Are they saying that our shares will be converted to JPMC's common shares? If that's the case, it would be about $40pps.

While JPMC's maximum liability pursuant to Section 2.24 of the GSA is $50M, JPMC's liability shall be reduced to the extent the Releasing REIT Trust Holders comprise less than all of the outstanding REIT Series Holders. I just received yesterday a second(differant) set of documents from TD Ameritrade. They are date October 29, 2010. The first is a 26 page "Plan Supplement in Support of Sixth Amended Joint Plan of Affiliated Debtors Pusuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code". The other 3 are modifications or supplements to it. Has anyone else received this and/or thoughts?

The examiners report is just one piece of the puzzle,an important piece yes,but we have all seen set backs before in the last 2 years.This will bounce, probably to the mid 20's in the next 48 hours afyter someone comes out and and cries fowl on this report.I personally am not selling a single share and if I had the seasoned funds in my account this morning I would have already been buying. Stand fast.

So, if I sell 500 P's at $50 today and buy U's on Monday at 2 X's face value(.04) and resell them apon settlement at $2.53pps, I would have $1,581,250. Numbers don't lie. I love it.

I told my Redhead several weeks ago that by the 29th of October we would see $75 pps. Let's see how close we get.

OR, "EVEN A BROKEN CLOCK IS RIGHT TWICE A DAY". Yeah, a sold off a few(50) at 48.10 and tried buying 60 back at $39.95. Did not get the buy. I might just pick up some commons tomorrow instead.
