MM, GTCH has no access to funding ANY enterprise. Left to other 'buyers (with $$, not shares)' to fill the void. Most definitely GTCH can NOT depend on other's shares to move the pps for ANY of the applications you mentioned.
Oh can, you found your crystal ball!!
If I am not mistaken, S. Koria was where GTCH got their first 3D design patent
"Exclusive-Samsung's HBM chips failing Nvidia tests due to heat and power consumption woes, sources say". Doesn't GTCH chip design circumvent the heat issue? More efficient, less energy use?
I am still wishful thinking that a 'good' buyer of GTCH would be Samsung. Samsung KNEW there were heat issues BEFORE Nvidia tested them???? Would Samsung already been looking to resolve that issue (for 6 months or so)??
$Billions and $Billions out there ready to be used to supply the world with chips galore, yet $10 million is not available to GTCH to dissolve their dilutive notes and allow them to enter the viable world where dilution is exchanged for the generation of value.... $10 million seems so small when $Billions are to be made IF their WORDS of having cutting edge technology IS valid....yet, NO BUYERS!???
also getting tired of hype from AVAI. WORDS. Always WORDS from GTCH and its associates AVAI and BNIX. NO results! Even today's PR from AVAI touts using Wired4Tech to SHOW their system is POWERFUL and ready to take in all the anticipated revenue generated when companies sign on for AVAI's services. AVAI and Wired4Tech are one and the same inside network set up by Tokenize in the first place. The 'scratch my back, I will scratch yours' BS only goes so far in broadcasting available services offered to the world - at some point, this 'fictitious' network HAS TO SELL SOME OF THEIR SERVICES outside that network!!!
I hear you can...
The news out today regarding South Korea's investment in the chip industry and cited previous announcements of further investments ($Billions upon $billions) all over the world that stress the importance of AI/chip advancement has to leave some of it for GTCH!!
On paper at least, GTCH has stated and proven with patent protection that THEY have cutting edge technology at EXACTLY the right timing for this ENORMOUS amount of attention the chip industry is displaying at this time. I will not allow myself to believe that GTCH has NO ROLE to play in all of it....
I believe GTCH has life. Probably will not be as favorable to the SHs as we all would like but unless management intends to file lawsuits against companies infringing on their patents without due payment than REAL production in chip technology is likely. ANY would be beneficial to GTCH pps.
Patience has its limitations though - it should not surprise you that there will, if not already, soon be a better mousetrap being offered elsewhere in their specialty AI/Chip tech. NOW has to be soon. June? Damn financial and legal anchors!
PH, been with GTCH around three years now, seems like forever. For the last 10 I have seen my country change dramatically right in front of me. The values I grew up with and cherish to this day, truth and honesty, no longer seem abundant. I am forever looking over my shoulder. trust in what you see must be questioned constantly.
GTCH has had my 'over the shoulder' glance ever since I owned that first share. It continues to this day. Don't really know what to believe.
It is because GTCH is "under development" forever. Your post carries the same doubt. When will the other shoe hit the pavement? That one step which proves GTCH has what it takes? GTCH has absolutely more than enough "can do", when will SHs get that first taste of "have done"?
As I see it, any buyer would have to provide over $10 M upfront to clean up GTCH's financial mess. Feasible in regards to their patent potential but likely? I consider this another lost week.
The 10Q is a web of mismanagement misjudgments. Unless some enterprising Big Boy has a magic wand, the GTCH financial web seems absolutely impossible to paint in a positive manner. GTCH would have to pay THEM to have them take us under their wing. Who (what company) is that out of their mind? GTCH's past has caught up to them I am afraid. Nearly $400 million has brought them this far...pretty much all from the pockets of retail traders (as I see it) for umpteen years and multiple R/Ss. Unholy sight this 10Q is. How does any SH right now see all GTCH's wrongs turn into right?
Somebody please show me the light...
Yeah, and as usual, BNIX takes another month to consummate the deal. Delay, Delay, Delay. Toilet matter. GTCH. AVAI and BNIX seem to be on the pot a long time. Not really 'seem', rather they HAVE been dawdling a hell of a long time. Gives the impression they are NEVER going to get to the boat on time. Their eating menu sure needs some fiber...
Yes, my confidence is waning.
Tomorrow is our best shot, after that the chance for news gets slimmer. And then there is June.
While some may take issue with the new company address being a 'home' rather than an administrative business address, I would consider that a new tech start-up developing software/AI associated require NO manufacturing capabilities. Initially, assets requiring 'space to work' would only be computers, data collection/storage equipment, surge/power devises and associated equipment to provide a secure electronic environment. The footprint would be relatively small.
Consider that footprint being reduced even further once 'contracts are let' to other companies like BNIX and AVAI...providing setup equipment meet contract specifications.
Seems practical that managing GTCH could only NOW require a phone and small meeting room. Yeah, a 'home' actually sounds about right...
What the hell is going on can??
Those 5 0s are MM game playing. No retail trader is getting shares at that price.
Lets just hope there is a BIG BOY god ready to lend a hand. Man, it will take that to move our pps as a result of the VERY high O/S. I am ready to bank on it.
Naked Shorting has greatly decreased over the past week of trade. The O/S has also remained the same for quite some time now. Are the powers to be just waiting for the signature that releases the Kraken?
Can and OB, could it be paperwork overload due to "a sale in progress"? Yes, I am concerned about SEC submissions being late consistently now due to the fact OB points out... when Management wants to sell and get the BEST price, reporting MUST be squeaky clean and SS has to as well. In both of those cases, neither apply to GTCH.
IMO, I think the management underestimated the time it would take to sell GTCH and its patent assets. Sluffed off a bit on doing the government's blasted paperwork because it would "soon" all be the buyer's problem. It has NOT been soon. In fact, my biggest concern is, as a result of there being no news on the sale results, that their patents are TOO CUTTING EDGE requiring too much $$ to bring into the production phase, too complex to oversee and requires any existing chip manufacture nightmares in retooling their operations OR simply that GTCH no longer IS cutting edge because other AI facilities have undercut GTCH's previous edge of being faster or more efficient in cutting manufacturing expense...thus creating more profit for a buying entity.
I prefer to think that a BIG buyer stepped forward back in December 2023 and it is ONLY legalese that is dragging the formal contract from being announced. In this case, the FIRM commitment from the buyer MAY have allowed them to gain access to GTCH's technology and they have had the last 6 months to implement necessary operational changes to move forward very quickly once the formal announcement is made (sooner than later, I hope).
Otherwise, GTCH SHs may be facing the Grim Reaper more likely than any of us would care to think.
When are they going to post something for us!
That post almost says that they have no idea and are looking for a little help from the public ... Management masterminds at a loss??
Think...$1B.....03
How much longer to we have to wait?
WHEN the buy is in, it will be VERY informative to see the TRUE value of GTCH patents within the ever popular and high price buyers of this tech are willing to offer. The better its hype stands up, the more the buyer is willing to pay...of course, the reverse is also true. Won't be any more secrets, SHs will finally KNOW and will scream of joy or cry in pain accordingly...
A lot of talk from potential buyers - LOTS of interest - keep in mind it only takes one to latch on to what GTCH has to offer along the lines of AI chip making.
What SHs do not know is to what extent GTCH's cutting edge tech is grounded in "doable"... a buyer MUST be assured that the tech being offered actually performs as described. A SLOW process because of the BIG $$ at stake if the 'can do' exists. Only takes ONE buyer to be convinced!! Look out!!
Personally, I am convinced GTCH has the means to make it big ... I only wait holding my breath until it happens. My only concern is on determining HOW BIG??? It would have to be BIG to move our glutted pps.
Say goodbye to yet another week. I keep asking myself "how much longer?". My reply, "as long as it takes".
Where is the pudding GTCH?
GTCH is in a cycle of 'catch 22'....having their WORD doubted because they have no history of performance (contract implementation) and they can't get performance data if what they have out there isn't performing (no actual sales to generate performance data).
GTCH must have been really hurting for cash at the time they agreed to this. Managements head was somewhere the sun doesn't shine to have done this (knowingly).
If you haven't noticed, AI and its impact on American Industry as well as its human worker bee is rushing to the forefront of Media. Time could be no more perfect than to announce a buyout of GTCH tech to push this leading media edge. We all sense the potential for AI to change American life in such a dramatic way over the next decade. GTCH will definitely have a role to play in its dynamics - AND if SHs can believe its hype, GTCH will stand on that cutting edge.
In my mind's eye, MAY seems to be the month for the curtain to rise reveal what GTCH has kept secret up until NOW!
GTCH SHs have to understand that the competition out there is VERY competitive in the chip industry but also in the AI assist in the medical field. Today, Samsung purchased Sonio for a mere $92 million in the AI assist in the medical arena. While Sonio is very focused on one element, still the price seemed cheap.
On the other hand, it was GOOD to see Samsung is diversifying into the medical field as well as chip manufacturing in its conglomerate of holdings covering so many other fields as well. This new development, seems to me, still holds GTCH as a viable purchase as well due to its AI, chip and now, medical applications.
Still retail buyers out there.
Years. A LONG history of R/Ss to get where they are now.
The more weeks that pass by the SHs without WORD, the more I feel that GTCH will revert to further 'segmenting' its patent potential among further start-ups like AVAI and BNIX rather than a composite sale of the company and its assets.
Anyone else getting more of that feeling? Multiple chances to contract for $30M here, $30M there...rather than obtain one buyout for multiple $Billions?
I do not lean that way because GTCH is the perfect example of a Pinky drastically diluting the value of SH equity in the early stages while they build their Patent Suite only to be purchased, most often at discount pricing, by some Big Boy that will reap all the reward for their efforts.
Assisted living facilities are not cheap and such business owners MUST be making gobs of profit. Profit would increase further if they can reduce staffing costs DUE to operational improvements...and they would, I am sure, not blink an eye on any cost incurred to acquire/buy such tech. Go GTCH
Yes, POA for my sister in same situation. MUCH more interaction with patients/clients makes their stays much more 'user friendly' and health beneficial.
MSG, good find and relevant to appraising the value of GTCH. Another potential on quite an extensive list already.
A newbie retail trader should find ample DD to convince anyone that GTCH has value and extremely undervalued for a company that is seeking a buyer right now for the company and its string of cutting edge patents.
It is clear that the CEO is touting such in order to attract a potential buyer that can see PROFIT written all over their applications and relevance to satisfying both public and government needs...IF and when the right buyer has the funds to pursue immediate production of such services and products.
The support of AVAI is support for GTCH ... its AI value supports its use of AI in the manufacturing of chips.
OB, sometimes I hate being educated! Thanks a lot! That is a bit of wall street math worth understanding though.
By the way, a subject both of us have discussed is the need for concern for being obsolete. That concern is all about timing - wait too long and somebody builds a better mousetrap. That perspective is also worthy of understanding... Even with cutting-edge technology, GTCH has to find someway to get it in the production stream quickly in order to maximize it potential for generating revenue.
The fear of them not doing so is real and the noose is tightening each day. It looks like there may be too much $$ to invest upfront to reconfigure the manufacturing process to produce GTCH 3-D chips without the assurance of a timely production line and that there will be an adequate market of sales/ROI/profit from their technology.
Yeah, thought you might once I had a chance to reread my response. Sort of put my foot in my mouth on that one. Probably should have known better than to get into a discussion on WS math.
It all boils down to an accurate accounting of the 'potential' number of shares that are actually issued having the "potential" of being issued in respect to what they can issue (A/S). The point being, when you discussed the ability of the toxic note holder's ability to dump "new shares", I reflected on what the O/S currently stands at AND that no increase in the O/S is being reported - for some time now.
I remain confused as I suspect it is intended by management. They really do not want their retail share holders to know how bad their accounting practices affects the pps NOW and into the future if the sale actually occurs.
No disagreement there!
