethanol reported that research findings "show that mid-range ethanol blends-fuel mixtures with more ethanol than E10 but less than E85 -- can in some cases provide better fuel economy than regular unleaded gasoline, even in standard, non-flex-fuel vehicles." The report may be found here: http://www.ethanol.org/pdf/contentmgmt/ACE_Optimal_Ethanol_Blend_Level_Study_final_12507.pdf
The Company believes that a 20% to 30% blend of ethanol is something that this country can achieve and will cause a meaningful decline in the country's reliance on foreign oil
this is great news!! That's just what we need to drive this stock up, "Revenue" I like the look of that fuel station
I'm not sure I buy into Global warming either, but ever time I hear about it on TV or radio, I think , go ahead, get crazy about it, I'm sure in the long run it can only help my stock!!
Not sure. It's been like that as far as I know for a least 4 months. Would be nice!!!
Did anyone notice on July 29 it opened at .0002 and had a pop to .0010. Check it out if you have scottrade on the Advanced Charts.
I'm sure you could find it on other charts as well.
It shows the pop on Schwab but not scottrade.
Lets rock n roll! Maybe that was a sign from GOD .0"777"
This company has what it takes, lets hope that was a sign of what's to come!
Somebody fill me in!! WHAT the hell happen? Did we have some sort of a quick pop?
Words of wisdom my friend! I agree.
Stick with it, hold long and you will be a happy person!
