I always like to read what you have to say over at agoracom/LBSR
The recent form 4 selling by an insider; to me states only one of them is selling. It appears he came on board to get financing going. Exercised his options, and possibly going.
Everybody over analyzing = negative in my mind. Then someone said that maybe he did not find any financing

Could you also explain what the charts are saying to you, I have found nothing the charts can tell me about such a big drop in PPS with an over the counter penny stocks
