Anybody is allowed to sue in the USA the last time I checked. As for fraud, you may be right or you may be wrong. You're a bright person. Who says that would be the basis for THE lawsuit.

There are plenty of CEOs in jail for fraud. Cross the wrong investor and see what happens.

R/S is meant to ultimately increase the value of the stock. It's meant to benefit the company which benefits the investor. Just because they can do this multiple times doesn't make it legal.

Instead of me spelling it out for you, let's have some fun. If we were to decide to sue, let's put a case together purely as an academic exercise. Anybody on the board can participate. In the end, right and wrong is decided in a court of law.

They just had a reverse split on Mar 10, 2008. If they keep doing reverse splits and diluting....
Suffice it to say, I think it's not in their best interest. That would be the wrong direction to go. Jail is not just for the thug on the street.

It will be interesting to see how useful these indicators are for SYDI.
