Anyone know whats going on with this? I can't get a quote for MNEI or EXTI through etrade and it shows my shares are valued at $150,000. Not bad for a $500 investment 2 weeks ago.
MNEI now EXTI, I'm sure you know : http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=EXTI.PK
AS has been increased from 100M to 1B, per Nevada SOS update
IMGR was the same thing; a 1:1000 RS as part of the deal.

secratary said she knew crawford.
I called the number great dd btw. was on the phone with her for 5 minutes. British accent - she said she is knows Shaw and that he is away for a few weeks. She said he has nothing to do with that other company. So likely it is another dead end as she did not know Extensions INC either.
She sounded a little irritated too! LOL. I am not good at prying info. She seemed concerned that I was trying to get investment money at first, not that I was an investor! LOL!
I gave her my cell and she'll have Shaw call when he gets back. Maybe someone else can get some info from her. I'm not that good LOL!!!
I noticed that too; but then I noticed that the software company is on Post Oak Rd. not Post Oak Lane and if you look on Mapquest it is actually a different address very close in proximity.
This company has the same exact address and suite number as nevada SOS filing

thanks so Crawford Shaw is no longer president of teabody?
the IEAM link has already been established.
the registration at the Nevada sos for the company r/m'ing into MNEI has the exact same address as IEAM had a few years back.
SO that is verifiable info.
Two things just spoke with Teabody's, Dana was his name. Crawford Shaw is no longer associated with Teabodys so that's a dead end. Did find this though
New President of the company Crawford Shaw was the former CEO of IEAM.
IEAM started on the Pinks, uplisted to the OTCBB, and is now trading on the NASDAQ at over $3 a share with a $44 million market cap.
According to recent IEAM filing he is now a consultant for IEAM.
He also serves on the board of numerous companies.
Here is a little more about Crawford Shaw:
Crawford Shaw, Director, Age 69 - During the past 30 years, has been a leading international lawyer, financier and management consultant with offices in New York, London and Paris. Mr. Shaw graduated from Yale College in 1958 and the Yale Law School in 1961. He received a diploma from The Hague School of International Law and is a former Fellow of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is the Editor of A Lawyer's Guide to International Business Transactions published by the American Bar Association and The American Law Institute. Mr. Shaw practiced Law in New York for many years as a partner in the Firm of Shaw and Reed. Mr. Reed was formerly the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury in the Kennedy Administration. Mr. Shaw founded the firm and originated and serviced such clients as the Lockheed Corporation, American Home Products, National Semiconductor, Triumph Motor Cycles and the like. During the past ten years, Mr. Shaw has served as a legal, financial and management consultant to several small and medium sized private and public corporations. He has three children and three grandchildren, is an avid tennis player and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Called the number and left a message, good working phone number
MNEI talked to transfer agent yesterday and they gave me the number of the lawyer handling the r/m a Mr. Richard Cutler in Atlanta Georgia. 706-737-6600

He was not able to give insider info! I am expecting a pr of some sort in the near future. A week or two. Until then I am accumulating and hunting down Crawford Shaw. This could be a nice under the radar RM. Considering every shell stock is getting pumped as a r/m I am amazed this one is slipping through the cracks when an actual r/m is occurring. Once again a buying opp that I fully intend of taking advantage of.
Any help with the finding of Crawford shaw would be great. I'll call him get me a number.

Then feel free to use the Iggy button, and you won't have to concern yourself with my posts, or my rationale behind them. Please feel free to invest based on your own DD, and we will both be satisfied with our respective investment decisions. I will attempt to keep future opinions to myself, so as not to offend or potentially mislead anyone....
I know. I called you a pumper when I saw you posting on the OTCBB alerts page. The last five Mark Smith shells have all gone south. WHY would this one be any different?
LOL! You're right, John! I had completely forgotten about your stellar efforts on NSHV!
My apologies to Cassius. You were NOT the first one to accuse me of being a pumper.
MNEI - I will be quietly accumulating here! LOL! shhhhhh
You are correct, both of those posts are mine, and yes, I did sell off during the last five minutes, as soon as I discovered the 10X increase in AS.
I post what I find, whether it be HOD, LOD, or data that supports or disputes the play. The discovery of the AS increase was enough to convince me to sell. Others may rightly believe that the change over to Shaw warrants a continuation to hold, which may prove in the long run to be the right decision.
You may think what you wish of me, as that is your perogative. I won't lose sleep over it. And congrats! You're the first one to ever accuse me of being a P&D player......I won't lose sleep over that either....and you obviously don't know me very well......
GLTU. I hope you make a bundle on the play
I understand ur concern.
I know 53chevy pretty well on IHUB.
Before all else he is always 100% forthright. If he was still in this stock he would have written the same post. He got some flack from the MRXT (toyshare) board too.
I know first hand. Honesty usually gets you in trouble on IHUB. That is why I respect chevy. He didn't have to say he sold out. He didnt have to tell us about the new SOS filings but he did. He also could keep his shell research to himself but he doesn't.
I am adding here. So if his comments scared some off its a buying opp for the rest IMO!
While doing my DD, I'm a little disturbed at 53Chevy.
He pumped this stock Friday afternoon at 3:20pm:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=22165731
He pumped it at 3:56pm:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=22167927
Then he says, "why I sold out @ 01 with five minutes to go in the market....."
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=22175490
So 53Chevy, you are pumping at 3:56pm, you sold 5 minutes before the close and then somewhere in between you come up with ballbuster news that the A/S was increased from 100M to 1B.
Anyone wonder why we are down 30%??? Anyone else get into MNEI due to 53Chevy? PM sent to him about this post and lets see what dribble he has to explain himself. This is going to be good. In the meantime, I am doing EVERYTHING trying to get a phone number for Crawford Shaw. I will keep everyone posted if I get it. Thanks
Just received a call who I thought was the CEO, Crawford Shaw of Houston. The man I just talked to said I have the wrong Crawford Shaw as he has never heard of MNEI and then he hangs up.??? Not sure if that was the real guy or the wrong guy. Still working on it.
Prior to Friday the outstanding shares was believed to be 23 million and the float 4.1 million.
The stock sold off on little volume from .007 to $.002 on Friday. To me it looked like someone was trying to liquidate and there were no bids in to take the shares. The bid kept going lower until finally it dropped to $.002 before rebounding nicely. I was able to get some at $.0025 and $.0035. I'm riding freebies now which is always nice.
When a stock goes from $.006 to $.002 to $.0012 and closes at $.01 a lot of the volume is from flippers who were able to get in and sell for 50-100% IMO. I still think the float is not that big, but we have no way of confirming that until we get the correct info. Watching it trade can give us some indication though.
The more I find out about Crawford Shaw (the new CEO) the more I like this play. IEAM is on the NASDAQ, and is not a dilution - reverse split machine like the majority of pinks. To me this means a lot. We are getting a CEO that took a company from the pinks to the OTCBB and it now trades on the NASDAQ. That is what we hope for when we buy a penny stock.
thanks uranium for your DD on this! just saw your post on bbs penny heaven and marked this board, we know, RM plays are the best out there.
if you find any new infos please post them in the ibox, knowing actual sharestructure would be very interseting!
one question:
what do you think about fridays trading on this stock?
stock was dead the last days and suddenly volume kicks in causing a great gain?! do you think insiders or too less volume for it? maybe the SOS nevada page (what does SOS mean here?) was updated during tradinghours, someone noticed it and so it started?
thank you for your help, you got my board and membermark!
Thanks vantillian! I do appreciate it.
UPB...looks like another winner. YOODAMAN! Go MNEI!
Excellent. Any info would be fabulous!!!
I may have just hit the lotto. I think I've got the business and home # of Crawford Shaw. Some CEO's will talk, some will "imply" but can't talk, and others will not say anything. Just got the numbers a couple hours ago (late Sat) so I will try to call on Sun but it could be Monday before I get him to respond. As a surgeon, I can usually get someone to the phone. Once I get him to the phone, lets see what he says. I believe the CEO is 72-73 y. o., been doing this for a long time, and is not here for a long term play. At 73, you've got to act quickly. Pretty excited about this especially since its only a penny. I want to confirm the float and see what he says about a RM. I'll report back.

the float was 4.1 million unless the float traded 1.5 times on Friday it is likely higher than that now. I am trying to get any info I can. I am hopeful we can get through to the new president or that we get a pr. Until then I am digging the best I can, so far not much out there, but I am not that good at this either LOL!
I guess new AS is 1 Billion, but does anyone know what
the float is?, thx
LT
IEAM is trading on the NASDAQ now - so Shaw took it from Pinks - to OTCBB - and now its on the NASDAQ! Not bad. It will be interesting to see what he can do here.
The name of the company after the r/m is Extensions, Inc.

I am digging around to see what i can find.
We may have fallen into something good here. Seems like Charles Shaw is a pretty sharp Yale Attorney that has been involved in several companies, one that as ceo he took from the pink sheets, had it become fully reporting and then took it to the OTCBB. Going to do some more DD but for a RM stock at a penny, I'm sticking around. Check this out:
