It might be more accurate to say: "No longer successfully suppressed by the West".
Perhaps there is no longer any 'control'.
Good for you and I hope you did get it at or near the bottom. Crying over spilt milk here, but wish I would have not bought at .56 and could afford to get a few at these prices. But I got a bunch at .056, so I will count myself lucky!
Bought a few yesterday, hoped to get some at the true bottom, which is some times hard too do on a successful OTC penny stock.
Patiently waiting on the next leg up on this journey with LBSR
Thanks. The 8K actually says the company intends to use the proceeds for "on-going exploration expense." So I would think we can assume that drilling and/or channeling continues.
The filing date for the loan was 4-4-24
I have no idea was the money was used for
My assumption was for drilling; could have been general expenses, I do not know
my excitement is AN INSIDER loaned the money AGAIN
We are still waiting on the analysis
my thought = would an insider loan more money on a potential loser or a potential winner, they also know more than we do.
LBSR
When you say filing date of 4/24, were you referring to assay results? Sorry confused because "filing date" usually refers to something like PO's loan. Thanks.
PO loaned the company another $75,000:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1172178/000149315224013223/0001493152-24-013223-index.htm
I assumed it was for to push drilling, in my humble opinion filing date of 4-24-24
I expect delays in assay results.
Question. How much was loaned by which insider to push drilling?
Price of gold is said to now be controlled by China not the west.
What will happen to price of gold and oil with a wider Middle East conflict.
I remain bullish too and it's easier to do when Pete O. seems so bullish. Staying patient is the hard part but no other choice.
I know it seems like a long time, time must be getting much shorter every day, week, month. Even if the length time seems a little negative(some have followed LBSR for 10 + years, what super positive is an insider just lent more money to keep on pushing.
We all know how expensive it is to drill and then analyze the cores and can be timely. The PPS was at one time at close to $ 5.00 per share , before enough money came forth to drill. NOW THEY ARE DRILLING AT ABOUT 40 cents PPS. We can't know what their ultimate plan is; but whatever it is , so far it is excellent !!!
An insider just loaned more money to keep LBSR going forward.
Where did everybody go on this board? Not much to say but soon let's hope. Hard to believe about 4 and 1/2 months since first drilling.
rich2, Thanks !!
many had questions of one that sold his shares and why he sold them. This to me is very positive. Just today on 4-4-24 70 K dollars from an insider to keep drilling(very expensive) to keep going. As for the total I do not know, have not been adding them up. They must know something we don't a this point in time.
Maybe the hand held device gives relative information, the last few days going up not down, today looks like profit takers( not me)
even the geologist said very promising words, maybe ask Kickedoffagain
LBSR is this the next leg up ? Gold and copper are a new new highs
rich2, can you tell me the total sum PO has loaned LBSR so far. THKs In ADV.
the fact that it was written in sept. 2020,makes it almost invalid to me we all have opinions mine is very soon a few weeks not months
all I hope 4 and believe
In a few more weeks, I want to be ready for the next jump up with LBSR
I don’t want to be critical of other’s posts. I simply like to prepare for slower delivery of positive results. I too hope it’s sooner rather than later.
I believe you're right and someone noted the same thing on the other board. And I am hoping the time lines are (much) shorter now.
I believe those were turn around times during covid, the article was dated September 2020.
Thanks Magical Maverick. LBSR is approaching four months since any drilling began and only one month since Red Rock Canyon channeling began. Obviously, no blame on LBSR but very frustrating with the timelines mentioned in the article. Nothing to do but wait.
Ask Rich where he got "ore-quality intercept" data. He apparently has a source with the company or with their assay lab. Or be patient.
Well now cupcake, you have me all wrong. I'm sweeter than molasses to all except liars, braggarts and dumber than a sack of rocks individuals. Nor hard to discern in which category you reside. Maybe you too are a retired engineer (sans diploma) who attended a trade school and was retired by your firm at age fifty five. Yep, I'm sure your creds are comparable to the Senior Aerospace Engineer.
To infinity, and beyond. LOL
Thanks for the info on the bashers. I'm still very optimistic about LBSR in the very near future.
You sound like a very bitter old B#stard,
Waited for quite some time for YOU to disappear but sadly you keep appearing, much like covid......similar disease.

I have patience, how about you
Rich, I thought you had data for "ore-quality" intervals? Now you're waiting for "analysis"? Make up your mind.
As for the "very green cores", you've got pictures of this green core? Is it like the hole-in-one, blue core from Alaska? Please post pictures, do you know how? I am sure a tech-savvy aerospace engineer/metallurgist like you can handle that highly technical task.

We have a real CEO now. I don't think delisting is on his dance card.
I love the way this giant intellect writes. He enjoys quoting whatver source he's pumping at the moment, embracing the sputum disseminated in each and every PR. It's not as if he has ever had an original thought of his own so why not quote the impeccable words of his latest STBD penny stock pick ?
Sure To Be Delisted.
Lack of actual lab results despite months of drilling isn't helping. Despite a certain poster here claiming there are ore-grade intercepts. Likes throwing "mining" words around but doesn't understand what they mean.
Paying for all that drilling comes at a cost - dilution.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know where the "extreme downward movement" is coming from.
Look at the chart and compare it with the effective date of the registration of the million dollars' worth of new shares that are being sold to pay for operations.
Buyers were warned both in the filings and on this message board.
Quite a significant regressive move since March 6, wouldn't you say ? To what can this extreme downward movement be attributed would you say ? Almost looks as though there has been some overzealous buying.

About the company
Liberty Star Uranium & Metals is an Arizona-based mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Arizona and the southwest USA.
How it is doing
05 Mar 2024
Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (OTC:LBSR), doing business as Liberty Star Minerals, announced that field operations have commenced at its wholly owned Red Rock Canyon gold property, next to its Hay Mountain property in southeast Arizona.
The company said it is conducting a channel sampling program across the gold-bearing jasperoid lenses throughout the property.
Samples will be broken out using a hammer and chisel, photographed, bagged and shipped to the ALS Global prep lab in Tuscon, with this unit-specific sampling method chosen to show the distribution of gold within the lenses.
”Given the plentiful jasperoid outcrops and a database describing historical findings in the area, channel sampling is both a practical and economical next step exploring for gold in this geologic setting,” Liberty Star chief geologist Jim Bryce said in a statement.

What management says
27 Feb 2024
Liberty Star Minerals Chief Geologist James Bryce joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news regarding the drilling progress on the Hay Mountain property. Bryce outlined details about two holes drilled so far. Hole HM-117 was drilled at the center of the magnetic high and over the conductor identified by the ZTEM survey. The initial depth to bedrock on the drilling pad was 108', after which the drill encountered limestones of the Morita formation.
The presence of Morita at this elevation suggested a faulting event, with a vertical offset of over 800'. To further investigate, the company decided to deepen the hole by an additional 500' and extend the overall program by 1000. Bryce also told Proactive hole HM-001 was located 0.6 miles east of hole HM-117, this hole was collared on Colina limestone outcrop displaying polymetallic leakage textures at the surface, indicating elevated levels of lead, zinc, molybdenum, and sometimes copper. Despite the collar of this hole being at a similar elevation as hole HM-117, it allowed the company to begin drilling approximately 1350' deeper into the stratigraphy compared to hole HM-117.
At a depth of 420', the drill encountered the Horquilla Formation, known to host many copper deposits in the region. As the hole approached 1500', the company decided to deepen it by 1000' due to increasing alteration, the presence of minor sulfides, and extensive carbonate vein stockworks. Despite budget limitations, the project has successfully de-risked, laying groundwork for future exploration. Bryce anticipates refining the drill program with a larger budget based on results. These updates provide valuable insights into Liberty Star's exploration efforts and the geological features encountered during drilling on the Hay Mountain property.
Rich 2: thank you for your reply & Updated information on LBSR. I came out after the split with 2300 shares. I hope we all see some good news, this summer 1950tiger
Well, we went from about .05 to about .83 and once the news flow stopped the selling started. Right now we may have support at the prior support level which is also around the Fibonacci retrace .618 level. So here we sit, waiting for additional information. Believers are buyers here and skeptics are sellers here.
It all depends on news, and what that news implies for the longer term future. I think the 200 day moving average is the worst case possibility between now and likely positive news, and that only if the timeline to news drags out.
My sense is that sellers Lower price a bit each day because of small volume except by the board member. Large swings. I expect PPS to fall until there is news. My gut says buy more if gets much lower, say 20-30 cent's range.
I always like to read what you have to say over at agoracom/LBSR
The recent form 4 selling by an insider; to me states only one of them is selling. It appears he came on board to get financing going. Exercised his options, and possibly going.
Everybody over analyzing = negative in my mind. Then someone said that maybe he did not find any financing
You said [quote"I Perhaps he did and we have yet to hear about it.
One coin, two sides.][/quote] = positive
Could you also explain what the charts are saying to you, I have found nothing the charts can tell me about such a big drop in PPS with an over the counter penny stocks
I understand where they are drilling and am excited
thank you in advance
2007 is a long time ago. I think I remember your moniker. I was fortunate to sell before the reverse split. When I talked to James Briscoe he almost convinced me to do a private placement. After many letters of intent etc. nothing appeared to be happening, so I sold and lost a little. Then all kinds of information about insiders buying; so I started to buy some. More insider info kept coming to my email, so I bought a little more. Since it seems like forever to get the analysis of the drill samples the high of 80 cents fell to a low around 39 cents. This could be a good opportunity for me to get some more. It sold for a high of 5 dollars when they were trying to drill now it is around half it's high of 80 cents and they are drilling in 2 locations, not just one.
Since drilling is very expensive and slow; when impatience sets in again I might buy a few more shares. I will not encourage any one to buy or sell, just excited and I am explaining my excitement. Did you see the photo of the cores from the first hole; a whole lot of green = copper + ?
The first run up to 80 cents made me more profit than I ever lost
My alias was born 0713/2007 1950tiger has been with this stock a long time...
Welcome back. I remember you. Did you happen to read the last few news releases? Even the geologist used the word "exciting" once or twice.
Hi rich 2 you may remember me from years ago Gtiger. I have held & forgot this stock for over 10 years now/ I see after the split, it is moving up.
We are all excited about the potential of LBSR. When trouble arose with logging on to Agoracom, nothing about news, just verifying something a particular poster stated, sorry nothing really exciting.
after following LBSR for over 10 years, need to have some more patience and see if I can figure out how I can buy a few more, if I can. Looks like the PPS is starting to rise again.
I have never owned shares in a stock with the unproven(as of yesterday) that LBSR has.
They say patience is a virtue. May take months, not years now. They are executing a plan, with all things not known to us, so far excellent as we watch it unfold.
rich2, I must have missed something !! What did you need verified, some news I hope !!!!!
Confirmed legit.
You can't be too careful.
Did you verify ? can you let us know the result
go LBSR
I am back to normal and happy
GO LBSR
I hope I’m wrong too. But setting expectations low can help reality check early mining explorer company.

Geochem Field Tech, August, 2011
The Tombstone Super Project (TSP ) hosts Liberty Star’s premiere multi target property: Hay Mountain. The TSP initially consisted of 33 unpatented federal lode mining claims over a projected covered porphyry copper mineral center in Cochise County, Arizona. In 2011 and 2012 more USBLM claims and Arizona Mining Exploration Permits were added after Chief Geologist James Briscoe discovered a large multimodal anomaly over a large covered porphyry copper mineral center within the larger TSP area. Currently, the TSP entails 14.67 square miles of claimed or permitted lands with Hay Mountain covering 13.45 square miles of the area.
Mining throughout the region began in the late 19th Century and led to the rise of legendary boom town Tombstone, Arizona. Many of these mining sites, including what is now Liberty Star’s land, reside within or adjacent to a large volcanic and intrusive geologic feature known as a caldera. These caldera structures are present throughout southern Arizona, making the region one of the richest porphyry copper areas on the planet. By 1938 exploration and development of the Tombstone Mining District in this area was stalled by altered sedimentary rock (hornfels) that was too hard for the drill technology of the day(churn drills).
With copper prices on a continued upward trajectory, and modern mining technology in place, the terrain along this large caldera is again of great interest throughout the mining industry. Through geochemical sampling and computer modeling, Liberty Star founder and Chief Geologist & CEO James Briscoe, discovered a compelling drill target for a very large limestone hosted porphyry copper-replacement deposit. If exploration is successful, mining projected for this target would be underground and could produce copper, moly, gold, silver, lead, zinc and potentially other by product metals. While there are no drilled mineral resources on this property, it is adjacent to the old historic Tombstone Consolidated mines and the target is defined by technical work to allow an immediate start to drill testing. The Tombstone mining district has a well developed infrastructure and enjoys sunny skies over 300 days a year, ideal for year round exploration and mining activities.
In mid March, 2011 Liberty Star contracted SRK Consulting to prepare technical reports over three areas within the Tombstone Super Project : Hay Mountain, Tombstone South and Walnut Creek. Members of SRK’s engineering/scientific staff supervised by Qualified Person and SRK’s Tucson Office Principle Geologist Corolla Hoag, and geologist Dr. Jan Rasmussen have visited the Tombstone property. Their information combined with the previously gathered geochemical, geophysical and computer modeling data underwent a thorough technical analysis. The resulting technical reports concluded that all three claim blocks were worthy of further exploration work.
In 2011 extensive geochemical sampling at Hay Mountain rendered approximately 1,800 soil/rock/vegetation samples which were analyzed for 64 elements at a certified facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Expected markers for porphyry copper, gold, moly, silver and zinc were present. The geochemical data also yielded the unexpected presence of four of seventeen Rare Earth Elements (REEs). Further analysis of the REE data will be undertaken at a later date.
Liberty Star contracted Geotech Ltd. to run a ZTEM airborne electromagnetic survey over the Hay Mountain area in 2013. The final draft report has been submitted to Liberty Star concluding :
1. There are as many as 10 meaningful targets within the Hay Mountain Project area.
2. Hay Mountain contains a major anomaly centered on the geochem anomaly reported by Liberty Star (NR 127).
From the “Executive Summary” Summary Interpretation Report on a Helicopter-Borne
Z-Axis Tipper Electromagnetic (ZTEM) and Aeromagnetic Geophysical Survey:
The Hay Mountain Project Tombstone Mining District, Cochise County, Arizona
For: Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp.:
“The Hay Mountain Property is mainly underlain by a thick sequence of Paleozoic quartzite, limestone and siltstones, but potentially hosts buried porphyry copper deposits at structural intersections and under basin-fill formations. There is additional potential for polymetallic carbonate-hosted replacement deposits (CRD), as well as shallow chalcocite blanket porphyry type deposits and also skarn type porphyry copper deposits. Previous soil and vegetation geochemical surveys have identified a coincident Au-Pb-Cu anomaly and larger Mo-halo in the center of the property. The objective of the ZTEM surveys is to identify favourable magnetic and resistivity signatures related to potentially more deeply buried porphyry copper, CRD/skarn and chalcocite replacement deposits at Hay Mountain. The Magnetic surveys have determined that Hay Mountain hosts a large dominant magnetic high that lies buried below the Paleozoic sediments is centered over the Liberty Star geochemical anomaly and remains open to the south…As many as ten (10) magnetic anomalies have been defined.” (See NR 170, 12/11/2013)
