Yes Rok, those were Greg's words.
NGC started trading on the TSXV today. After an IPO price of .50, the stock opened @ .088 rallied as high as 1.15 before settling back around .98 now.
This is a double in the first few hours of trading, truly a welcome response from the TSXV!
IDSM should be .15 a share based solely on NGC price action today.IMO

Just digging through the rest of the final PEA from SGS.
http://www.northerngraphite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/BISSETTCREEK_PEA2010-final.pdf
The proposed mining operation by Northern Graphite could be one of the largest graphitic
crystal flake hard rock mining operations in Canada and certainly the nearest in term of
suppliers to potential North American markets
The Bissett Creek property has a mineral resources inventory that may sustain production
for more than 40 years and potentially a larger scale operation if market conditions warrant.
In addition, the Bissett Creek deposit is characterized by its structure as a large flake,
crystalline graphite deposit and has been found to be free of many of the chemicals or
contaminants often present in such deposits. This profile will assist in improving recoveries
and reducing overall processing costs. Accordingly, based on the actual resources estimation
and current market fundamentals, SGS Canada concludes that Bissett Creek may prove to be
economically attractive. Applying a discount rate of 10% yields an NPV of approximately $
77.6 million before taxes and a corresponding projected Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of
approximately 24%. Given this economic profile, SGS Canada’s recommendation is to
proceed with a prefeasibility study.
Budget consideration for the next phase is:
- $250,000 for the prefeasibility study
- $400,000 of exploration and infill diamond drilling
- $500,000 for environmental studies permitting
- $100,000 pilot plant testing
Exactly Rok!
Volume slowly coming back, nice gap today.
IDSM Daily chart is now trending up again :)
Northern Graphite Company Presentation

From the final prspectus for IPO.
http://www.northerngraphite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Final-Prospectus-April-7-2011.pdf
In the Technical Report, SGS has updated the preliminary assessment it initially prepared for the Corporation in
December 2007, and SGS has also been engaged to complete the pre-feasibility study, which will include a new
resource estimate based on recent drilling. The Corporation expects that the pre-feasibility study will be finished in
the second quarter of 2011 and it will be filed and available on SEDAR once completed.
The Corporation has completed approximately 2,900 meters of drilling and is currently
reviewing and evaluating the results in conjunction with SGS, and awaiting assays of QA/QC samples, after which it
will release the results.
The current resource estimate on the Bissett Creek Project is based on approximately 8,400m of drilling in 242 holes
completed during the 1980s. Six confirmation holes were drilled in 2007 and the current program included 13
additional twin and infill holes to further confirm previous results and support the calculation of a proven and probable
reserve in the pre-feasibility study. The drill program was also designed to upgrade the existing resource such that the
pre-feasibility study can include a new resource estimate based on this more recent drilling and evaluate the
economics of a 20 year operation based on Measured Resources and Indicated Resources only.
The Corporation recently expanded the size of the Bissett Creek Project by staking an additional twelve unpatented
mining claims forming part of the Mining Claims, which cover approximately 1,800 hectares.
Graphite prices at pre-crisis levels.
http://www.northerngraphite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/Graphite-demand-soars.pdf
Mobile energy markets, currently the second largest consumer of graphite (25%), are also showing promising
growth over the short and longer term. Graphite is used in the electrodes of a number of battery types
including Li-ion, where it is intercalated with lithium ions - creating a very stable battery that provides a high
energy density.
It is expected that demand for lithium carbonate (Li-ion’s feedstock material) will grow from 105-115,000
tonnes in 2011 to around 300,000 tonnes in 2020 (all lithium markets, including Li-ion - see p.39). As much
as 100,000 tonnes of this could be for the electric vehicle market alone.
“One of the future drivers for graphite will be the demand for electric vehicles,” GK’s Junker told IM. “What
is still unclear to us is how big the influence and how steep the graphite demand curve for this application
will be.”
“The forecasts which can be found differ quite significantly. As the raw material used to produce spherical
graphite for Li-ion batteries is of higher quality, we see prices for these grades more on the higher side in the
future,” Junker explained.
“Our information is, that in 2010 around 30,000 tonnes of spherical graphite was produced to be used in the
negative mass of Li-ion batteries. Only a small portion ended up in batteries for electric vehicles. If the sales
of EVs continue as reported, the demand for graphite in this application will increase significantly,” revealed
Junker.
Graphite is the second largest input material into a Li-ion battery by volume. The production of spherical
graphite for Li-ion batteries destroys around 60-70% of the feedstock material, flake graphite. That would
indicate around 90-100,000 tonnes of flake graphite (total production of which is around 400,000 tonnes) is
already being used in Li-ion batteries.

Northern Graphite Website up and running!

IDSM has put out news this month, and people might be able to refer to it better if it was a sticky post.
Can we get a Mod or assistant to do that?
Thanks in advance.
Where is everyone!!!?
NOBODY on this board.
Bullish, VERY bullish.
IDSM NEWS Deet! How ya been? Long time no read.
Can you add the news from 4-08-11, and the news from 3-11-11 to the stickies up top?
Thank you sir.
IDSM bids stacking nicely now;
2 MM @ .07,
2 MM @ .065,
2 MM @ .06
Only 1 MM @ Ask of .0729
Get'em while they last!!
:)
IDSM chart looks good for an assault on the .10 resistance.
As soon as some volume comes back.
We need this news to spread and things should start to heat up around here.
Thanx ROK!
This is huge for IDSM holders!
Gregory Bowes, CEO stated that "Northern will become the first public company solely focused on graphite production. The proceeds of the Offering will enable us to continue advancing the Bissett Creek project and will be used to complete metallurgical and bench scale pilot plant testing, a pre-feasibility study, environmental studies and mine permitting and a follow up drill program, as well as for general corporate purposes. We expect the pre-feasibility study to be completed in the next couple months and environmental and mine permitting are expected to be completed later in 2011 or the first part of 2012. At that time, the Company will be in position to initiate construction, subject to positive results from the prefeasibility study and the availability of financing."
Edge! So much for that possible weakness! Things are looking good.
Price has consolidated nicely in a very tight range, very strong rejection candle wicks show longs are happy to take shares from weak hands.
Support is rising every day with the 50EMA/Trendline, MACD has been neutralizing, and is now back to the waterline. Today it is punching up through it's trigger line (very bullish breakout signal)
I suspect that newcomers will not have much luck getting significant positions filled at their bids, and will have to push the ask.
I have added to my position this week, and initiated positions in some accounts I manage, I don't think .05's are in the cards.
Just my opinion.
Good Luck IDSM holders!
Nice work Edge! That does sound promising.
I believe we will be updated on the companies plans in due time.
Markets are always impatient.
I will be looking forward to the weak hands coughing up their shares at .05 if we go there.
Yes Edge, there is an Australian based company with the same name working on a chromite property in Oregon.

Things are heating up!
Edge, this stock still is a buy, just add on the dips, she's got legs :)
All IMO of course.
IDSM Candlestick Chart Technical Analysis.
Due to IDSM's exceptionally impressive performance today, I thought it would be a good time to remind our fellow shareholders the explosive potential this stock has, and review some of it's price history.
I have posted a couple of my charts for viewing, click the links to check them out. They are higher time frames than most traders use, and I believe they provide great insight into the future of our little 'diamond in the ruff', pardon the pun.
I have highlighted the first two key areas where I see a potential for resistance courtesy of our swing trading and market making friends.
The $.11 and $.25 swing highs are the first levels to watch.
Assuming no major market moving news is announced at these price levels, I would expect buying to temporarily abate.
After that, look out for the $.43,$.67,$.75, and the ominous .$95-$1.00 range.
Then $1.73,and of course, the all time high from 2007, $2.23.
Remember these are weekly and monthly candles, these targets could take years to reach, and some may never be reached.
IDSM 5-yr.weekly chart
IDSM-7-yr.-monthly-chart
Very Interesting stuff eom, thanks for sharing.
Great PR too, we should be leaving the station shortly folks IMO :)
Not a problem, glad to offer my perspective.
I will continue to share what I come across in regards to news etc.
I-box looks good.
Just FYI, the link to the SISM PDF is linked to the IDSM site that doesn't work. Do you have that PDF file? can you post it in a reply if so? I would like to see what specifics they provide.
Thanks.
Up against these .08's again.
Tomorrow should be interesting one way or another.
The longer we stay at resistance (.08) the higher probability we will have a volatile session, either in an uptrend continuation breakout, or a pull back and more consolidation, IMO.
U.S. listed shares can be bought by anyone with an account that permits them (European, Canadian, American, etc.)
WITHOUT THE COMPANY LISTING ANYWHERE BUT IN THE USA (Think Japanese traders buying Exxon mobile on the NYSE).
Except, of course, when there is a halt or cease trade.
Once the cease trade for U.S. listed IDSM shares is lifted in BC, then and only then will the TSXV allow the NEW (FIRST TIME EVER) issuance of shares in the form of the Northern Graphite IPO.
From the mouth of the CEO;
"IDSM plans to spin-out it's Bisset Creek asset into a new company (Northern Graphite) via a NEW IPO and subsequent listing on the TSXV, which may then be dividended out to shareholders of U.S. LISTED IDSM SHARES."
WHICH OF COURSE MAY BE BOUGHT BY PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD INCLUDING CANADA.
(Assuming the revocation of the cease trade in BC)
IDSM will NOT list its current shares on the TSXV (of which there are almost 200,000,000).
They will issue 6 million NEW shares of Northern Graphite in the IPO UNDER A NEW SYMBOL and CUSIP #(in addition to the 23 million outstanding shares, currently held by IDSM and private investors).
As I am sure you know, this is called a spin-off, and does not require the listing of the parent company on any additional exchanges.
That too sounds like plain, Canadian English.
Obviously our opinions differ, I just seem to be the one who doesn't have a problem admitting that they are just that.
OPINIONS!
Are you intentionally ignoring my question?
I understand that IDSM shares have a cease trade against them in BC.
I also understand that Northern will be doing an IPO.
WHERE DOES IT SAY IDSM WILL LIST ON THE VANCOUVER EXCHANGE???
All it says is that the U.S. listed IDSM shares will resume trading after removing the cease trade.
JUST LIKE I CAN BUY CANADIAN SECURITIES, CANADIANS CAN BUY U.S. LISTED IDSM SHARES (ONCE THE CEASE TRADE IS REMOVED).
I suppose it is open to interpretation, but that sounds like info pertaining to the listing of Northern Graphite shares, not IDSM shares.
While there is a halt on IDSM in Canada, it does not necessarily imply that there are, or will be, Canadian listed shares.
Canada can halt the trading of U.S. listed (IDSM) shares from trading in Canadian accounts.
I am currently holding a position that is in a similar scenario. Silvercrest Mines, (STVZF).
The SEC halted the trading of the Canadian listed shares in the U.S. until the company corrects a misfiled document...
Personally I am not convinced that IDSM is listing on the Venture anytime soon.
The Norther Graphite IPO is obviously the current focus for the company, as it should be. IMO
Good morning all, Deet, I was wondering if you could tell me whether you are speculating that IDSM will list on the TSX Venture exchange, or if in fact there has been an announcement confirming that.
It would be very beneficial to IDSM shareholders IMO...
Also, do you have any information regarding IDSM and their current ongoing operations. I am curious about the Graf-X subsidiary.
I find it frustrating that there is no corporate website for IDSM, even though they have been working on the NG site, I still think IDSM should have a separate site.
Just thought I would share a couple of bullish articles I found about the graphite industry. They are from last week, but probably explain the renewed interest we have seen in graphite stocks over the past few trading days.
"Chinese graphite firms on tight supply and demand conditions"
14 February 2011
by IM Prices Correspondent
Tax investigation from Chinese authorities could also push up prices in short term
Prices of natural graphite, which is used in a wide range of refractory and other
industrial applications, sourced from China are set to increase this month
as supply remains constrained due to mine closures for the winter and traders return
to the market after the Chinese New Year holidays.
The higher prices continue to reflect ongoing tight supply and strong demand conditions
which have been acerbated by annual winter closures of
graphite producing mines concentrated around the province of Heilongjiang in north-east China. Mines usually reopen in April/May...

I appreciate the hard work Deet.
Thanks.
We are all on team IDSM here, lets use our energy to uncover and share important info as it becomes available.
Go IDSM!
Because I have a life, and thought that that info was pertinent.
If you check my favorite stocks list, you will see that I added IDSM a month ago, when I started buying.
I have not posted here on the hub for YEARS, so it is not a strategic maneuver, calm down.
I also see that you failed to provide the IBOX with the info I shared, outdated by 2 weeks or not.
In my opinion, Norhtern Graphite's share structure is extremely important info.
Deet, Im not missing anything, just presenting the information the CEO supplied me with.
I am a shareholder (in @ .0505) and am very confident this company will deliver significant value to myself and other shareholders.
That being said, I don not believe that over inflated projections posted by Hubbers hold any water, and prefer to present the facts as they are presented to me.
Much higher valuations are almost a sure thing, I gave that calculation to show the severe undervaluation of the Bisset Creek asset, were NG to IPO at $.50 CAD.
IDSM is a SCREAMING BUY IMO
I spoke with Greg Bose, the CEO of Northern earlier this month. He confirmed to me that the 9.75 Million shares of Northern Graphite that IDSM owns (approx 42% of the current O/S), would probably be "dividended out to IDSM shareholders" (Post Norther Graphite IPO).
He also confirmed that Northern Graphite has 23 Million shares outstanding, pre-IPO,
Post IPO (assuming a 6 Million share issuance)there will be 29 Million shares outstanding.
Assuming a $.50 IPO price (as stated in previous PR) this would give the Newly issued Northern Graphite a miniscule Mkt cap of just $14.5 Million (Cad), of which 42% is in the hands of IDSM shareholders $14.5 X .42 = $6.09 Million (value of NG shares held by IDSM @ $.50 CAD)
If anyone wants to confirm his statements to me, Greg may be reached at (613) 241-9959

Yes I think I can say it.
feels good to say it, too!
GAPPER TOMORROW !
I live in Maui and we have a dealer in Wailuku, we are more than a 100 miles from Kaui. The distributor within 25 miles HAS TO BE ON KAUI!
No island or land whatsoever is closer than 25 miles from Kaui.
And yes, it is scarcely populated on Kaui, thus the single distributor within 25 miles is all that is necessary.
However, Oahu has over 1 million population, so a warehouse on Kaui is obviously useful.
Also Kaui is cheaper to lease or rent or buy real estate, than Oahu.
Smart move IMO

Thank you for the kind words. I feel fine, the voice just went with the chest cold I have.
Everything is transpiring as expected.
The company will issue a press release on the status of the acquisition as soon as possible.
That may be today or tomorrow, but I doubt it will go beyond that.
Until a press release is issued, I will need to be vague about the timing.

Andrew
