Thank you for the kind words. I feel fine, the voice just went with the chest cold I have.

Everything is transpiring as expected.
The company will issue a press release on the status of the acquisition as soon as possible.
That may be today or tomorrow, but I doubt it will go beyond that.
Until a press release is issued, I will need to be vague about the timing.
