New/Current investors should place a few good til cancel buy orders in between the bid and ask. Kind of like lacing them in between to tighten this stock up a tad. Company is in production now so I'm expecting as continue to produce we'll see more investors and volume.
MDOR.OB has more great news coming by next week.
-Furthermore, Magnum has negotiated terms to supply supplemental production through a joint venture for rubber nuggets as it ramps up its own production lines. This will allow us to almost immediately begin providing fulfillment of our other contracts with NSS, LLC, thus generating additional near term revenues. Delivery of nuggets is likely to commence as soon as next week.
-Magnum is expecting to receive two additional high performance OTR Buffing machines the week of November 17th, 2008. This will immediately contribute a 300% increase in (output) production. These machines will be installed in an accelerated fashion and look to be online in the very near term.
Hm lets see new JV, partnership, contracts, production, yearly audit coming up, Florida plant? Nuggets on the way?, China Partner? etc etc etc.
It was 19mm and the interview or what I was told they canceled spreelast shares but there has been many transaction since plus it could be management too. Were really only talking 19 to 22mm now and they are restricted so probably fall under 144 rule. This is the least of anyone's worries.
News release out.
MDOR.OB Production Starts $4.8mm
Magnum Magog Facility Commences Production of Rubber (Mulch) Buffings and Projects $4-4.8 Million in Annual Revenues
Thursday November 13, 9:00 am ET
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR - News) starts production of rubber buffings effective Nov 12th 2008. The company has officially begun production with the 2 newly installed high tech buffing machines and prepares to ramp up production and maximize output of these buffers by next week. Magnum is expecting to receive two additional high performance OTR Buffing machines the week of November 17th, 2008. This will immediately contribute a 300% increase in (output) production. These machines will be installed in an accelerated fashion and look to be online in the very near term.
Operations Manager, Carole Larose stated, "We buffed our first rubber tire yesterday and started production at the Magog Plant. This sparks something very great for Magnum and its shareholders. Magnum is the first company to bring these types of green products to the entire province of Quebec."
The productions from these 4 buffing machines are expected to produce 10,000 to 12,000 tons rubber (mulch) buffings per year, at a contracted price of approximately $400 per ton. This equates to an estimated annualized revenue of approximately $4 Million to $4.8 Million USD for buffings alone. Magnum currently has open contracts for up to $18 million USD in rubber (mulch) buffings per year for the next 5 years. Therefore, additional buffers will be added systematically over the next twelve months to increase production as required. Increased revenue will be realized proportionally with the continued addition of buffing equipment plus some economies of scale will provide added profit.
Furthermore, Magnum has negotiated terms to supply supplemental production through a joint venture for rubber nuggets as it ramps up its own production lines. This will allow us to almost immediately begin providing fulfillment of our other contracts with NSS, LLC, thus generating additional near term revenues. Gecko, green rubber has been touting the so called fact that they are going public first on the NYSE and next the AIM however now they recently mention its delayed another 1-2 years LOL it is my opinion they don't have anything like SRI/Magnum Technology nor are they even comparable. It seems they are only simply chemical reactant manufactures and therefore are not nearly as diversified as MDOR. To me and many others I feel its a bit mind blowing to see the potential that MDOR has being Green Rubber is worth a nearly 300 million dollars but yet really doesn't have much except some technology and 1 chemical 'delink' from what I can read below. Gecko note they have Bruce Willis, Forbes Family, and several others invested. I am wondering if these same individuals or other big name people will soon invest in MDOR. Makes you wonder eh?
1. He said Green Rubber -- whose main asset is a technology to turn old tyres into a rubber compound -- is likely to be valued at more than 130 million pounds ($263 million) but shareholders have yet to decide on how many shares to sell.
Its shareholders also include actor Bruce Willis and the family of Forbes magazine publisher Steve Forbes.
Gibson will help publicise the IPO as he did by attending the launch event in Singapore, which attracted more than 40 reporters, photographers and TV cameramen in a country where local media is grouped under two state-controlled monopolies.

Gecko here are a few numbers we were given awhile back if your scroll through the press releases its in regards to the 4 buffing machines we'll have up and running in Magog this month from what we've been told in the last pr. I know from the interview with Curtis that they are going to be making a hefty profit off the steel so not sure if these numbers below include that or not.
Note this below is from 4 buffers and not the gigantic nugget, powder plant in Magog nor the additional buffing machines the company will purchase in the near future. Nor does this include the part of the pr they quoted here,We are currently anticipating supplying supplemental production through a third party for rubber nuggets in order to immediately fulfill our open contracts to generate revenues as quickly as possible. This is likely to commence concurrently with our buffing production." Lot of other factors playing into Magnum having multiple sources of revenues and earnings from the 100,000 square foot facility in Canada.
This equipment will produce up to 10,000 tons of saleable product at a contracted price of approximately $400 per ton which equates to additional annualized revenue of about $4,000,000 USD."
The buffing equipment will be shipped to and installed at the Magog facility in order to help supply part of the company's current contract obligations for $18,240,000 annually.
I find that hard to believe. I was told it has been around 2,000 for awhile now. I think surfguy was told the same before. If the correct number is 2,000 or so that is great for a NasdaqBB company this is a good shareholder base.
Great research Gecko. I believe the normal or average investor in Magnum has yet to understand how truly valuable this company is right now let alone how much more valuable they will be when they announce new compounds or processing aids into the rubber market and recycling industry. We have barely even started to scratch the surface with the average investor actually understanding what Magnum stands to have and being that Magnum/SRI could revolutionize the way people recycle tires/rubber. Especially on formulating new custom compounds with Sekhar Research Innovations as this will attract all kinds of investors world wide I would say.
This is some serious stuff Magnum & SRI is doing and there are no other publicly traded company's doing this kind of next generation processing and recycling with rubber, compounds, tires, EPDM (automotive stuff).
From the company website,
Magnum and Sekhar Research Innovations Sdn Bhd (SRI) Join Forces to Develop Next Generation Rubber Processing Aids and range of Custom Multi Application Compounds
Magnum’s proprietary technology and know-how developments will Revolutionize the Global Rubber Processing & Next Generation Compounding Market Worldwide. Magnum owns the exclusive rights to North America and future Global Rights to an array of next generation of cost saving custom compounds, patents, process technology, and trade secrets of Sekhar Research Innovations that will allow for rubber to be reconstituted, liquefied, specially blended into EPDM powders, and EPDM compounds. Magnum has access to state of the art processing aids and new world proprietary rubber recycling equipment.
SRI and Magnum are currently using its advanced technologies along with continued research & development to produce the next generation of retread compounds and reactivated ambient /cryogenic rubber powders for the world market. Magnum has now positioned itself in the global arena by locating a facility in Malaysia with capability for R & D, high performance compounding, processing aids, recycling solutions, and advanced state of the art equipment.
In addition to our facility in Malaysia, we will also use the new Research and Training facility located adjacent to our production facility in Magog to accelerate the introduction of the full range of cost saving multi application compounds and processing aids into the North American compounding community. By working on the establishment of these specialized recycled compounds into accepted standardized raw material compounds, Magnum/SRI is moving away from the conventional filler and diluents market and into the value added compounds that contribute to the performance of the final product.
Magnum will accelerate its plan to produce ultra fine powders, and will now produce high performance compounds & processing aids both in Malaysia and in Canada at its existing Magog facility. These new additions will dramatically boost the return on investment for the products we produce. The profit margins associated with rubber powders and ancillary compounding will be significantly higher than producing conventional products like buffing and nuggets. Being further up the value and performance chain also means it will lead to substantial increases in consumption and consequent revenue.
Today, Magnum is embarking on an aggressive campaign with the force of its global partner, Sekhar Research Innovations Sdn Bhd, to bring these process technologies to market in the U.S., Canada, and Worldwide.
Might get a pop out of this one next week.
Added this board and of course I already have the Edward Stevenson board marked.
I think you hit the nail on the head w6
As for revealing the source (buffing company) for all competitors to view I think this is a smart decision by management and I applaud them for it. Maybe they will reveal it down the road once they are more established this would make more sense.

Perfect reason behind it would be the simple fact that they have established these buffing machines are high tech, custom made, one of a kind, and as Boux said, 'some of the best machines or equipment he has ever seen'
Now you tell me if you were Magnum would you reveal your source so every other tom dick and harry could go try and produce the similar type of buffings?
I am invested and really appreciate the fact they are not running their mouth with the information that makes them unique in just this one field (buffings)

It looks like the success of MDOR is speaking for itself..... they're getting financing, they got the facilities, they got the equipment, they got the contracts, they got the management in place, now this new deal with SRI... Now starting production.... the news videos, etc... MDOR looking very solid to me. I think there will be a turning point when the market collectively realizes, "shit, this is for real!"..lol, and then you're gonna see the average volume increase, the pps rise, and the activity on this board go way up... and all this talk about chad curtis will be ancient history.

Just hit an all time high for the day. You were righto mr gecko
My brother has been bidding all day after the run this a.m. and its not showing his bid through etrade. This is weird and was wondering why. Maybe they don't want it to look to strong or something. He might just do a market order on the close if he doesn't get lucky.
Will see
Buyers have been solid at .60 all day. Good signal imo since this was the major support prior to the margin call yesterday.
I'm with you and think we will see a nice close.

Magnum Completes Installation of Buffing Machines and Launches Production
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC:MDOR) (BULLETIN BOARD: MDOR) is pleased to announce that production activities will commence at its Magog, Canada facility starting next week. V.P. of Canadian Operations, Mike Boux stated, "Beginning the week of November 10th, I will be working hand and hand with Mr. Hunsche the President of the International Buffing Company that designed and constructed these high tech buffing machines. He will help fine tune our operations allowing us to optimize our production output, as well as, fine tuning the equipment and training our staff. The Company expects to receive two additional high performance OTR Buffing machines the week of November 17th, 2008. This will immediately contribute a 300% increase in production.
"This is a very exciting day for Magnum," exclaimed Joseph Glusic, Magnum's CEO. "We have all waited for this moment for a long time and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those that have supported us during these extraordinarily difficult times. I can assure you that this is just the seed that will eventually grow to be a mighty oak," an elated Glusic stated. "Now the focus will be on maximizing our production and expanding our facility to accommodate our contractual obligations."
Our next phase is to ramp up our nugget production followed by production of granulates and powders. If we stay on schedule we should see these things come to fruition sometime after the first of the year. We are currently anticipating supplying supplemental production through a third party for rubber nuggets in order to immediately fulfill our open contracts to generate revenues as quickly as possible. This is likely to commence concurrently with our buffing production.

Magnum will be able to ramp up production 3 fold in just a matter of days and to think I was worried a bit earlier. I want to see the persons face that got sold out on the close for the margin call now this would be a funny picture.
"The Company expects to receive two additional high performance OTR Buffing machines the week of November 17th, 2008. This will immediately contribute a 300% increase in production."
On the close it only showed 1 market maker at .45 then the next one jumps to .75. Clearly this was probably a margin sellout but will see in the am
There should be limited sellers with such great news on the horizon and Magnum going into production but someone as of today is hurting for being sold out lol.
Magnum has a great track history of having not just green but progressively increasing volume FRIDAYS and an increase in pps.
I think tomorrow will be a great day and most likely show the technical traders out there that you cant keep MDOR down for long at all before a fierce and record breaking bounce back. I am very pumped of surprisingly. Normally when this happens im looking for someone to write a nasty email to or call and chew out LOL. My $ is on a close in the $0.60 to $0.70 range tomorrow.
One more thing did anyone notice that one MM was the guy who sucked up close to 100k shares at .40. Somebody is expecting some good things with magnum or they wouldn't have soaked up 40k in stock in 5 minutes OR we cleared the Short with hdsn once and for all.
To think i got a bit scared when watching this i was almost tempted to start selling too oh dear i might of shat my pants tomorrow
Spoke to a really good trader after market hours and he mentioned this was more than likely a sellout on the close do to pour market conditions today. Basically yes, a margin call.
Happy Halloween Ed.
Its my belief a promo jerk scammed the company or a 3rd party then dumped them on the market. What a wus.
