Check out USEI in the early stages.

Went from trips to 006 then hung around and dropped to low .002s.

Then, look at how it went from .004s to .05 in 4 days.

What we have here with SMAN is similar, and with a smaller O/S.

USEI has a market cap of 3million (but started before the run with a sub 200k market cap)

SMAN has a market cap of 144k.

In my opinion this is a good buy down here. Even if I have to sit on them for months/years. :)

FYI, I am in at .0006.

I did some DD and came up with a different company Martial R. Knieser is connected to. Smart System Technologies located in Indiana (9155 East 146th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060).

Then to: http://www.knieser.com/medicalprod (looks like Medical/Computer Technologies)

Then to: http://www.knieser.com (looks like Energy Efficient Technologies)

Regardless, it appears as though Knieser is involved with various companies. Any of which could be a possible candidate to reverse merge with SMAN.

You're correct. These 3 individuals do and/or did have an affiliation with SMAN. Most notably, Ronald Hunter owns 21,455,487 shares of the company. This figure is dated all the way back to 11/16/2007 so I'm sure he's sold some on the open market since then.

SMAN DD - interesting connections!

Tried doing a little research on the Company - CEO came back Ronald D Hunter - I can't seem to find if Ronald's doing anything - but he was once associated with two individuals: Stephen M Coons, Martial R. Knieser.

Stephen M Coons Attorney in Indianapolis, IN is a private company categorized under Lawyers and Attorneys.

HOWEVER - the "fishy" information seems to be related to Martial R. Knieser. All I know is that these two individuals were both associated (Martial and Ronald) in the past from internet searches. Martial R Knieser is associated with "Clearvista " Based out of Indiana!

What are clear vista and smart systems technologies? Not sure but something could be up!!!

There is no SS reinstatement out. No reverse merger coming.
Check with various secretary of states (SS).
Nothing here to substantiate a continued upside run.
Also, 12Hunter also has posted no links in his 200 posts over last three days.

It is. Basically a way for a private company to go public without doing an IPO. Control and ownership is given over to the private company in exchange for their assets.

Check out Armada Oil (AOIL) as an example. Compare their last 10-Q report (02/14/2012) with their 10-K that was released yesterday (06/27/2012). They went thru a reverse merger in March with NDB Energy. Look at the change in assets and net enterprise value.
