Colt, I was wondering the same thing. I'd like any info you feel comfortable providing.
TORONTO, Aug 21, 2008 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Sierra Gold Corporation (Pink Sheets:SGCP) announced today that it will begin initial gold operation tomorrow on the Sewa River with the 8-inch dredge purchased last month from a South African company. This equipment has the capability to process up to 50 tons per hour. An experienced, highly qualified operator from South Africa will be running the operations. The dredge will enable the company to dramatically increase the amount of gold bearing material to be processed and to expand its river dredging operation to another part of the country
The 8-inch fifty ton dredge was transported this week to Sierra Gold's Sewa River concession licensed by its joint venture partner. The Sewa River is well known for its richness in both gold and diamonds. The company has done preliminary testing on the property to substantiate the presence of gold and is now ready to move forward. The gold extracted from the Sewa River will increase the company's potential gold reserves.
Doug Evans, CEO of Sierra Gold, commented: "I am presently in Sierra Leone to supervise the setup of the dredge operations and to attend local ceremonies hosted by the paramount chiefs. This equipment will allow the company to move to another level of gold production. We are excited about the expansion to the Sewa River and the opportunity to be able to mine throughout the year. We look forward to the opportunity to increase the company's value through increased gold production."
Sierra Gold is engaged in the exploration and development of gold and diamond properties in West Africa. The Birimian greenstone belt of West Africa has had a long history of gold mining and prospecting. The region has been one of the fastest growing gold producing areas worldwide.

I'm on board with the foundation idea.
I did some time ago. Added more recently.
I don't post here, but I do check in and read the updates. I appreciate the work you all put into this.
Eye, Ally, JTF, Zippo I appreciate your thoughful and informative posts looking forward.
I
Capted, champartdirector only said that Wilf was not Dustmoff and that he wasn't in KW. He didn't say anything about not having internet access. Why do you keep twisting things around?
By the way, why do keep mentioning the GB boards? Aren't you a mod there?
I agree, that if someone knowingly lied about something to either pump or bash a stock, that is not right. However a guess or estimate based on what you think you may know at the time does not nessesarily constitute a lie. I do believe he has said things prematurely, but again, does that make it a lie, or an error in judgement?
I post on several boards. I've seen you post on GB also. What's that have to do with anything?
Ed,
I am not defending Wilf, but if it was a guess, that does not make it a lie. Unfortunately, the only people who knew with any certainty if there was treasure on board have been dead for centuries. There may well not be another coin there, but it is possible that there are. Only way to find out is to look.
As far as Wilf's good friend, if he had come back and said there was treasure, would you have been quoting him now?
I understand that Historical and Treasure don't have to be mutually exclusive.
Why didn't you post the response? The "supporter" stated that they were guesstimates in the 30MM to 500MM range. Not a stone cold fact. Are you trying to spin again?
RDG, I believe JTF stated in an earlier post he got the numbers on a conference call with an officer and the TA.

"I have lent the company over $800,000 so far for operations and have made it an iterest free loan to the company, but will secure it with restricted shares after the sale in KW is completed so that each shareholder will get 100% of the dividends they have earned. Once that is done I will secure my loan, not before."
I don't think that qualifies as getting his first.
Yesterday at the eond of the day someone "invested" $6.00 to park the price back down at .016
If they took a statement under oath, that doesn't mean that there was anything from that statement worth pursuing. It could have just ended there.
Thank you for the information
Capted, Since you profess to be so concerned about the investors well being, why don't you share your information. Or is this another "I heard", like the Tracy is not in Deep Blue's name and the phone number is no longer on the website?
It would be helpful if when you make statements that can effect the company and its investors you would give a source that we could do further research on.
Thanks
That's a pretty serious allegation. how do you know that it is true?
Like someone at 3:51 bought 400 @ .016 for $6.40 to park the price there?
Now that's an investment!
Thank you for some FACTS
Thanks for your answers. I'll look into these things.
No I don't, but does anyone know for certain that its not? Anyone seen the title?
How do you know the boat is not in DB name? Have you seen the title, or is it hearsay? It may be registered in another name, but do we KNOW that?
The point was not that Bill Gates didn't call me, I didn't expect him to. I had my questions answered by the company investor relations dept. The point was that I called, didn't ask the company to respond on a message board.
My question to you is:
How do you know for a FACT that he sold shres just before the RS was announced and is it a FACT, not just unusual, to say the least, that the proxy votes were considered a yes if not returned was illegal. Have you gotten a legal opinion on that, or is it just your, understandable, opinion? I am truly curious and not being a smart a$$.
The number is still on the Deep Blue site. I just looked.
Then there you have it. If you don't want to call them, then you'll just have to wait for when they are ready to post on a MB.
Any questions I have for the CEO or corporate officers, I'll ask directly. I don't expect to get an answer from them on a message board.
I think that statement applies to investing in any company, especially a pink. BTW, I had a question about Microsoft, still waiting to hear from Bill Gates.
Call him and ask your questions direct.
WE will have to wait for DPBE to release the name, because I won't.
Why not? You've released all this other information. Or are we suposed to be impressed that you "know something"

Apr 16, 2008 08:30:26 (ET)
FREETOWN, Sierra Leone, Apr 16, 2008 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Sierra Gold Corp. (Pink Sheets:SGCP) today announced that the Company has received confirmation of the delivery schedule for two self-contained high tech gold processing plants previously ordered by the Company in November 2007. The plants will be ready for shipping to Sierra Leone no later than May 1, 2008. Assuming 8-10 weeks for delivery to Freetown and an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery to the Pampana Gold Concession property and recently announced Joint Venture properties, the new portable units should be in production no later than August, 2008.
The two gold processing plants will enable Sierra Gold to process up to 20 tons of earth per hour, 10 tons per unit per hour at its mining sites, speeding up the existing gold production process considerably. Additionally, the portability of the two units will enable the company to move the gold processing plants to whatever location they deem appropriate.
Ideally suited for alluvial/placer operations, hard rock mines or sand and gravel operations, the gravity separating technology allows for cost-effective gravity separation of materials of differing densities utilizing a revolutionary, patented transverse spiral belt separator which helps the system boast recovery rates of 95%-98%. Additionally, this technology offers an environmentally friendly process with no chemicals and reduced water use.
Doug Evans, CEO of Sierra Gold, commented, "After a lengthy back ordering wait, we are very excited at the prospect that our state-of-the-art processing units will be at our production sites and in production in a mere matter of weeks. Currently we are using rudimentary and inefficient manual separation processes that utilize local labor. As such we have only been able to extract 1 Kg per month on average from the Pampana Gold Concession." He continued, "With these two units in place, processing up to 20 tons of earth per hour, we should be able to speed up production and monthly yield by a factor of 10 times or more in the short term."
Sounds like your broker kicked you. I don't think DB is going to get the $20.00
New here. 50k and looking for more.
It's your opinion that the company did these things. Nothing has been proven as of yet. The SEC investigates alot of complaints and finds not many are legally valid. Why don't you wait for the results before making statements of opinion as fact.
That person also said that it was a different Ed, not you.
Capt. Billy,
All the best and safe voyage.
I am long also. You think, but you don't know.
MMM, Excellent post.
If Kataman never heard of Dotson, how did they sign an agreement with him (wucc)?
I undersatnd that he could do it and I'm sure everyone knows it's always a possability, both here and with DPBM. I just don't see any point in speculation based on what someone may or may not have said, especially when there are clearly individual agendas at work. I would prefer to see actual facts, such as public filings, rather than continual bashing of individuals.
