Bear, we have settled with companies that were awarded millions of shares as part of their payment and more than one so I'm putting my money on 'settlement sales'. And they don't care about this companies potential, they just want their money.

Personally I do not see anything of great substance happening for at least another year and that opinion is based solely on my own observations. I would love to see cpmac warn us of substantial news from his birdie...I just dont see it for another 12 months.

Warp, your point is a valid one and has probably been asked over & over by shareholders (myself included) monies spent on repurchase is always much better spent than penny rags and there have been two or three brought to everyone's attention here. Oh and the paid Arrowhead report, let's not forget about that.

I agree however on your statement concerning management purchasing shares, it's just that they are receiving them as pay so the incentive is not there. If they wanted to show faith in the company it would make sense but they have made themselves very clear from the statements at the sh meeting they will not 'pump' this, they are counting on organic growth.

I say capitulation. I have contacted BJ and I do NOT get the sense there is anything wrong. They are waiting to inform shareholders of what is going on when allowed by the client. Stocks take off with the fewest on board...I'm ready for a ride up this time!!!
