"I have lent the company over $800,000 so far for operations and have made it an iterest free loan to the company, but will secure it with restricted shares after the sale in KW is completed so that each shareholder will get 100% of the dividends they have earned. Once that is done I will secure my loan, not before."

I don't think that qualifies as getting his first.
