I have a dumb question maybe..Why would a company
R/S before all A/S were sold? We know that people were still buying O/S @.0001 and on most days over a half million were being bought at market price.
That is about $50k in revenue per day...why split at this time?

Actually, it's "dont PUT your cart before the horse" but we get the drift and I think it's a very valid point you got there..I hadn't thought about that aspect. But of course you may need the pumps onsite so the contractor knows the design and specs.
