I think the Ceo is smart has vision.
CEO Lisa Crossley gave a great interview giving a thorough summary of RHT’s developing progress and clear explanations of where the company is, what they are planning to do. An important description of the enhanced health aids that their iU complex expanded coverage. Originally the RHT program was aimed at the critically ill patient who via virtual management was capable of enhancing the survival rate of the patients and reducing the needs of hospital episodes. Now they can offer virtual care to monitor body functions that would indicate any bodily functions that could be monitored to enhance the physical function of the patient A huge increase of potential health-conscious candidates! “APPLE” in SPADES I urge any investor to access the interview.
Thus Dr.Cossley can be comfortable in predicting that very large numbers of clients will be interested in being protected by the RHT program.
MILLIONS become possible. She then discusses the role of Cognizant-CTSH in providing their existing data managers to enable rapid and accurate uploading of the clients into the system. CTSH,yesterday released their latest quarterly financial report
Q4 revenue of $4.8 billion and full-year revenue of $18.5 billion
- Digital revenue grew 20% and 19% year-over-year in Q4 and full-year, respectively
- Q4 bookings growth of 22% year-over-year; full-year bookings of $23.1 billion, 1.2x book-to-bill
- Full-year operating cash flow of $2.5 billion and free cash flow¹ of $2.2 billion
- Full-year 2022 revenue growth guidance 7.8% to 10.8%, or 8.5% to 11.5% in constant currency
- Q1 2022 quarterly dividend increased to $0.27 per share
An established major company whose workforce is trained in data managementThe agreed relationship saves RHT the huge expense of training the large number of employees needed to handle millions of clients and the costly time needed for their training. She explained that the payment RHT would receive from a patient would be equal to what they receive now and CTSH would receive payment from the same source [Medicaid and Medicare } Based on their scheduled payments per application.
This raises a v ery interesting situation that non medical persons is unaware. Doctors are basically paid for procedures as the care for the matter whether it is done correctly or not! The quality of care is a difficult management problem. One measure is the survival of the patient. Unfortunately that end result can place the physician in a questionable situation. The doctor becomes selective in the patients he treats. Lately, we notice physicians are limiting their services to under 70/75 years of age so that they are treating healthier persons. Generic specialists are now being encouraged to be trained to fill the need
It was at this time in the interview that Dr Crossley was asked if she thought RHT might become a take over candidate. She seemed not concerned. I thought the most likely candidate would be CTSH but they would have to develop the medical staff to run the program and probably the cost benefit wouldn’t be appealing.
Her guidance of 2022 realizing a 40 Million dollar goal would , to me, be very conservative because that figure ,she admitted, didn’t include any hoped- for announcement from CTSH of major MILLION additions uploading
When last year Dr. Crossly said they were hoping to list the company on the Nasdaq I predicted that by May of this year the share price would be $2.50 and management would do a reverse split which would give the 1 share [2shares reduced to 1} a value of $5.00 which meets NASDAQ’s requirements. I now say the share price will be significantly more than $5.00 by May at the latest so listing should be achieved.``````
So in conclusion The patient is greatly aided in maintaining good health. The medical providers receive significant revenue for providing care. The tax payer is happy to see fewer costs due to fewer hospital needs. The hospitals may feel the lesser demand but elements such as covid will soften their concerns.
I believe I was the first poster who called the CTSH agreement with RHT a “GAMECHANGER “ deal, even before RHT President Dr L.Crossley used the term. I will explain why I believe I spoke of the deal correctly
Since the announcement of the Cognizant/Reliq Agreement, I spent much time attempting to
understand the ramifications of this development. The Market seems quite Blazey about the arrangement. Without exaggeration, I think this is a HUGE development for RHT that will result in a massive revenue stream for both companies.
But first, let’s look at CTSH on Nasdaq.
This is a multi BILLION dollar successful company whose 3rd quarter report shows
Number of employees: 318,400 (2021)
Revenue: 16.8 billion The 4th quarter financials are due Feb 4.
1) 200 million lives supported with their products
2) over 340 health systems
3) over 347,000 care providers
4) provide services to 80% of the Blue Cross plans in the US which have over 62 million subscribers.
Cognizant has 30,000 employees in their healthcare division compared to less than 100 for Reliq
Technology Partnerships, Cloud Strategy and Investment Portfolio are driving Cognizant's Growing Importance in Modernizing for Clients
Matrix® Assessment 2022. Intelligent automation includes Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML), and cloud-based platforms that help reduce business costs, increase operational resilience and efficiencies, and improve patient care and engagement. Cognizant's top positioning in this report validates its ongoing investments and strategic partnerships that have advanced its performance. “While the industry faces an unprecedented competition for talent, we attracted a record number of employees to Cognizant, and stayed focused on delivering against our client commitments and our strategic repositioning,” said Brian Humphries, Chief Executive Officer. “We continue to make important investments to ensure Cognizant is well-positioned Healthcare revenue grew 10.0% year-over-year, or 9.8% in constant currency. Revenue growth among our life sciences clients was driven by increased demand for our services among pharmaceutical companies. Revenue growth among our healthcare customers benefited from increased demand for our integrated software solutions. Products and Resources revenue grew 19.4% year-over-year, or 18.1% in constant currency, which included the benefit of recently completed acquisitions and revenue growth driven by our client’s adoption of digital technologies.
So Great That shows what CTSH brings to the table! What does RHT bring
First, you must assume that CTSH, who has accumulated over 63 other companies as its torrid growth, illustrates, they would have performed strict searches before selecting RHT’s patent-protected Health Plan.
RHT’s increasing ability to obtain larger numbers of contracted groups shows they have a health program that is leading the field. One which is multi-lingual which opens up the world!
The sales that RHT has been successfully obtaining are a dramatic acceptance by the medical profession to prove the validity of expansion in the marketplace. Obviously, CTSH came to that conclusion as well.
L “Cognizant will be able to rapidly deploy a full suite of Care Management services to our largest new iUGO Care customers going forward. Reliq will continue to achieve the same or better profit margins on the Care Management component of our revenue as a result opartnership but will be able to deploy our full-service solution (iUGO Care software plus Care Management services) to very large clients much faster. Our agreement with Cognizant will allow us to scale to new levels and provide even the largest’s healthcare organizations with confidence that we can meet the needs of their patient populations, no matter the size.
. RHT has made a fantastic deal for shareholders
. Time costs money. For millions of patients uploading RHT would have to spend millions of dollars to train their staff and it would take months. CTSH has the staff already available. RHT will receive the full money per patient that they receive now whether $45.00 or $75.00 per patient per month or more! CTSH due to their developed system would make substantial sums from the system coverage.
So patients receive superior medical care. The providers, RHT,CTSH receive full payment
Medicare and Medical and all insurance companies pay significantly lower fees as reductions in hospital visits/ treatments are minimized. So taxpayers are happy.as well.
Once CTSH successfully shows the ability to upload millions of participants, those countries that have medical programs will come calling
A 1 million upload@ $75.00us monthly will pay RHT $67,500,000.00us a year with minimal expenses to RHT
I can dream!!
. “
Next 3 months should give us a significant indication as to
the viability and financial potential of the Reliq Health Technologies system.
The latest PR stated “We are very excited to be expanding our business in California,”
California’s population is 39 million. Canada’s is 34 million as of 2020. Up until now, Texas was the main area of RHT’s exposure. California’s population is wealthier and their medicare and Medicaid population is the largest of all states!
“Medicare will continue to rise faster than the national average. Over 79% of “Medicare patients But RHT’s program specifically can cover California’s over 3.5 Million individuals have two or more chronic conditions.”
There are multiple companies with various programs in the USA re health coverage., but RHT’s system, I believe, has Copywrite and patent protection that is Unique. The estimates of margins from $45-$65 per month per patient have been proven by their history. These are serious conditions that require daily updates on weight, volumes, temperatures, visuals and contacts.
I have previously posted a prediction of what valuations are possibl expectations based on numbers of patients uploaded. They are huge numbers, but I believe, actually realistic. The monthly or quarterly reports in coming months will prove or disprove expectations
Ho Hum another 50,000 patients added to RHT's system at an
increased monthly revenue of $65.00 a month= $3,250,000.00 us
Download to start next month!
Amazing. Wake up Market
Let us do some number crunching. The results are mind-blowing
but, they added up !
First, based on Thursday’s PR, 3,500 patients would be added to RHT’s covered by virtual care via Medicare and Medicaid. It was stated that RHT would be receiving $50.00 us a month from all subscribed x 12months= $2,100,000.00us= 002,520.000cnd
What about 400,000 patients x $50.00us= $20,000,000.us x 12=$240,000,000us=$288,000,000cnd
BY THE END OF NEXT YEAR! Entirely possible.
AND THE BEAT GOES ON Management announces significant additions to revenue-enhancing additions and CFO appointments.
"(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global medtech company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that it has signed contracts with six new clients in the US including three home health agencies, a nephrology practice and two primary care physician practices. The Company has also announced that it has hired a new CFO in Ontario to complete the consolidation of operations to the corporate headquarters in Hamilton.
“We continue to add new clients at an accelerating rate, with a significant percentage of our new clients coming from referrals,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “The fact that so many of our new clients reached out to us after hearing about the iUGO Care platform from our existing clients is a strong testament to the compelling value proposition of our platform. We have clearly proven that using the iUGO Care platform improves health outcomes and reduces hospitalizations for chronic disease patients and generates significant new revenue for clinicians. A typical physician practice can bring in over $1 Million in new payments from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) at profit margins of over 75% by implementing iUGO Care. Proactive, preventative virtual care has the potential to save CMS tens of billions of dollars a year, so using iUGO Care is a win for every constituent in the healthcare system – patients, clinicians and payors. We expect to onboard over 3,500 patients with these new clients at an average revenue of over $50 USD per patient per month for Reliq. Onboarding will begin next month and is expected to be completed in Q1 Calendar Year 2022.”
“We are also pleased to announce that we have hired a new CFO here in Ontario to complete the consolidation of our Canadian operations to the Company headquarters in Hamilton,’ continued Dr. Crossley. “We are very excited to welcome Michael Frankel, CFA, aboard as our new CFO. Michael has worked with a wide variety of global companies ranging from members of the Fortune 100 to early stage start ups. He has experience on all sides of the table having worked as a CFO, Venture Capitalist and Investment Banker. As an Investment Banker in New York City his clients included Google, Samsung, and Microsoft. Michael’s experience working with US companies will be particularly helpful as Reliq prepares to uplist to the NASDAQ in 2022. As previously disclosed, Reliq will also be hiring a Controller to support the anticipated growth going forward. The Company would like to thank outgoing CFO Mathew Lee in Vancouver for his significant contributions to Reliq over the last year and a half.”
Reliq Health
Reliq Health Technologies is a rapidly growing global medtech company that specializes in developing innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market. Reliq’s powerful iUGO Care platform supports care coordination and community-based virtual healthcare. iUGO Care allows complex patients to receive high quality care at home, improving health outcomes, enhancing quality of life for patients and families and reducing the cost of care delivery. iUGO Care provides real-time access to remote patient monitoring data, allowing for timely interventions by the care team to prevent costly hospital readmissions and ER visits. Reliq Health Technologies trades on the TSX Venture under the symbol RHT, on the OTC as RQHTF and on the WKN as A2AJTB.
Today’s announcement of more coverage of patients by RHT
shows how the system is a WIN, WIN, WIN for all participants.
The patients covered by Medicaid and Medicare have only the computer charge
for the medical coverage that provides information of their health conditions to
aid in the prevention of possible medical emergencies
The medical staff can provide better care and timely maintenance of their patients. Government payments on monthly claims cover all costs.
The taxpayers see a reduction in costs of care for all participants as early treatment and supervision reduce the costly needs of hospital participation and the resultant death of the patients.
RHT finds that once patients are enrolled in the plans, the retention rate is exceptionally high.
Shareholders should benefit with RHT'S success.
(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that it has signed contracts with four new primary care physician practices in the US to provide its iUGO Care platform to their chronic disease patients.
“We are excited to be adding these four new physician practices and their Medicare and Medicaid patients,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “As both Medicaid and Medicare expand the scope of their virtual care programs to include additional conditions such as high risk pregnancy, solid organ disease, musculoskeletal conditions and others, the eligible patient population for Reliq’s products and services continues to increase. Demand for the iUGO Care platform is steadily increasing as clinicians recognize the significant revenue potential associated with offering virtual care programs to their at-risk patients. As we predicted at the beginning of this year, we are experiencing tremendous growth in the second half of 2021 after a relatively quiet first half of the year due to the pandemic. We expect to onboard over 2,000 patients with these clients at an average revenue of $50 USD per patient per month for Reliq. Onboarding will begin this month and is expected to be completed in early 2022.”

(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that through its collaboration with digiiMed it has signed contracts with three new primary care physician practices in Puerto Rico to provide its iUGO Care platform to their chronic disease patients.
“Puerto Rico is a rapidly growing geography for Reliq thanks to our partnership with digiiMed,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “We are pleased to be adding these three new physician practices on the island to our platform. Chronic disease is a major concern for the healthcare system in Puerto Rico as over 50% of the population over age 50 have hypertension, over 30% have diabetes and over 42% have high cholesterol, all of which are risk factors for the development of other serious chronic diseases including congestive heart failure, kidney disease and cardiovascular disease. Patients living with chronic conditions also report higher levels of depression and anxiety than the general population. Using our iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Behavioural Health Integration (BHI) modules, clinicians can comprehensively address their patients’ physical and mental health needs. We expect to onboard over 3,600 patients with these clients at an average revenue of $40 USD per patient per month for Reliq. Onboarding will begin this month and is expected to be completed in early 2022.”

Time to consider why RHT should be able to produce and
maintain significant revenue production. Understand that they are registering patients who have disabilities that require long-term [actually, life long] care. The system reports physical information regarding the patients' health with particular emphasis regarding the disabilities that the patient is experiencing.
The government programs and private insurance programs that pay for this service, once the patient is uploaded are continued for the life of the patient. Why is such a seeming large expense willingly paid by the government or private insurance? Because it saves them money!! The system allows medical coverage of the patient to monitor any physical changes that can be noted This results in their doctors/nurses making sure they are being stabilized by prescribed medication And most important any severe deterioration occurrence can alert the need for care. This service will greatly decrease readmissions to hospitals of patients following surgeries. It hopefully minimizes the deterioration of the patient reducing harm and expensive measures.
Thus once the patient is enrolled they have paid for their monitor which provides a payment to RHT towards the cost of enrollment. The plan payment is now AUTOMATICALLY received every month. The computer does the work. Provision of the information is available to all medical staff via computer. Recurrent revenue is monthly recorded!
200,000 patients X $40.00= $8 million a month is stated by Dr.L. Crossley as assured present applicants.
I know of one medical health group in the USA with 1.4 million members who a Board member of the group feels, at a minimum, 30% having debilitating conditions, would benefit from the RHT program. With the caveat, whether RHT has the capability of handling such a large increase.
With this potential, I can see an Apple or Amazon interest! I can dream
ANOTHR SIGNIFICANT ADDITION OF PATIENTS ADDED TO THE RHT REVENUE STREAM. Plus a clear explanation as to potential increased additions due to government realization of savings by remote care.
(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that it has signed contracts with three new primary care physician practices in Texas to provide its iUGO Care platform to their chronic disease patients.
“We are pleased to announce that we are adding three new physician practices in Texas to our iUGO Care platform,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies Inc. “These primary care physician practices will be using our iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Behavioural Health Integration (BHI) modules. We expect to onboard over 1,500 patients with these clients at an average revenue of $60 USD per patient per month. Onboarding with all three clients will begin this month and is expected to be completed later this quarter.”
“We have seen a significant increase in demand for our solutions in Texas in response to the new Texas Medicaid guidelines that took effect September 1, 2021,” continued Dr. Crossley. “Under the new guidelines, Texas Medicaid has expanded the clinical conditions eligible for remote patient monitoring reimbursement to include congestive heart failure, end-stage solid organ disease (heart, liver, kidney, lung, pancreas), organ transplant, and conditions requiring mechanical ventilation. While the federal Medicare program already included these conditions and several others, Texas Medicaid previously only provided coverage for remote monitoring of patients with hypertension and diabetes. The recent expansion of the Texas Medicaid remote patient monitoring program is consistent with the trends we’ve observed in the US healthcare market to increase both the reimbursement amounts available and the scope of virtual care programs aimed at chronic disease patients. As the coronavirus Delta variant continues to overwhelm US hospitals, community physicians are being urged to keep their chronic disease patients out of the ER and ICU by proactively managing their conditions using virtual care. There is a real sense of urgency among our clients to onboard their patients quickly to help keep them healthy and at home through what most healthcare professionals expect will be a very difficult fall and winter for hospitals due to the combined threat of the Delta variant and flu season. Using iUGO Care dramatically reduces the risk of hospitalization due to the complications typically seen in chronic disease patients, helping to keep these patients from adding to the strain on an already overburdened acute care system.”

(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that through its partnership with Maxlink Health it has signed new contracts to provide its iUGO Care platform to three physician practices in Dallas, TX.
“We are excited to continue our expansion in the Dallas, TX area,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “Working with Maxlink Health has given us access to new clients in North Texas and we expect to see continued growth in this region. Through these contracts Reliq will be providing our iUGO Care software platform to over 1,800 Medicare patients. Onboarding with these clients will start this month. Reliq expects to receive an average of $40 USD per patient per month for these deployments.”
“As previously disclosed, the Company expects to achieve a revenue run rate of approximately $2 Million per month by the end of December 2021,” continued Dr. Crossley. “Reliq is growing organically and very rapidly in response to strong market demand for our solutions. Since Medicare introduced its first billing code for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) in 2018, the average reimbursement that our clients can receive from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has increased by over 500%, from $59 USD per patient per month to over $372 USD per patient per month. The number of eligible virtual care services clinicians can provide to patients through our iUGO Care platform has also increased dramatically from 1 to 18 with additional billing codes to be added in 2022, creating significant market pull for our products and services. Using iUGO Care allows clinicians to provide high quality virtual care to their at-risk patients, improving health outcomes, reducing hospitalizations, and decreasing healthcare costs. With our strong organic growth and forecasted gross margins of over 75% and EBITDA margins of over 45% by the end of calendar year 2021, we do not expect to need to raise additional funds going forward to achieve our revenue targets.”

(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that through its partnership with digiiMED it has signed a new contract to provide its iUGO Care platform and Care Management Services to over 1,500 patients through Rural Health Clinics in the US Virgin Islands.
“We are delighted to be expanding our deployments with digiiMED into the US Virgin Islands,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “We will be providing our iUGO Care software platform and Care Management Services to over 1,500 patients in the US Virgin Islands (USVI) through the local Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). The RHCs will use iUGO Care to monitor their chronic disease patients in order to prevent complications that can lead to hospitalization or death. The number of deaths in the USVI attributed to chronic disease has increased by over 30% in the last decade, so there is an urgent need for tools that will enable a more proactive, preventative approach to healthcare in this community. The RHCs will also use our Behavioural Health Integration module to support patients with mental health concerns. Behavioural Health programs are not currently widely available in the USVI, so our iUGO Care platform will significantly improve access to care for these vulnerable patients. Onboarding will begin this month and is expected to be completed in November. The Company will receive an average revenue of $40 per patient per month for this deployment. This contract clearly demonstrates the demand for Reliq’s unique software and services across a wide range of clinical applications and geographies.”

Historically, RHT management unfortunately while originally having some success in obtaining sales made
statements of success which were not attained. With the collapse of the share price came the shorts who have legitimately manipulated Market reactions.
Management has struggled to reestablish confidence by promising certain economic goals to be achieved by certain dates.
This has a number of problems in Market reaction.
If they attain a goal, the Market YAWNS,! “what is coming next”!
If, however, dates or predicted financial results are not reached, the shorts will pounce!
So those who are long, like me, have to hope repeated viable filings of significant revenue numbers achieved, will finally prove the value of the product to the Market.
IMO that is the dog eat dog- that is the MARKET

Company reports GREAT progress achieved.
"(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, is pleased to provide the following corporate update and overview of the proposed 2022 expansion of Medicare coverage for remote patient monitoring programs.
“We are very excited to have achieved our target revenue run rate for the end of June 2021 of $1.5 Million per quarter, which equates to profitability,” said Dr. Lisa Cro ssley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “The current quarter (ending September 30, 2021) will be our first full profitable quarter - a major milestone for Reliq. Momentum is strong and patient onboarding is accelerating significantly as the US healthcare sector continues its recovery from the global pandemic. We remain on track to generate $11 Million in revenue this calendar year, with gross margins of over 75% and EBITDA margins of over 45%. We expect to exit December 2021 at a revenue run rate of $2 Million per month or $24 Million annually. The Company is well positioned to uplist to the NASDAQ as planned in early 2022. With our current clients we have over 200,000 patients under contract to be onboarded over the next 18-24 months, representing over $120 Million in recurring annual revenue at full deployment.”
“Customer demand for our platform continues to accelerate in response to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) continued expansion of coverage and reimbursement amounts for virtual care services,“ said Dr. Crossley. “In its recently released proposed 2022 Physician Fee Schedule, CMS introduced 5 new billing codes for an expanded form of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) called Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM). The new RTM codes provide more opportunities for healthcare providers using iUGO Care to receive reimbursement for remotely monitoring their patients. The RTM codes also allow physical therapists and nurses to bill for virtual care services that were previously only reimbursable for physicians. The RTM codes expand coverage beyond the currently eligible chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure, COPD and kidney disease to also include respiratory system status, musculoskeletal system status, therapy adherence and therapy response. This significantly expands the number of potential clients for Reliq as well as the size of the eligible patient population.”

"(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today provided an update on the recent expansion of Texas Medicaid’s Telemonitoring program, which significantly increases the size of the eligible patient population for Reliq’s services.
“Since its inception in 2014 to this point, Texas Medicaid’s Telemonitoring (Remote Patient Monitoring) program has only covered patients with two conditions – hypertension and diabetes,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies. “With the recent passage of Bill HB-3740, effective September 1, 2021 the Telemonitoring program in Texas is expanding dramatically to include an additional nine eligible conditions: pregnancy, heart disease, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, mental illness or serious emotional disturbance, asthma, myocardial infarction and stroke, more than doubling the size of the target patient population for Reliq in this state. This significant change to the scope of Texas Medicaid’s Telemonitoring program is consistent with the overall trends in Medicare and Medicaid coverage for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and other virtual care services for patients with chronic conditions. Since the federal Medicare program first introduced its own billing code for RPM in 2018, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have consistently expanded the virtual care services covered and the total reimbursement amounts every year. Using Reliq’s iUGO Care platform and its Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Behavioural Health Integration (BHI), Collaborative Care Management (CoCM), Principal Care Management (PCM) and Transitional Care Management (TCM) modules, Reliq’s clients can currently leverage over 18 different billing codes to provide high quality health care to their patients remotely and generate new, high profit revenue streams for their practices. The chronic condition management market is large and rapidly growing, and Reliq’s industry-leading, powerful, flexible iUGO Care platform is uniquely able to support healthcare providers looking to offer new virtual care services to their patients.”
Just a taste of what the world healthcare via the internet is waiting to be served. RHT is a leading service with language NOT being a problem.
"(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that it has signed a paying contract with a large regional clinic in Nigeria to provide its iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Behavioural Health Integration (BHI) modules and its iUGO Voice automated interactive voice recognition platform to their chronic disease patients.
“ Nigeria has a population of over 210 Million people,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies. “Over 4 Million Nigerians have diabetes and over 8 Million have hypertension. Healthcare resources in Nigeria are strained, and access to healthcare personnel, clinics and hospitals is extremely limited in rural Nigeria in particular. The rate of preventable complications resulting from chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension is very high in this population, leading to poor health outcomes and reduced life expectancy. Working with Just Heart Help, a philanthropic organization founded by Baltimore, MD-based cardiologist Dr. Camellus Ezeugwu and Sirlyne Ezeugwu, Reliq will be able to deploy our iUGO Care and iUGO Voice solutions in Nigeria to help cost-effectively improve health outcomes and access to care for chronic disease patients. Our software’s multilingual capabilities and our track record of successful deployment in areas with very limited infrastructure and connectivity – such as Northern Ontario and rural Texas – Reliq is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of the rural and urban Nigerian population. We expect to start onboarding in July.”

Latest PR from wall Street Reporter's PAID release re RHT
"Reliq Health Technologies (OTC: RQHTF) (TSX.V: RHT) CEO Lisa Crossley: “2021 is Breakout Year for Our Telehealth Platform”
In a recent presentation at Wall Street Reporter’s NEXT SUPER STOCK livestream, Reliq Health Technologies (OTC:RQHTF) CEO, Lisa Crossley explained how the company’s iUGO telehealth remote patient monitoring platform is now at an inflection point - with three significant new contracts announced, just in the past 30 days - and on path to $100 million revenues by 2024 (which could give RQHTF a valuation of $1 billion+ based on current peer group valuations).
Reliq’s powerful iUGO telemedicine platform supports care coordination and community-based virtual healthcare, allows complex patients to receive high quality care at home, improving health outcomes, and reducing the cost of care delivery. iUGO Care provides real-time access to remote patient monitoring data, allowing for timely interventions by the care team to prevent costly hospital readmissions and ER visits.
May 6 - RQHTF signs four new Skilled Nursing Facility clients in the Southern United States, and is expanding its Care Management team in response to significant demand for the Company’s Care Management Services. Using RQHTF’s iUGO Care platform, SNFs can provide discharged patients with Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Annual Wellness Visits and other services aimed at preventing readmissions and proactively managing chronic conditions to improve health outcomes. These services create new, high margin revenue streams for Skilled Nursing Facilities while also improving patient satisfaction, and help SNFs avoid significant financial penalties assessed by Medicare and Medicaid for preventable readmissions.
April 21 - RQHTF signs contracts with two US Nephrology practices to use Reliq’s proprietary iUGO Care platform to monitor Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients.
April 13 - RQHTF signed two new contracts with Orthopedic Practices in Texas, leveraging its iUGO Care platform to enable Orthopedic Specialists to manage their chronic orthopedic and post-operative patients at home.
March 16 - RQHTF announces new contract with a physician practice in Florida that provides clinical services to over 25 Skilled Nursing Facilities across Florida.
Further revenue-producing products added to RHT portfolio. Seems to promise a significant additional revenue stream. This is the best way to justify a higher-priced share goal.
" (“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that it has four new Skilled Nursing Facility clients in the Southern United States, and is expanding its Care Management team in response to significant demand for the Company’s Care Management Services.
“We are very pleased to be working with these four new Skilled Nursing Facilities and expect to begin onboarding their patients next month,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) were among the hardest hit by the global pandemic, but thanks to the successful vaccine rollout in the US they are now able to resume operations and focus on offering new, proactive healthcare options to their patients. Using our iUGO Care platform, SNFs can provide discharged patients with Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Annual Wellness Visits and other services aimed at preventing readmissions and proactively managing chronic conditions to improve health outcomes. These services create new, high margin revenue streams for Skilled Nursing Facilities while also improving patient satisfaction, and help SNFs avoid significant financial penalties assessed by Medicare and Medicaid for preventable readmissions. The average revenue for Reliq for these clients is $50 USD per patient per month.”
The Company also announced that it is expanding its Care Management Team in response to rapidly growing demand for its Care Management Services. “During the pandemic we have had all of our Care Managers working from their own homes, and that has been very successful,” said Dr. Crossley. “This is very good news for Reliq in terms of scaling up our Care Management Services as it means that we can hire Care Managers in any US State, and will not be limited by a finite pool of qualified personnel in a single area. We’re excited to see the increasing demand for Care Management, our premium product which generates an average revenue of $100 USD per patient per month.”

Well ASKED and ANSWERED certainly was followed as I reported yesterday! Properly RHT Investor relations response to my inquiry re-employ changes was " I am impressed.

(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that it has adopted the FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standard for its iUGO Care platform to meet the needs of large-scale enterprise clients such as managed care plans and other payers, who must comply with new CMS regulations for interoperability.
“Incorporating the FHIR standard into our platform allows Reliq to offer current and prospective clients cutting edge interoperability capabilities,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “In December 2020 the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) introduced the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization Proposed Rule, which would require CMS-regulated payers to adopt the FHIR standard. FHIR is essentially a standardized framework for healthcare data exchange which CMS has adopted in order to improve communication between diverse healthcare information systems, and to streamline Prior Authorization processes to ensure in advance that patients are eligible (and providers will therefore be reimbursed) for any services to be provided. This proposed rule builds on the existing CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule, which will be enforced by CMS as of July 1, 2021. Under these new interoperability standards, Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) managed plans, State Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans (QHP) are required to use the FHIR standard to enable seamless data exchange between providers, payers and patients. Our new patient portal leverages the FHIR standard to provide patients on the iUGO Care platform with secure, seamless access to their healthcare data in accordance with the new regulations. Implementing FHIR significantly expands the Company’s total addressable market, allowing Reliq to work directly with large-scale enterprise clients such as managed care plans, private insurers and other payers as well as healthcare providers.”
The Company also announced that it has hired Dave McKay in the newly created position of Chief Technology & Innovation Officer. Mr. McKay has over 30 years of experience in Software Development and brings significant expertise in healthcare technology, cybersecurity, privacy and product innovation to Reliq. His experience in developing enterprise-level solutions for the healthcare market will be invaluable to the Company as it executes on its strategy to rapidly scale its business over the remainder of 2021 and beyond. The Company would also like to announce that it has eliminated the positions of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, previously held by Rob Prouse and Bassma Ghali, respectively, and wishes to thank both Mr. Prouse and Dr. Ghali for their contributions to date. Mr. McKay will assume the responsibilities previously associated with these two roles.

I have done significant DD with Investors' aid of RHT over the years. I should state I am a long-time investor in RHT from decades ago. The days of $3-4.00 share price. I haven't called them for years but when I did today, I was called back within 20 minutes as the gentleman remembered my past participation. I am impressed.
they have assured me that there has not been any change in the members of their executive staff. If there was, an announcement would be announced to the public.
They say the next financial statement will be positive but the following financial statement will be much more significant. I believe the company President has already stated that in interviews.
Mistakes have been made by management but I believe the RHT system is superior in delivering health aid to the patients professionally and economically.Shareholders will be rewarded by management's success!
Unfortunately,Shorters have been successful and continue to attempt to protect their positions
Question their claims and motives.

" (“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that it has signed a new contract with a US Nephrology practice to use Reliq’s proprietary iUGO Care platform to monitor Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients.
“It is a testament to the flexibility of our platform that it can be used to manage so many different complex chronic conditions,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “We are pleased to be working with our newest client, a Nephrology Practice in Texas, to monitor Chronic Kidney Disease patients and help improve their health outcomes. Over 36 Million Americans have CKD and the majority of these patients also have either diabetes and/or hypertension, the two primary risk factors for developing Chronic Kidney Disease. Using our highly scalable iUGO Care platform, Nephrologists can help monitor medication compliance and manage patients’ co-morbidities like diabetes and high blood pressure, helping to reduce or prevent further damage to the kidneys that could lead to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and the need for costly and disruptive interventions like dialysis or a kidney transplant. We will begin onboarding patients next week, and expect to have at least 5,000 kidney disease patients on the platform by the end of this calendar year, at an average revenue of $65 USD/patient/month.”"

"(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced that the Company has signed its first contract to deploy its proprietary iUGO Home solution.
The iUGO Home solution uses a wearable Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) device - a watch or pendant - to connect patients to their care team using two-way communication, sensors and automated alerts. iUGO Home uses the wearable PERS device to provide:
Fall detection with automated alerts to the patient’s care team
Medication reminders for the patient
Two-way audio communication
Automated geofencing-based alerts to the care team or family members if a patient wanders outside a defined area
The PERS device can connect to the iUGO Cloud via WiFi or cellular, and acts as a hub to wirelessly connect to any Bluetooth-enabled biometric devices the patient is using.
“We are very excited to have signed our first contract to deploy our iUGO Home product,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “iUGO Home is a highly scalable solution that was designed to support patients in their own homes or in residential care settings such as long term care, skilled nursing and hospice facilities. Using iUGO Home allows facility staff to receive alerts if a patient falls, is in distress or attempts to leave the facility, and with two way communication staff can speak to patients to instantly triage the patient and provide reassurance. In the home, our solution supports seniors who are aging in place, giving family members and care providers the comfort of knowing that if their loved one or patient wanders or suffers a fall or other medical emergency, they will receive an immediate alert and will have the ability to speak directly to the patient to assess the situation."
The Company has signed a new contract with a long term care facility in North Texas to provide iUGO Home to their patients. The client will go live next month, and the Company expects to add 3,000 iUGO Home patients in North Texas by the end of the year. iUGO Home represents a new revenue stream for the Company, with average revenues per patient of $30 USD/patient/month, Many of these patients will also be using other iUGO Care products including Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management and Behavioral Health Integration, with an average additional revenue per patient of $40 USD/patient/month.

(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing global telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care solutions for the multi-billion dollar Healthcare market, today announced the launch of its new multilingual Interactive Voice Recognition product, iUGO Care IVR, and a new contract with a physician practice in Maryland to use iUGO Care IVR with both their English- and Russian-speaking patients.
“We have incorporated Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) in the iUGO Care platform to support patients who are using their own, non-connected monitoring devices, have cellular or internet connectivity challenges or simply prefer an automated daily phone call in the language of their choice as a reminder to collect their vitals,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “The new product uses Interactive Voice Recognition to communicate with patients in any language, record patients’ self-reported readings and automatically upload the data to the iUGO Care platform, where it can be accessed by their care team. This solution is of particular interest to private insurers and employer-sponsored insurance plans who want patients to use their existing, non-connected biometric monitoring devices. Clinicians can also leverage existing Medicare reimbursement codes for Remote Patient Monitoring involving self-reported data. This is a highly scalable product that will allow us to serve a large patient population that was not previously addressed by standard Remote Patient Monitoring technology."
The Company has signed a new contract with a physician practice in Maryland to provide Remote Patient Monitoring with Interactive Voice Recognition to a significant Russian-speaking patient population. Onboarding started in Maryland this week. The Company expects to expand the IVR product offering into additional geographies requiring a variety of different languages later this quarter."

I have been giving a lot of thought to,perhaps, why RHT seems to have been capable of signing very significant populations for the company’s medical services but not generating anticipated revenues.
It seems apparent that uploading the patients is Not a simple activity. It involves a listing of each clients complete medical history. All meds, diagnosis, events, chemistry, allergies.etc.etc.
This would involve the Company Agents being knowledgable re medical terms, diagnosis, drugs, and most important the designated numbers of procedures and medical conditions for collection from Medicare and other insurers.
Once the initial upload is completed subsequent inputs would be more routine. But I can see the initial upload could be a significant time {hours] and would require no room for errors.
The above would entail significant expenses to the company as upfront costs. Sales of monitoring devices would provide some revenue but probably it would take significant monthly payments to finely achieve a positive revenue stream.
Covid -19 is, I am sure a major negative at this time, as well.
The most positive fact is that management is running a very successful sale in a busy Market. Many other companies in this field are NOT achieving the contracts that RHT seems to be satisfying potential groups.
Once the uploading is complete, then the revenue flow should show significant profits to justify higher share prices.
Just my take. I’m a long-retired dentist who shared space with medical doctors so have some knowledge. Do your own DD
I'LL be posting my impression of factors we should be
considering when trying to predict the success of the company later today or tomorfrow. But the PR today indicates the major factors to be considered.
"(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a technology company focused on developing flexible, scalable mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for Community-Based Healthcare, today announced that it has signed a contract with Diversified Healthcare Partners to provide its iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) and Principle Care Management (PCM) platform to over 50,000 eligible Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance patients in Ohio, Oregon and Washington State.
“We are thrilled to be working with Diversified Healthcare Partners (DHP) to bring our iUGO Care platform to over 50,000 eligible Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance patients throughout Ohio, Oregon and Washington State,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “The DHP team has decades of experience in the healthcare industry and an established network across the US. Our contract with Diversified Healthcare Partners will enable Reliq to continue to grow our business in new States. Onboarding in South Texas and Florida has been a challenge for Reliq over the last several months, as the healthcare systems in these areas have been effectively paralyzed by the overwhelming number of new COVID-19 cases. Over the last month we’ve refocused our onboarding efforts on regions where our clients are still able to onboard new patients, including North Texas, Puerto Rico and now Ohio, Oregon and Washington State. In the last month alone, new and existing clients have purchased over 2,000 monitoring devices (ForaCare D40g’s) from Reliq, and we expect the pace of onboarding to continue to accelerate. While the global pandemic has created some short-term challenges for our business in certain regions, it has also created significant new demand for our virtual care solutions in many others. Our pipeline has more than doubled since March as more and more large healthcare organizations recognize the critical importance of caring for their chronic disease patients virtually in the home, particularly with influenza season and a potential second wave of coronavirus infections just around the corner. With the iUGO Care platform clinicians can help their chronic disease patients improve their overall health by better managing their chronic conditions, and reduce their risk of exposure to the novel coronavirus, thereby preventing further strain on the already overburdened acute care system.”
“Diversified Healthcare Partners is an innovative healthcare organization that provides remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, telemedicine and behavioral health monitoring to physician offices, home health agencies, independent living communities, assisted living communities, managed care organizations and accountable care organizations,” said David Carter, CEO of Diversified Healthcare Partners. “Our clients serve over 50,000 eligible patients and that number is growing on a daily basis. We chose Reliq’s iUGO Care as the technology platform we will use with our clients because it is by far the most comprehensive offering in the telehealth space.”
“We have been impressed with not only the ease of use of the iUGO Care platform and its ability to serve the needs of the entire telehealth spectrum, but also with the Reliq team’s deep knowledge of this market, clinical expertise and technical capabilities,” said Keith Laxton, President and COO of Diversified Healthcare Partners. “Working with such a capable partner makes the process of implementing a comprehensive telehealth solution for our clients far easier than we ever expected. We will be able to onboard our first patients within weeks.”

Finally some positive news from management
"(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a technology company focused on developing innovative mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for Community-Based Healthcare, today announced that it has signed a contract with digiiMED, LLC to provide Reliq’s iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) and Principal Care Management (PCM) platform to digiiMED’s Medicare and private insurance patients in Puerto Rico.
“We are very excited to be expanding our business into Puerto Rico, a US territory with a population of over 3 million people,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “Half of all adults in Puerto Rico have at least one chronic condition, over 42% percent of the population have hypertension and over 16% suffer from diabetes. In the midst of a global pandemic that is overwhelming healthcare systems in States like Texas, Florida and Georgia, it is vital that areas like Puerto Rico protect their high risk chronic disease populations through virtual care programs like iUGO Care’s RPM, CCM, BHI and PCM. Keeping chronic disease patients healthy and at home reduces the risk of exposure to the virus for this vulnerable group, limiting the spread of the virus in the total population and helping to keep the healthcare system functioning for all of the citizens of Puerto Rico. Many communities in Puerto Rico face infrastructure challenges similar to those we address with our remote and rural clients in Canada and the US, such as lack of conventional internet connections and limited access to in-home care, so Reliq is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of this market. digiiMED is a leading healthcare solution provider in Puerto Rico with a proven understanding of the local market and an extensive network of care providers and patients on the island. We look forward to working with the digiiMED team to improve access to care and health outcomes for their clients’ chronic disease patients.”
“At digiiMED, our goal is to bring improvements to the health and well being of the people of Puerto Rico,” said Jose Alvarez, CEO of digiiMED and Surgical Solutions Puerto Rico. “Through our existing contracts with healthcare providers on the island we have access to over 200,000 chronic disease patients who will benefit greatly from Reliq’s iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) and Principal Care Management (PCM) solutions. We selected Reliq as our technology partner and iUGO Care as the software platform for our clients after an extensive review of all commercially available digital health solutions. Reliq’s iUGO Care platform has the most comprehensive capabilities of any virtual care software solution, but is also intuitive and easy to use for both clinicians and patients. Reliq’s highly qualified, experienced clinical team was able to help us develop a customized Care Management program that will meet the specific needs of our client populations. Having access to Reliq’s existing Spanish-speaking Care Management and Implementation teams in Texas and Florida will enable digiiMED to onboard physicians and patients immediately while we expand our own customer support team in Puerto Rico.”

First question I would like answered is -how much time does it take to upload a patient to the RHT system. 1 hour-2-3? The size of the staff needed for how long to build a significant revenue stream.
Then what is the rejection rate of the possible total patients approached for uploading? [This question I asked last year and was told a very small number.]
OK- to those who asked for my thoughts on the Market and RHT
Again with the caveat that I really am not an expert-far from it- as I have had some real disasters in my history.[ Anyone who claims otherwise is a liar]
On the general market- the knives are still falling.
As I said last July, I sold 80% of my bank holdings, which was my largest position. I have been waiting to buy back BUT NOT NOW. Watch the earning reports that start next week. Provisions for losses are going to be scary!
However, RHT is a different story, I believe. I have a large position so I am motivated to be positive. But management has learned their lessons the hard way and are moving forward deliberately to take advantage of a health demand need with their significant unique programs. They are not in the HYPE mode. The normal release of financial quarters will provide shareholders with reliable information. Those traders who demand flashy predictions will be disappointed, but investors should be rewarded with actual growing revenue results.
Thus ends the sermon. Good luck to all.

Further moves by management to upgrade oversight of areas as the company expands
") (“Reliq” or the “Company”), a technology company focused on developing innovative mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for Community-Based Healthcare, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Dr. Dionne Layne Hinds as the Medical Director for its Call Center in Port St Lucie, FL and added her to the Company’s Medical Advisory Board.
“We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Hinds to the Reliq team,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “Dr. Hinds is a Family Practice Specialist with over 15 years of experience providing clinical care both in private practice and as the Medical Director for a number of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Florida. Her expertise and local network will be invaluable to the Company as we continue to grow our business in Florida and other States. Call Center activity is rapidly ramping up as each State relaxes the restrictions originally imposed to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus. Dr. Hinds’ leadership and guidance will allow us to continue to expand our Call Center capabilities to support the increasing number of patients on our iUGO Care platform.”
“We consider ourselves very fortunate to be able to continue to grow our business in these unusual times,” added Dr. Crossley. “We are proud to be able to provide solutions that ensure continued access to healthcare and protect vulnerable populations during the global pandemic. As it becomes increasingly clear that we are all going to have to learn to live with the novel coronavirus for longer than anyone had hoped, demand for Reliq’s iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) and Telemedicine solutions has increased significantly and our pipeline continues to expand every day. Virtual Care models for healthcare delivery will become even more vital as healthcare providers prepare for a potential second wave of coronavirus infections in the fall and winter. We will be dedicating additional resources to onboarding patients to the iUGO Care platform in the coming months to help our clients achieve their goals of keeping patients healthy and at home and reducing their potential exposure to the virus. Like many of our peers we are suspending the issuing of any formal forward guidance given the constantly changing global situation and the rapidly evolving demand for Reliq’s suite of services, but we are pleased to be seeing steady growth in our business and look forward to continuing to be a key part of the solution to the unique challenges created by the global pandemic.”

And the good news continues. The impatient shareholders must wait for onboarding numbers, probably in the quarterly report which will come in late May or early June.
"(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a technology company focused on developing innovative mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for Community-Based Healthcare, is pleased to announce that it has signed contracts with 8 new clients in Texas to use its proprietary iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM) and Telemedicine platform.
“We are very pleased to have added eight new clients to our customer base in Texas,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “We will begin onboarding patients for these clients in May. The new clients include physician practices, home health agencies and an oncology specialist practice. The oncology practice will be using Reliq’s new iUGO Care PCM (Principle Care Management) module. New billing codes for PCM were introduced by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in 2020. These codes allow specialists to provide care management services to patients with one high risk disease or complex chronic condition, unlike Chronic Care Management (CCM) codes which are designed for primary care physicians to provide care management services for patients with at least two chronic conditions. The new PCM billing codes can be billed concurrently with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), providing substantial new virtual care-based revenue streams to specialists. We are excited to be able to expand our patient base to include this newly covered patient population.”

This is a possible hope from the group that solved the EBOLA crisis with their vaccine.
Researchers in Winnipeg claim they're close to launching a treatment for COVID-19.
Emergent BioSolutions is creating two COVID-19 treatments out of the University of Manitoba.
The treatments use antibodies that bind with the virus to help the body fight it.
"You think of it as sort of a piece of our immune system that grabs hold of that virus or bacteria and helps us deal with it," Dr. Laura Saward, the senior vice president and therapeutics business unit head at Emergent BioSolutions.
One treatment uses antibodies from previously infected patients, and the other collects antibodies from vaccinated horses.
The treatments are not vaccines and are to be used as a way to help patients recover or to protect people exposed to the virus in the short-term.
"These are treatments that you'd use as a rescue therapy to help people that are sick with the virus in hospital, as well as a way to use it to prevent infection," said Saward.
The team has created a number of drugs using this platform and said bringing new drugs, like the COVID-19 treatments, is a familiar process.
"I think everyone is very focused on trying to put all of our best legs and knowledge there on this outbreak to try to limit its impact," Saward said.
She said the company started focusing on COVID-19 back in January.
A clinical trial of the treatments will be held in about four months.
"What we are targeting with our plasma collection already started, is that we have product available by the end of summer," said Dr. Saward.
Update from management emphasizes the ability of the company to meet the challenges of the current COVID-19 pandemic problem. All we need is the Market to recognize the potential of this company.
(“Reliq” or the “Company”), a technology company focused on developing innovative mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for Community-Based Healthcare, would like to provide shareholders with the following corporate update.
“The COVID-19 pandemic is obviously an unprecedented event for Reliq as it is for every other business worldwide,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies. “During this time of uncertainty we wanted to let our shareholders know that we continue to provide the full range of iUGO Care software solutions and services to our clients remotely. In keeping with the CDC’s recommendations, many of our clients are urgently moving to a virtual care model to reduce the risk of virus transmission associated with in-office and in-home visits. Our clients provide care to patients who are at the highest risk for poor outcomes from COVID-19 infection – elderly individuals with multiple underlying chronic conditions – and we are responding to our customers’ urgent need to protect and care for this vulnerable population remotely. Our new clients in Florida (Comprehensive Partners and Direct Access at Home) and Louisiana (Blum Telehealth) are onboarding patients to the iUGO Care platform this month and have now requested that we accelerate onboarding significantly relative to their original schedules. In Texas, the Department of State Health Services has issued guidance recommending that Home Health Care providers conduct visits virtually wherever possible, and we are providing our clients there with expanded features and support to meet these evolving needs. Our clients are able to use the iUGO Care platform to communicate virtually with their patients, monitor patients’ existing chronic conditions, evaluate patients for symptoms of COVID-19 infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath) and document risk factors such as travel or exposure to anyone who has tested positive for the virus. Our platform enables care providers to remotely triage patients and determine who needs further screening or emergency care, and to collect and transmit critical information to public health units in their region. The Company is able to provide all training, onboarding and support services remotely. Further, since we have a substantial inventory of biometric monitoring devices there are no supply chain issues currently impacting or expected to impact deployments going forward. This is an extraordinarily difficult time for high risk patients and the clinicians who provide care to them, and we are honoured to be able to contribute to the efforts to prevent and protect.”
Reliq is also pleased to announce that the Company has hired Mr. Matthew Lee as Reliq’s new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lee has worked extensively with Canadian companies doing business in the US, and his skill set and network of US tax and accounting professionals will be invaluable to support the anticipated rapid growth of Reliq’s US business. Mr. Lee has experience in audit, finance and public company financial reporting & operations management. He has previously served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple TSX-V and CSE listed companies, and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia.
The Company would like to thank outgoing Interim CFO, Mr. Dong Shim, for his service and wish him well in his future endeavors.
