Retail selling ? You sure about that ? I think not. Try getting the real numbers from the TA and I think youll see its not retail selling at all. No retail person would be willing to dump this many shares at this low of prices. All IMO of course.

If your going by the chart then this wouldnt have gone below .002ish. The reason this isnt a good chart play is because of the obvious dumping going on via NITE.

This company hasnt delivered anything and IMO should be watched very closely. A company with this number of restricted shares is a huge red flag especially when you see NITE behaving the way that he has.

Exactly. I think the real float here is 200-300 million and growing by the day.

Is it illegal for a person that used to be listed on the BOD to post on the board for that company ? If not im pretty sure it would been illegal for that person to have been posting on the board alluding to certain things before they were public information. Doesnt suprise me at all with this company. I have a feeling there is a reason they arent responding to anyone and its not good. With the way this thing has been sliding down the slops I have a feeling thing arent going well. Way too many shares been dumped latley for it to be retail that would be willing to sell at these prices. All IMO of course.

My thoughts are that this float is nowhere near 20 million. I think that there are many many shares coming unrestricted and being dumped on the market. Look at the chart there may be a dead cat bounce once in awhile but overall it is a downward sprial. Gagged TA and 700 plus million "restricted shares" = a recepie for disaster.

Gotten pretty sad that now people are grasping and arguing about some pics of bionic tonic in a fridge. I think it has been shown that the product is out there in the vegas market so I dont see what all the arguing is about.

Lets see this stock supposidley has a tradeable float of 17-20 million, which is listed in the IBOX. Yet everyday for the past few weeks this thing has been being dumped on by NITE to the tune of at least a million shares a day. Some days like yesterday 5 million were dumped. Does anyone else seem to think that those numbers are WAY OFF ?

I have a feeling there is something going on here that the company doesnt want people to know about. Something is not right there is no way the float is 20 million like they claim. This thing trades more like the float is in the 300 million range and with the amount of shares nite has had to dump looks like it could be growing daily.

There is something very fishy with this one something is not right.

Looks like this is going down the drain like its sister company. I think people are finally seeing the truth. Sad it took a federal inditement in order for the truth to really come out.

I think the company is waiting on bottling and shipment of Lady Pink in order to rull out everything together. Lady Pink is the "flagship" product which is why I believe they are holding off on the major marketing till it is bottled.

Then the company needs to request a DTC to see where the heck all these shares that NITE has been dumping are coming from.

THe IBOX needs to be updated Rich Kaiser is no longer then IR rep for this company. We need the updated share structure and the timeline for when the restricted shares become unrestricted because there is something very odd going on here. Either the company/ insiders someone is relentlessly bidwhacking and dumping via NITE or there is someone shorting this to death. If the tradeable float is 30 million or under I suspect someone is relentlessly shorting.

Being in 3 stores is a lot more then most companies that are trading at these levels. I dont agree with how the financing was handled in this deal but the fact that it is verifiable there is product out there is a major plus for shareholders here.

No mention of production at all in this PR. I wonder how close to the max the O/S is getting.
