I am one of those who did NOT sell, so
now what happens? Will my shares be automatically sold or what ??? Will they convert over as Astellas shares ?? I would like to know what will happen to my OCAT shares now?? Thanks in advance for the info. :(

I plan on buying more soon if it stays down where it has been. I have to save SSI disability and scrap of the top of it until I have enough to buy in larger chunks.

What little you know, I sold over 3,000 shares back when it was $3+ a share and made quite a bit of money and still hold a substantial amount of LODE shares. SO if YOU are not or did not make money, thats no reason to assume everyone lost money. Now I hold and wait like I did BEFORE and I will make a ton of bucks off LODE AGAIN, so try and be a SA to someone else bud! lol all the way to the BANK !! GO LODE !!

I have NO IDEA of what I am gonna do? DON'T want to sell, but may be forced too?? I would like to see the sale STOPPED somehow or bought out at a MUCH HIGHER price?? I been holding since back in 2009, sold my STEM to buy ACTC ! I still believe in the science, but sure don't believe in the BOD or any upper mngmnt!!!!!

read an article about a shorter that may be in future legal problems for bad mouthing stocks and now a law firm is looking into taking the person to court!! may be same person shorting OCAT also ????

I know how you feel, I am up near 60 with diabetes,spinal injury, and kidney failure and on home dialysis and HOPE OCAT will make breakthroughs in the near future that will prolong and or save my life, if not then maybe save others in the near future!

I am just going to sit back and wait like most of us have been doing for many years thru thick and thin, still consider this a patience stock and i have plenty of that, still LONG TERM for me and that is where I stand on the subject. GO OCAT !

I am still holding LONG since I 1st bought in BEFORE the RS under ACTC now OCAT and I also did NOT like the news of the SHORTER bad mouthing Biotechs INCLUDING my LOVEABLE OCAT ! THAT is the kind of news I like seeing exposed and I hope LEGAL action can be done to shorters who get caught bad mouthing companies to get the share price to drop ! HOPE the SEC can catch them ALL !! GO OCAT !!

Chiming in, Disabled and a Vet, served US ARMY in the 70's and 80's live on SSI and can't afford a lot. Been buying MXSG a little at a time for a couple years. At a .03 avg on over 24,OOO shares so far. HAPPY with what has been going on and still holding LONG.

My opinion as a LONG TIME INVESTOR with ACTC/OCAT is that the BOD should NOT get any more bonuses of any kind UNTIL they get OCAT above $10.00 AGAIN and KEEP it ABOVE $10.00 !!! IMHO
