To the Board: I am no longer in this play, having sold off just before market close, but still interested. I wish all of you nothing but the best.......

My attention was drawn to this shell when there was a massive drop this AM, down to 002, which affected my portfolio. I wanted to find out why someone had dumped shares at whatever price they could get for them. Obviously, they already knew what it took me a while to find.......

Researching EDGAR, I discovered an updated 15-12g filing in July that I had overlooked when updating my shell file for the August report (too many to check, I guess) That is when I discovered that Crawford Shaw was now the President of MNEI.

As the play developed over the afternoon, I got disturbed over the volume trading exceeding 6M, considering what I had determined should have been the available float(~4M). I posted that info on several boards today.

This afternoon, after determining that the MNEI shell was incorporated in Nevada, I decided to check the SOS.

Smith had done it again, changing the share structure just last week (August 7):

Par Share Count: 1,000,000,000.00 Par Share Value: $ 0.0001
Par Share Count: 10,000,000.00 Par Share Value: $ 0.001

He boosted the friggin' AS from 100M to 1B when he sold the shell! That to me was NOT good, and explains why so many shares were trading today.......and why I sold out @ 01 with five minutes to go in the market.....

However, I am unable to provide the link to support this information. If you now go and check the Nevada SOS site, MNEI no longer exists........

I therefore tried to search under Mark Smith, but no Millennium National Events was listed that way either.

I then tried again, by entering Crawford Shaw as the Entity Officer....THAT made a connection........and the data is timed the same day as the change in AS........and here's the name and the confirmation on the increase in shares.......
