Hello all. I've been hot on the DD trail again. Enjoying the fruits of this market top on oil and finally people taking advantage of the oversold conditions. Easy pie on several.
I can't be quite so forward in what I've come across. I will say though that it now appears the float of DKAM has dropped under 15 million shares. Not many left to go around eh? What happens when some key people listening to this next conference call want to buy? What happens to a lot of stocks with not many shares to go around?
On a totally related note, lol, take a REALLY close look at this report out of the BNIC. Kenny knows exactly what he is doing:
Cognac sales are expected to set a new record this year, according to a trade body in the French region.
An increase in the area given over to Cognac production was announced yesterday (30 July) by the Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac (BNIC), which should see the amount of pure alcohol in the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée of Cognac rise by 27% on last year.
The BNIC also said that it is calling for all producers to maintain the level of reserve stocks at 10% to sufficiently meet global demand for the liqueur.
In the year to the end of April, shipments of Cognac grew by just under 10%, following five consecutive years of growth.
Cognac sells 12.2m nine-litre cases - or 157m bottles - a year, putting it at the top of international consumption tables for quality eaux-de-vie, according to the BNIC.
VSOP and higher categories have registered the highest increase, with VSOP shipments up by 17.7% to 4.68m cases, while the XO and above category rose by 18.4% to 1.43m cases. The VS category was up by 2.7% to 6.09m cases.
The BNIC claims that Europe is Cognac's biggest market, accounting for 37.8% of world volume and shipments have increased due to the Russian market for the spirit growing 54.9% influencing the neighbouring states such as Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and the Ukraine. The Cognac market has also seen sales rise 35.5% in the Netherlands and 27.8% in Switzerland.
The US continues to remain the biggest single export market and total shipments for Asia have risen by 20.4%, with exports to China up by a massive 49.3%.
The BNIC's director of marketing and communications, Jérôme Durand, said: "The growth of Cognac is down to the fact that it meets consumer needs for premium and luxury goods and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. We know that, today, 70% to 80% of Cognac drunk does not concern the older Cognacs taken as a digestif, but rather younger Cognacs enjoyed on ice, in long drinks or cocktails".
The BNIC added that with almost 95% exported, Cognac currently represents some EUR1.5bn (US$2.05bn) in France's balance of trade figures, an increase of 10.5% in one year.{/b}
I'm back out on vacation. Back in a couple weeks.
And with all due respect, I posted 5 months ago it was time to begin accumulating large positions. That has been happening and even when I did, the stock took off for maybe 200% from where it was then. It was obvious even during that time yes there was more than some questionable action. I said before, there was no reason to even post here as this is the place where every one already knows what's going on.
That time has more than passed given the news. There is enough out there that has been released since then and learned privately since then by many people for this stock to have run 5 fold or more. By virtue of the fact it has not, then there is every reason to make this forum about why IT IS NOT allowed (you like that allowed?) to go higher from buying and why buys are not being allowed to go through.
I owned it the entire time from then until now and like many accumulating more. You know, this is growing tiresome. It seems if somebody isn't complaining that talking about why it should go higher is pumping then somebody is complaining that talking about the manipulation is redundant. Yes, it is redundant and will continue to be redundant until somebody gets off their arse and does something about it.
Tell you what. There's a vote coming and we should demand the floor at the annual get together. It's an accounting change and nothing more to raise the authorized from 100 mil to 200 mil. Get on the horn one and all and get Kenny, Davidson, Schulman, Tim, and demand that they include us. We will not vote a single one of our shares until they use that useful little data that Kenny gets every week that tells him who is on his stock and what they are doing. He says he doesn't pay attention to message board posters and bloggers. Well, he certainly doesn't pay attention to who is manipulating his stock either. Seems rather reckless he would allow them to take over 100 million out of his and his friends pockets because "he doesn't pay attention" to such things.
Tell him to send me the report. I'll figure out exactly who it is and have it dealt with the way the bad guys wanted to deal with the Easter Bunny. It can all go away while you're getting a good night's sleep.
20 ticks today. 16 Bid. 4 Ask. 80% Bid ticks
Tick review:
2350 Bid 211 Ask 2561 Total 91.76%
Stock closes at high of day on 4 ticks.
You must be obliterated on Trump if you don't see it.
Oh this is funny!!! Oh my I cannot stand it.
Pull up BPG. Look at it. Almost identical outstanding as DKAM. Almost identical 50-100-200 averages. Almost identical 52 week lows and ranges.
The company booked the same revenues in the past 4 quarters as DKAM booked in this quarter. DKAM booked more last year than this company booked in the past 4 years.
And not a single person saying to short BPG. They are all screaming $5-$10. And everywhere you go everyone says DKAM is a pump and dump and heading nowhere.
Well except here of course.
This might just be hedge fund related and this stock may have gone through what we're going through. Just perhaps they will figure it out and do the same here.
Then that is one of the best buy signals know to man and the market. Everyone knows the one you liquidate to cover a call on a loser
Is the one that goes meteoric because you're not in it.
Cannot have margin calls on DKAM. But there is that really mentally challenged way of thinking out there that says when the market is down, sell everything you own. I hope they did because they won't be able to get a fill to buy them back.
Two days now and only a couple orders on the ask. In fact, I did some checking. 2350 out of the past 2561 ticks have been on the bid.
I have never witnessed such a thing. I have seen them go bankrupt and get delisted. Never has there been one I can ever remember that is so lopsided.
Of course, it makes perfect sense. We're supposed to buy and keep our mouths shut. Apparently this company is no longer in business. In fact, I have seen private companies have more orders go through at the ask and for higher prices.
Now they are taking trades away. 5000 share standard opening trade at 9:30:47 EST is now showing a zero. VOlume dropped from 13K to 8K. Funny how they didn't put the bid at .245 back.
Never seen a trade from one market makers account to his other account busted unless the SEC or NASD is involved.
Nice to see somebody is finally paying attention to our concerns. Now bust the other 230 million that got us here.
Actually appears like it might have been 3000 but no difference. Fact is it was busted.
I just want to make sure we're on the same page.
we all know(and knew probably before you)what you are saying
thats why we bought the stock
In order to know what I know, you would have had to put in over 100 or 200 hours of research on the stock. If you didn't do that, then you must have listened to someone else or read something. That sir, would be acting on a pump whether from individual, entity, or company. I highly doubt you are referring to the manipulation as the reason you bought.
and you do sound like a "PUMPER" trying to FORCE the price up
giving us the same information over and over again
First off, you state "we bought" above as if you are referring to this collective group for which you, for the moment, appear to be their spokesperson. By virtue of the fact that "we" bought, then you cannot be pumped. You already own the stock. A pumper doesn't force the price up. Buying that outweighs selling forces the price up. There has been no evidence of buying outweighing selling since January of 2007 that I can tell. Giving you the same information over and over again? You must be referring to the manipulation of the stock. Somebody posted that is the nature of OTC and get used to it. So, in other words, look the other way while we are being robbed blind. If we speak too loud then the SEC or NASD will shut us down. Nice try. No stock has ever been halted because the market makers manipulating it were caught. I have only stated ONCE the numbers that I put extensive research into formulating; the quarterly numbers, and the estimates for the next 3 quarters.

It's guys like this that really test our ability to not require some type of test be passed to allow Freedom of Speech:
http://www.timothysykes.com/timsykes/2008/06/24/how-to-short-otcbb-scam-stocks-aka-adapt-to-evolving-markets/
What an idiot this guy is. He tells everybody that all OTC stocks are schemes, and then he posts two trades in one of "the schemes" he made in the last 10 days for PROFIT.
Is there enough room at the table for dinner or is he occupying all the chairs?
Everybody just sit right down and pay attention. Grab your favorite cocktail or better, grab your favorite DKAM beverage of choice.
Always look at the big picture. What makes stocks go higher? Say what you want but the ONLY answer is buying. What makes people buy? The mindset that a stock is undervalued and will return a higher price at some point in the future.
Now we can sit here all day and debate the merits of what news or corporate developments constitute the reason to buy. When the dust settles at the end of the day, 9 times out of 10, people buy because of increasing sales and then increasing earnings in that order. I could care less about a day trader or some gnat staring at a chart drooling for oversold or momentum. I'm talking the simple logic of the stock market.
As for this particular company, it NOW fits the mold of "why people buy." It has increasing sales that will without a doubt lead to increasing profits. You can get into what everybody else does looking for increasing margins-check, lower SG&A-check, international expansion-check, new product introductions-check, debt reduction-check, and on and on. That is what professional money managers do looking for an edge going out 6-12 months to put effective targets on stocks or to commit further dollars from their clients. Again, more little reasons to buy because each one is a precursor to higher sales and higher profits.
Red Chip didn't just fabricate numbers out of thin air. They talked to Kenny and put together a very detailed research report. He detailed those numbers to them before they were released to the general public. The stock went up 400%+. How convenient. How did that happen? Just like my example above shows. From buying.
Now Kenny is sitting on the best situation in DKAM's short history. All of the factors I just detailed are in place. Now is the time you have to pay attention. We're just realizing it now. In a world of Reg FD, the individual is always the last to know. That's how REG FD works. The retail investor is always the last to know, and we all find out at the same time. He didn't just land in Elias' office and said, "I have a widget. Convince people to buy my widgets." He had to do exactly what Rilo and I and a few others did. They put the numbers together and soon realized that ALL of the factors above are being met. All the "reasons" to buy are in place. "Now Mr. Elias. I have a business plan to implement that is surpassing even my expectations. So, from here it is up to you. Please talk to your 30000 clients of which many are hedge funds and convince them to buy. Of course, there shouldn't be much convincing needed. The proof is in the numbers."
Mr. Elias starts to talk to his "best clients". Next thing he knows, Dre is announced under contract. Just like Mr. Kenny told him would happen. Elias' "best" clients can't help but notice the magnitude of the news. (This is the part where you REALLY have to pay attention.) His right hand man Graci is noted for "accumulating large positions in stock without driving the price up." Has the price gone up since Dre was announced? No. It tried but suddenly it is right back to all time lows. How convenient.
The part that you have to REALLY see is when Elias tells everybody what is about to happen, only one of two things can happen. They buy because they agree. They don't buy because they don't agree. What part is missing? The part where the price of the stock goes down because they don't buy. Stocks DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go down because somebody who knows all the reasons to buy in advance chooses not to buy.
Now, since Dre's announcement, who has ALL the reasons to buy? Anyone who sees all the items I listed above. But there are "just a few" more. Dre has all the reasons to buy. First is because he isn't being given any. He also knows the company isn't diluting on his deal. Now Elias' 30000 "friends" also know this. Dre has millions of fans. More than a few of them will buy because it is Dre. His "best" friends are the likes of Busta and Eminem and so on and all their friends because they are on his Aftermath label. All the DKAM management and board's friends have reasons to buy. They know first hand from just day to day conversations "in theory." I love that part. "In theory." Now remember, they can buy or they cannot buy. Then there are probably a few thousand, maybe more, people who have seen all the numbers and the merits for why the stock will go higher. They have every reason to buy.
Now let's just say for grins that all these people add up to 80000. Could be 50. Could be 20. It doesn't matter. It's more than 100. 80000 people, or 99.999999% of them all have a complete lack of respect for their friends? A complete and total disrespect for their hero Dre? A complete and total disregard for all the reasons to buy? A complete and total inability to take advantage of opportunity when opportunity exists? A complete and total inability to take advantage of their hedge dollars to take an enormous stake before anyone else does? Remember, these are the same people who buy solar stocks before a single panel is produced. They buy a potash company and run it to a level where they would have to sell the entire Milky Way to justify the valuation. They buy a stock that has mineral oil in the employees' bathroom because oil is $135 a barrel. They buy when the Dre product is announced. They buy when the company turnaround is in place. They buy when they find out Kenny has inked Asia and India. They don't wait until the cognac is outselling Courvoisier and Hennessey in its debut or the company is announcing its tenth shipment in 6 months to China.
Another reason they buy? It's because somebody else doesn't sell. Kenny and his boys and the board; none are selling. In fact, check the filings. Every one of them bought as much as they could recently. All those people that got millions of shares in the start up? All sold. All gone. Who is left, is ALL the people who know first hand ALL the reasons to buy and they own over 50 million shares. Might even be 60. Not many left to go around. In fact, since there are not many, what would those remaining shares be worth if you had them all? It is incalcuable. Because they would control the entire market place and could control to whatever exponential level they choose to take the stock since NO ONE can stand in their way with enough shares to stop them by selling. Well, except themselves when they decide to exit.
Even more convenient? DME announced. No action. Dre is announced. Price drops back to lows. DME tells shareholders stock price is down because of weak quarter. DME supposed to be talking about 6-12 months out at a minimum. They talk about 6 months ago to current investors. No one has YET to post a single conversation about what Elias is telling one of his current customers. I guarantee you it is completely different. Kenny tells people over and over the market is misvaluing DKAM and it is severely undervalued. Now after he gets DME and Dre, he now says "small caps are down everywhere." The company goes 9 weeks without a press release as a myriad of events are unfolding at the company. The myriad of events? All the reasons for a select few to obtain as many of the available shares as possible. How do you get them all? Institute a trading program that eliminates large block buying and allows one party to accumulate all the available shares.
You cannot convince me that not one person sees it. You cannot convince me this isn't happening. Control the marketplace. Get them all and use whatever means necessary to get them. It is happening and our job is to make sure they get absolutely none of ours. Like I said before, their game WILL without a doubt be taken away from them along with all their shares.
Wait just a second. I offer just what I've been told from picking up the phone, making phone calls, and talking to people. Rilo has been screaming for people to do it. I did it weeks ago. Speaking of which, what kind of trouble? So I hear about Dre wanting to buy. No big corporate secret here. Makes perfect sense. If he wasn't buying a crapload of stock then I would be concerned. Rilo is talking daily and weekly with CEO, board members, marketing. You know. Just "theory" talks? Yet people come out from lurking in the shadows to tell us to be careful? Careful of learning that someone might actually want to buy this stock? Or careful that the price is being manipulated? Or careful that despite all the good news and obvious company turnaround the stock displays no buyers of any size when there ARE obviously buyers of size trying to buy every day? Or careful that DME might actually get somebody to buy this stock? Or that DME might actually be able to pull off this hoax that they know absolutely nothing about what is going on at the company for all those hedge funds they represent?
Or careful that somebody might take two seconds to get this manipulative program off this stock and allow it to display a true and fair representation of the supply and demand for just one day?
Glad we're all being so careful. I'm heading out to cross the street. There's a bus with my name on it coming right along.
I'm calling for a meeting with Mr. Sinclair. This will be solved and I will show up at his door to make it happen.
Are You Being Yanked by the Shorts?
By Dr. Russell McDougal
Can you make your life’s fortune swimming upstream? Yeah, I think you can. Stay within the school and you’ll receive what the masses historically receive… a portion of bread and a ton of circus. Make that bread and CNBC if you will.
You are wise not to get caught up in the day to day and minute to minute pabulum thrown your way by the NY/DC axis of weasels. The knee jerk reactions they illicit are best left to the orthopedic surgeons.
Let’s look at some big picture stuff. The most gullible people on the planet, overall, have U.S. zip codes. It is nothing short of astounding how many citizens buy into the official stats our government regularly dispenses. Distraction may just play a part in that problem. Life is complex and I confess to being easily distracted. We must insist on focus.
Today we’re going to look into a criminal enterprise that would make Al Capone blush. He’s turning over in his syphilitic grave and kicking himself for not being the first to think of it. Lacking imagination, that guy.
Here’s the deal. I’ll start with a poem… “he that takes what isn’t hizzen, pays it back or goes to prison”.
Talk about an outmoded ditty. These days you can take what’s not yours, sell it, and not go to prison. White collar folk seldom do hard time in case you wondered. They just pay back 10 to 20% of their ill gotten gains.
Would you like unlimited access to trade a market in your desired direction?
Most of us simply buy stocks and go long that position. We are convinced it’s going higher. You can also short a stock. Say, for example, you believe IBM is going lower. You can sell IBM even though you don’t personally own it. You can call your broker tomorrow and sell IBM and the money from this sell will then appear in your account.
This type of transaction is legal because the intermediary (your broker) can borrow IBM stock from a different client and sell this stock into the market. “Shorting” is a completely normal market function. You can go long or you can go short. It’s all good.
Where’s the problem? You are not supposed to be able to short a stock unless you can actually access that stock. Do you think you could hold sway over a market if you were given unlimited access to that particular position? You don’t have to own it personally and you don’t even have to borrow it.
It’s called a naked sale. You sell something you don’t own and have no access to. You can influence and actually dominate any market you choose with this mechanism. This is completely illegal if the intent is to force share prices lower. Unfortunately, the security laws regarding this type of fraud are not enforced.
Naked short sells are commonplace. U.S. hedge funds appear to be the primary abusers. Small cap stocks are the frequent targets. Some companies have more shares sold short than they have issued! This is an obvious fraud. Dishonesty has been institutionalized.
The junior exploration stocks have long been abused by these activities. Recent events suggest this is about to cease. A gentleman named Jim Sinclair has just pledged his full attention and personal fortune to the cause of ending this fraud. Sinclair has been an absolute giant in the world of gold for decades. He knows his stuff. He is also completely fearless.
His recent proposals put illegal short sale offenders on notice that they stand to be criminally prosecuted. A $50,000 gold reward is part of this picture. So is organizational activity. Expect more perp walks in the coming months and years.
I strongly believe that the entire junior exploration and mining share sector has been under the influence of both legal and illegal shorting activity. This is a partial explanation for their recent failure to keep pace with various commodity prices. Their historic leverage to mineral prices has been M.I.A. for an extended period of time.
We’ve definitely been swimming upstream, but the currents are now changing. It will just take a few exposures to put an end to illegal naked short selling. No one wants to spend their days alongside the deposed Elliot Spitzer.
When, not if, the naked short-selling drag is removed from these small stocks, they will begin a price appreciation process. Those who are shorting them legally will have to close out their positions. The only way this can be done is to buy the shares back. The shorted companies will turn upward. Possibly with a vengeance.
All small stocks are particularly vulnerable to targeted shorting. It’s not just those in the resource sector. The Enron debacle is more representative of our markets than most care to believe. We demand and deserve better.
Invest Resourcefully,
Rusty

Dear SEC authority,
My Name is Mugabe Abu. I am Nigerian investor and I am very interested for getting the permit for selling self printed shares of different, on the Wall Street noticed, companies.
Since this practice to sell something what you do not have is legal in US I would like also to participate in this program.
We Nigerians know very well this practice of selling something what we do not have, but we did not make it with the securities, so far.
Since printing of US dollars is illegal, I will be really interested for printing and selling fake securities as many make it in US. You call it very nice “naked (fake) shorts”. Your explanation of this procedure is very nice and I appreciate it very much and I am your admirer.
I see that some people who get permit from you have printed so many fake securities that such company like CALM has even over 100% shorts. Others like DNDN, CORS, CCRT (only few samples) are also extremely diluted. I would like to help you to make it even more. I see still big opportunity to print more fake shares of big companies.
It is almost so easy business like printing fake US dollars but I see, in opposite to printing fake dollar, this business is full legal and you can sell these fake securities for anybody in the world; and you do not need to ask the applicable company, to print their shares!
It is excellent business!
I always believed on your ideas of collecting money from all the world and I would be happy to participate in this huge idea of printing fake shares.
Therefore, please send me the application form for this permit and also needed information how I can start this easy business.
Please inform me if I will need to contribute any amount to get this permit and whom shall I forward this money.
I can also promise you that I will donate some earned money for your agency.
Yours truly,
Mugabe Abu
DME represens hedge funds. Don't let the DME curtain of "we are angels, we play by the rules" fool you. They get a lot of information WAY in advance just like hedge funds do. All I was told is, "Dre wants shares. The company isn't giving any nor are they doing another placement. He will have to get his 10 large on the market like everyone else." Right after I heard this, the price fell from .60 to .20 and has been stuck here ever since. It came from someone close is all I can say and I haven't bought any more based on it. Bought more based on the dramatic company turnaround.
I didn't do anything othe than post fact and information gained through extensive research. Since no analyst has coverage on this company at the present, I guess who ever goes out and does 10 times more than they would ever do is guilty of a pump and dump. Just one problem with that logic. Kenny does the same thing. Yet he hasn't sold a share. I have been trying over and over to buy more and can't get them. I haven't sold a share. Why sell anything at all time lows. That's what everyone else does.
Just got an e mail back from an old college friend who is a securities law attorney in NY. Seems we have a valid claim presently for a class action at the least and there is sufficient evidence to warrant all sorts of inquiries into the trade history of the stock and to ascertain the parties involved. He has already reviewed the orders to buy that were not executed, the orders that sat in the system for hours with supply displayed, the executions that were never displayed in the time and sales, and the fills that crossed the tape in share lots not matching the fills executed. That's 27 counts just from one person. Multiply that by several hundred people over the past 5 months. Now wouldn't it just be the oddest thing if a securities law attorney or a securities law firm had these same things happen to them?
Yes, from here forward every single tick and fill will be watched and investigated. Should make for a great summer reality series! Can TV host the arraignment party?
I am speaking of the algorithmic program and specialized device that is being used to control and manipulate the bids and asks, the daily manipulation and blockage of buy side order flow, the manipulation of the reporting system, the comingling of customer orders, effecting trades between accounts of the same person or entity.
And that is just the start.
Well DKAM does fall under Section 15 of the Act on Over The Counter Securities. But all the jargon and rules are the same.
Thnks Rilo
Well my friends. It appears we have ourselves a violation, or perhaps a mass conglomeration of violations, and subsequent lawsuits:
http://www.law.uc.edu/CCL/34Act/sec9.html
http://www.law.uc.edu/CCL/34Act/sec10.html
http://www.law.uc.edu/CCL/34ActRls/rule10b-3.html
http://www.law.uc.edu/CCL/34ActRls/rule10b-5.html
Now, all we have to do is take the records of our trades, or the orders that have not been executed and submit them to the SEC and NASD with these references to the Act of '34 and demand immediate sancture, fine, and removal from the marketplace.
And we can get our insider whose son works at UBS in Chicago on this one. I have the strangest feeling he has something to do with this:

I guess something changed and the investors were not made aware of it. If I'm not mistaken, they already have an account with Southern. Or do they?

Alcoholic Beverage Distribution
We have a network of alcohol beverage distributors covering substantially all of
the states within the United States. Our distributors buy our products from us
for resale. Southern Wine & Spirits, including its affiliates, is our largest
alcohol distributor, accounting for approximately 14.35% of our sales in fiscal
2006.
Non-Alcohol Beverage Distribution
The following are our non-alcoholic beverage distributors:
Southern Wines and Spirits: Florida
March Health: New York City
AJ Lind: New York State
Valley Juice South: New York State
Valley Juice North: New York State
Fontanella Distributors: Connecticut
Island Beverage: New Jersey
Atlanta Foods International: Georgia
08/2007
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION
We have a network of approximately 50 alcohol beverage distributors covering substantially all of the states within the United States. Our distributors buy our products from us for resale. We believe our most important distribution relationships include Kendall Jackson Wine Company and its subsidiary Regal Wine Distributing, which distribute our products in 11 states, and Pheonix Beehive the metro New York Heiniken Beer distributor. We believe our products are given greater priority by these distributors than they would be given by larger spirits and wine distributors which sell a substantially larger number of premium spirits. Phoenix Beverages and Regal Wine Co., alcohol distributors, including affiliates, accounted for approximately 18.97% and 16.60%, respectively, of our sales in fiscal 2007.
Kenny knows. Elias knows. Everyone said for months from what I hear the big problem was lower sales, no profit, and a high P/S ratio.
Now he and those close know the forward P/S ratio is .5 from 9, and the forward PE is 3.
Elias needs to be telling people these things. Kenny knows. They all know. When asked recently why the stock price is so low he responded, "Small caps are down everywhere."
Yes, they are Mr. Kenny. And the rest of the small caps with 1/2 the growth rate of DKAM right now just ran from under $5 to $30-$80.
Exactly UW. Kenny has said from Day One that his number one concern is to maximize shareholder value. The stock is at all time lows. He also has said they are formulating the foundation for this company. These are the things he says. These are things DME should say. DME is DME. They do research. They are investor relations. They send packets to their 30000 investors. They also make markets in stocks and as their website states, gain large positions in stocks while not driving the price up. That right there signals manipulation in order to do so. Otherwise, they are just hovering and buying stocks in companies that they could obviously buy cheaper. Red Chip put out $1.40 3 months in advance of $.60 to $3.50. DME came in and the stock fell under an immediate program that halts all block buying of the stock so only they control the movement and at this rate it appears to be forever.
If somebody wants those large positions, somebody knows they are buying. The only way to prevent others from taking control is to put a program in place that eliminates everybody from the game.
Correct. You can e mail David at DME on my behalf and tell him he is a sham. If I find out for sure that Graci is behind this manipulation I will personally serve him his head on a platter.
If he is serving up the generic "last quarter was weak" to would be and current subscribers/shareholders, then he obviously has no mathematical capabilities whatsoever. The press releases alone this quarter already show a quarter that ended April 30 is far better than a quarter that ended January 31. That quarter is from business in November, December, and January; before a Dre deal was even announced; and before he was even contracted.
Everybody knows the market trades 6 months out and if he is still telling people about 6 months ago when we all know companies like his ALWAYS know news in advance, then he is doing a complete disservice to this company. Kenny should consider his actions a personal attack against him.
I will let the "no hitting a girl" slide. The gloves are off. Good luck DME. Another door will slam in your face if you try to get to me. I am absolutely fuming at the idiocy of these guys that call themselves so called professionals.
These guys need to go now. Please send them an e mail like I will and tell them their services and lack of investor relation skills are longer needed nor will you be patronized.
But there is also Hubert Millet. From Hermes. I thought it would be easy to Google "Hubert Millet Cognac" and you'll see in a google of listings, he is on the board of Martell Cognac.
Sounds like a good way to go for Drinks with both Traub and Millet right?
Now what are the odds? Two days in a row with great news out there that the only trades we would see are all on the bids? Or worse yet that no orders have gone through for 30 minutes.
This is not good. Every day is torture until we can get it stopped.
DKAM: It's actually 2M sales to 40M sales

I'm back because the news is THAT GOOD. I posted before I couldn't get 100K filled because it was true. Because it was a real problem and it seems to be happening to more than a few people. Finally did get them filled in little bits and pieces. You probably know the game far better but 99.9% of the people have no idea that this is real and it is happening. I could care less about anything down at these levels much less below $5 just like management. Just want everyone to enjoy the ride.

We can dance around the numbers all we want and how they are going to make product happen. The one thing you haven't seen in print is the one thing Kenny lives by. He won't sign an icon now until he knows from his wealth of experience they will generate at least $10 million in revenues for the company, for each product. Three more upcoming icon names this quarter and next. Dre already with two but it will be 3 with the tequila. That's no less than $60-$80 million in revenues over the next two years. Once again, my math isn't the best.
I guess my point is, this company could have all these stars, a crap distribution network, regional US distribution, no international distributors, no China, no India, no sales, mega losses, no sign of ever turning a profit and still be at least a dollar. Hey wait! This already was DKAM and it actually was $2.
Work from there.
It is pretty astonishing that two of us who haven't met much less never exchanged a message off this board go out and do hours upon hours of research. Then we come up with virtually the same numbers and estimates and the company is following through as told and promised.
Good forum here. Glad I landed here despite my initial off the edge posts. It's hard enough getting stocks to go higher just because people can push the sell button 100 times easier than they can push the buy button. But the manipulation and total lack of concern about it by the CEO is disconcerting at best.
Looked around for a bit. Yahoo joke. First, you have to wonder about an OTC with a message board on Yahoo. Sure enough, as somebody said earlier, resident clown.
Checked around over at Lion. Hard to mention them over there in their main place. Saw it talked about a couple times. They jump down your throat for mentioning an OTC. I guess they are not allowed to go up. From what I saw, only the stocks that two or three of the guys that run the show over there recommend are allowed to go up. In fact, I don't think any of the leaders ever buy a stock there that anybody else likes. They quietly load up and then unleash their next big winner. Then it is like they are some mystical magician since 1000 people followed.
Even went to that poor excuse of a commune Zecco. Tried and somebody even mentioned that today. They actually think 27 cents after it was 3.50 is a pump and dump. Even though we already know what they booked, what they are booking, and exactly what is coming. Just a staggering thing that this company is doing more right now than 98% of the stocks out there and it is exponential how undervalued it is while others are flying on air and dreams.
But like I already told them. Nobody makes anybody do anything. The numbers will speak for themselves. I would much rather they buy it over there at $5 or $7 or $10 than at 27 cents. At least we know we can have as much as we want at this price. They not only miss the why but also the ability to load up at the market makers expense.
And they will ignore it. You know what? Don't tell anybody else about it. When DKAM goes up 1000 or 2000% then we can rub their faces in it. I have bookmarked over 200 posts all around all negative about this stock. When it goes up by leaps and bounds, I will post emphatically every member in that forum that told them not to buy it. It's the least we can do for their support.
Sweet dreams bashers.
Yeah, this is all beginning to sink in now. I just conservatively put up some numbers knowing what those initial Dre shipments will be like. I didn't even include China and India since nobody has seen that yet and that will throw our estimates into the ozone based on when they hit.
I really think these guys actually think they can keep this stock down here forever with all this unfolding.
They are in for the rudest surprise. Like I said, they are liable to lose all their shares when the other MMs show up to take their game away from them.
Of course, Levinworth may not have wireless, so they may have to read about it in the Journal!
LMAO!
This is perfect! From 500K to 1.4 mil thru April 30, 2008. Then they have til July 31 to get to 2.8 mil to 3.3 mil or more given the 1.4 mil they already have in Q1 2009. That gives Kenny a little latitude to introduce Dre in July or August if he wishes. A July release gets some product on the current Q for back to back 100%+ increasing quarters. Even without Dre, we still do that. Then we slam a $6 million quarter with the cognac release and the sparkling vodka comes right behind it to slam a $13-15 mil quarter.
I'm no genius at math. But that is 4 consecutive 100% growth quarters in a row going through January 31 2009 that the market won't even see fully reported until the second week of March 2009.
If you need a refresher, then allow me to "refresh" you!
Q4 2008: $1.4 mil
Q1 2009: $3.1 mil
Q2 2009: $6.3 mil (assumes initial Dre cognac ship of 20K cases)
Q3 2009: $13.5 mil (assumes 20K Dre cognac and 20K Dre SV, plus holiday flavors, Recolte renewal ship, add'l icon ship)
Kenny laid it out perfectly. They finally got it the way it is supposed to be.
Usually stocks that do this go from oh about $3 to $25 or more. Did I mention the company goes profitable? Of course it does! Did I mention it becomes a buyout target? Why sure it does.
One and a half quarters in the bag. Dre on time and ready to roll.
Everyone needs to read this post. I can assure you these numbers are accurate with respect to what has been reported in various PRs on individual segments and what we know from the company.
Part 1: Orenthal? A couple things on the Newmans Own current status. First off, we can only assume that the PR released today is through April 30. The year end financials are always sent to the auditors like a normal quarterly would be and then returned. Then the auditors put the financials together with year end to be released in August. So, this is standard timing and I highly doubt Kenny would be keeping track of May-May or June 15 to June 15. So easy to grab a fresh new April 30 and pick and choose what you want to report before August.
Also, the cases sold through the first 9 months of '08 is 66138. It concerns me he says a 23K increase year over year when it is clearly a 26K increase April 30 to April 30.
Page 13:
http://www.pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=5798106
It also concerns me he took no liberties in announcing this is record volume and sales totals for Newmans since they took control of the distributorship.
Nonetheless, it is 18887 cases of Newmans sold above the 9 months reported. I'm going with a better margin on the higher sales at 8.50 a case. It should be $9 static but there are concessions for the higher volume accounts.
Part 2:
From the PRs, we know this much about Q'4 2008:
1000 cases of TSPV to Russia $106810 (Feb. 11)
18887 cases Newmans $160539 (June 24 for Q4)
3200 cases TSPV flavors $341792 (thru 4/15)
1171 cases WNOWR Bourbon $136453 (June 17 for Q4)
Total sales: $906404
Still missing: domestic sales of TSPV, additional shipments to Russia of 8000 cases of TSPV, 15 days in April sales of TSPV flavors, damiana sales, cohete sales, aquila sales, international sales, international wine sales. Assuming these numbers were static at a minimum over last quarter, this would add $503896 to our known sales of $906404 for a total sales figure of $1410300* for Q4 2008 ended April 30.
Total sales for DKAM April 30 Q4-2008: $1410300*
*(This assumes 1600 more TSPV flavors shipped in last 15 days of April since 10000 cases are known from CEO through June 8. It also assumes NO additional shipments of 8000 cases of TSPV to Russia since March 13 PR. If these cases were shipped before 4/30, then we can add $854480 to last quarter's numbers for close to a record quarter for the company. If not, then the company starts first quarter 2009 with those sales and 5200 cases of TSPV flavors for a total of $554412 in flavors. This surprisingly equals $1,410,000 already booked for the company in the quarter we are in now on just two product segments).
Part 3:
This $1410300 is a clean low ball number on Q4 '08 sales which represents a 151.39% increase in revenues over the previous quarter($561K) and a 70.6% increase over the year ago 4th quarter 2007($826797).
I find it highly interesting this company was trading around 65-70 cents when they reported only $1.3 million in sales in Q1 '08. During that same quarter, the stock averaged 1.20 per share. This is even more interesting now that the company finishes the year with $4,754,000 in sales. This represents a 129% increase in sales over 2005 and a 196% increase in sales over 2006.
The average price of the common stock of DKAM year ending April 30 2006 was 95 cents for the entire year(mean of 1.55 high and .35 low). The company ending year 2008 will post an increase of 196% in sales over the 2006 sales year. Yet the stock is 72% below the AVERAGE price of the stock for the entire 2006 year. I use the 2006 year for comparison as sales for 2006 FELL 22% YOY from 2005.
Sales for 2008 will come in enormously high over 2005 and 2006. However, 2007 was a record year and sales for 2008 will come in 21% under 2007 for the entire year. That 21% reduction is still being reflected in the initial huge roll out of Trump Vodka.
2008 virtually mirrors 2006 in total sales reduction over the previous year (22% vs. 21%), yet the stock is now sitting at all time lows. This quarter just ended marks a 196% increase in sales over 2006. It marks a 151% increase over the previous quarter and a 70% increase over the year ago quarter. You cannot continue to keep marking a stock down for an entire year quarter after quarter when sales are increasing with this magnitude.
This makes it all the more clear why this stock is being manipulated to these levels. They know they have it pinned hundreds of percent below where it should be. Everybody should be exhausting every resource they have to find out who is behind it and have them fined or put behind bars. We can do it. It's all in print somewhere and there are certain people that would love to see these guys fry in h*ll.
The following table sets forth the range of high and low bid quotations of our common stock for the periods indicated. The information contained in the table was obtained from Bloomberg Financial Services. Pin the tail on the donkey! Where oh where does 27 cents fit into this sea of reducing sales when DKAM sales now are exponential again?
Here is how one broker administers OTC trades and "warns" investors in advance:
• Fraud – OTCBB securities are frequent targets of fraud or market manipulation. Not only because of their generally low price, but also because the OTCBB reporting requirements for these securities are less stringent than for listed or NASDAQ-traded securities, and no exchange requirements are imposed. Dealers may dominate the market and set prices that are not based on competitive forces. Individuals or groups may create fraudulent markets and control the sudden, sharp increase of price and trading volume and the equally sudden collapse of the market price for a security. You should carefully review all of the information regarding the company you intend to invest in, prior to trading in OTCBB securities, or any other investment.
Please report any suspected occurrences of fraud to your state securities administrator, the NASD or the SEC.
We have carefully reviewed the company we intend to invest in and it is still trading in a fraudulent market.
Half hour to go and suddenly NITE to the rescue to make sure it closes unchanged but more importantly!
To protect it from going higher.
That was my thought uw. (Feels like a major retro psychic flashback of Revenge of the Nerds).
I would almost bet these guys, like many others, have their family buying all sorts of shares for them through various accounts. But it still doesn't account for the millions already traded when the insiders were buying back during their early 08 window and why it was brought down after hitting .60.
The only thing is the scenario. Management want millions. Board wants millions. Family members want millions. Dre and posse want millions. All sorts of new investors want millions. Only certain people are being granted millions. Nobody else. Give them all to them down here and it will never ever go. Fill one interested party and then run it to the moon for the others to buy at much higher prices.
I'm going one better. I'm sending the whole story to Patrick Byrne and Bob Burns and that whole gang that fought the Easter Bunny and The Sith Lord on Overstock. A completely different cast of characters but I'm sure they are familiar with the program that is being used and how they are able to pull it off. Best of all, with their previous 3 year long battle, they will know who to pick up the phone and call and have these guys shut down immediately.
