Should be a good day to make money. Right now is the time to average down or trade in and out for small profit. This thing should trade between .02 and .05 for the next week or two. This R/S sucks no
matter what. I am a core position long. Just at this juncture it's time to trade. We can now buy in and sell out in one day not a week or more. Have fun with this stock and enjoy the money making opportunity.

I'm glad you mentioned that. That is a true statement they have not PR'd anything to my knowledge.
Hopefully they will PR something saying that they are lowering the A/S. If they do not then this could very well be a rinse and repeat. Hopefully Not.

SCOTTRADE said that they have not the shares from the TA and that some brokers will front the shares. SCOTTRADE does not do that because they could get caught with their pants down.

Everyone, I have been big on EVFL for a long time, WHEN it can be traded is to average down and try to break even. This is now a LOOOOOOONG term play if your not here for that sell for loss of average down. It sucks that this has happened. If I wasn't so far down I would take my marble's somewhere else to play. The life of playing pennies. Maybe this will turn around next week but not to faithful with them not breaking ground yet.

I like what they are doing, I will enjoy the weak hands tomorrow. It will rise at first and then panic. I will catch the rebound for a nice 200% profit. Monday will sell half position with the news release. Rest at run 2 after lunch. Buy back around 2pm on the downward push two. Sell all Tuesday in AM, buyback Half in Eve. Wednesday buy half in am sell all wednesday evening. This Friday and next WEEK will make a lot of Money after I make mine will hold a nice position for the long haul or a big boy buyout.

You have been very left and right with your sentiment of the company. It was only an update to a previous PR. They are doing everything they have said they would do. PR's are not always intended to move share price to please investors. I do not feel that because I own shares in a company that the have to do anything I want them to do. I bought a spec. play and like the direction that EVFL is going. The are a pass or fail company. A all the ranting and raving that a bunch of folks on a message board do will not make them move any faster than the pace car they are the drivers of. I wish you the best of luck on selling your shares so you can buy some Berkshire Hathaway shares and then you can tell Warren Buffett how to run his company. If not then hold your horses and let things happen the way they have planned.

Key Success Factors

A key factor to the Company’s success revolves around the Company’s ability to establish retail renewable fuel stations, either
through acquisition or leases, and the Company’s ability to introduce mid-range blends of ethanol and biodiesel to the consuming
public. Another factor is the Company’s ability to produce quality biodiesel in reasonably close proximity to its intended end use –
the Company’s retail truck stops and third party fuel distributors outside the local truck stop market. Firm fuel off take agreements
with these third parties will form a base load demand for the fuel. The following factors are most important:

• The establishment of retail renewable fuel stations, either through acquisition or leases.
• The introduction of mid-range blends of ethanol and biodiesel to the consuming public.
• The ability of the Company to manage the fuel station/convenience store operations.
• A successful Durant biodiesel production facility upgrade project in order to produce efficiently and implement a multi-
feedstock pretreatment system in order to produce from multiple, lowest-cost feedstock.
• The Durant biodiesel plant operational by the first quarter of 2010.
• Appropriate staffing and training for safe operations of Durant biodiesel plant by the first quarter of 2010.
• Off take biodiesel sales agreements by December 2009 from third party fuel distributors and/or brokers.
• Feedstock supply agreements with multiple suppliers of animal fats, used oils, and vegetable oils by December 2009.
• Launch of additional Company truck stops based on the success of the initial Willie’s Place Truck Stop in Hillsboro, TX over
the course of the next 24 months.
