Correction, SMA10 crossed the SMA30.

The money flow is very positive and the SMA15 crossed the SMA30 today in a bullish way today. Looking for this to continue its run up, IMO.

Of course, this is all just my opinion. I am an investor for the long haul.

This will be good for the company and something they need to do. I agree with their decision. We will see the benefits of this move in months/years to come.

Unfortunately, I can not get funds cleared fast enough to buy more. That is my pathetic purchase this morning of 3400 shares. Oh well, when this gets back over a buck, $289 will be $3400. Hope to buy more next week. I only found this company about a month ago. I can't believe I can continue to buy at 0.085 with these gains being posted. I have been accumulating since I found it.

I hope they will re-purchase some of the outstanding shares to help the shareholders.

How far back do you go? I bought mine at various times between end of Dec 2012 to end of Jan 2013. Ave price is about .28.

Holding long on ROX and OPK. Should not have sold my IDI($1 to $1.2) and LTS(1.2 to 1.4)for such a small profit at the end of 2012.

Won't make that mistake with ROX. I hope my mistake isn't that I should've sold and I didn't. My gut tells me not to sell. I hesitated selling IDI and LTS but I did anyway. Oh well, I didn't lose money, just left money on the table.

Great day today for ROX. Hope for the same or hold at this level tomorrow with decent volume. I would be nice to see a buy from Frost in the low .40s.

Bigger question is why? I am hoping for a profitable quarter!

Frost filed this back in 2009. I search for this filing and purchase based on this filing. These are very difficult to find. I bought OPKO for the first time when he filed this:

OPKO Health, Inc. Announces Hart-Scott-Rodino Filing for Purchase of Shares by Dr. Phillip Frost



MIAMI, Mar 16, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- OPKO Health, Inc. (NYSE Alternext U.S.:OPK) today announced Phillip Frost, M.D., Chairman and CEO of the Company, has filed a Notification and Report Form under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (the "HSR" Act), to allow him to purchase additional shares of OPKO Health's common stock.

Based upon Dr. Frost's recent purchases and possible future purchases, it is expected that his ownership percentage of OPKO will exceed 50% of the Company's outstanding stock. As a result, he is requesting clearance to allow such purchases under the HSR Act and the rules of the Federal Trade Commission relating to the HSR Act.

I also called. Ameritrade tells me that they will not allow the purchase of the shares, but they will allow you to sell the shares which you already have in your account. I can buy more elsewhere. I was concerned that when this gets up in my target range, I wouldn't be able to sell some shares to get my initial investment back. Apparently, this is not the case. I will have to accumulate in another account.

I have Ameritrade. I will also call tomorrow.
