I have to agree with you although in hindsight ACTC should have sold for over 10 bux. I didn't lose money here but $1 a share over 8-9 years is not a good return. I am making some hay with SRPT and XON.

The share price will be more driven by good news or results. Once revenue or income start to flow into OACTA the SP will already have that priced into the market.

The low oil prices are due to the China's slowing economy and the glut of oil and stockpiles around the world. Lucky US consumer. Not looking forward to this winter but, low heating oil prices will help the consumer not the investor.

They would have to report any sales, Caldwell estate may be able to sell without reporting . Either way we seem to be in limbo, the reasons must be "good". Bad news need be reported immedetly. Some day we will all look back on this as a stepping stone, either the poor house or riches.

I am convinced.....

I have two Fidelity accounts, both have OCAT shares. I have not received any notification from Fidelity about any postponement. GLTA, the only one who has a clue about when this uplist will happen is LAZERS>!

I think we are all in this to make money, the part about helping people would be believable for people that were on a science message board not a stock message board. So we are saying that shorting a stock to make money while waiting for the big jump in stock price is a bad thing?

Do you think the shorts have the power to drive this stock to the point where it is now or does the company allow it to get this low?

Why is everyone so torqued off about shorting? Shorting this stock is what keeps the volume high. Do you truly blame shorts for a $6.50 stock?

Or when someone stormed out of the conference room last night they cleared all the paperwork onto the floor and left Lanza to put it all back together alone........

Im being patient but this looks like a big mess......
