I have my jeopardy music playing for $EVEP now.
Watching this one like a hawk also.
I'm ok with chapter 11, chapter 7 I stay away from. I may go dumpster diving with some friends here. Huge gap to fill following the panic selling. $EVEP

miss the chance... i know it will bounce
I don’t blame you
Same here, I hopped into $EVEP at $0.135 and hoping for a good bounce up in a couple weeks. So far so good so we'll see, I've got my fingers crossed on this one. :)
EVEP ready again !
Baffling. I got out a few days ago. It just wasn't moving like I thought it should.
Why is it dropping??
Nice momentum building!

It certainly looks as though there is some nice loading going on!
Jumped in here this morning @.94. See where this can go!
Nice MOMO on this one!
You're welcome! EVEP has been trading at $0.37 ~ $0.52 for so long! Perhaps it will break up $0.52 or break down $0.37 as soon as next week... Why the company management didn't take any positive action?
Thanks very for the reply. Makes sense that they hold a lot of debt. I only have this one on my watch list but haven't gotten to look into closely yet. I hold no position but I will look at that other stock you mentioned.
The problems are Giant Debts ($603.248M) and Terrible Cash-Burning Speed (cash Crash Down over 61% from $0.18 a share in the previous quarter to $0.07 a share in the current quarter) which could force the company to file the CH11 or even CH7 Bankruptcy very soon... EVEP is an Hyper Risky energy company with meager a couple of millions dollars cash on hand and falsely claimed so-called energy assets (their Real value could be 50% or less than the Claimed value)! Also Big R/S is another Huge Risk!
We might see some decent quick bounce due to oversold status in the next week. But the bankruptcy seems inevitable unless both the Giant Debts and Terrible Cash-Burning problems could be resolved which is unlikely based on the company history...
If I were those existing EVEP shareholders then I would liquidate all the positions ASAP then use all the proceeds to buy any Zero-Debt stocks whose Cash Value and Book Value are all Double of its current price (such as NSPR).
The positive is that they still have money left on their credit facility which will cover all of their near term needs. No risk with bankruptcy at least in the near future.
Another New 52-week low $0.37 was created today! Endless New Lows? Anyway EVEP (Nasdaq stock) has the CV/BP ratio 0.197 now v.s. the NYSE peer (NSPR) has 11.391 Times Higher ratio 2.244! The higher the ratio, the more undervalued a stock in terms of CV!
Note, CV = Cash Value per share, BP = Bottom Price per share.
earnings EPS whiff, rev win
new 52 week lows soon
Another New 52-week low $0.5304 was created yesterday! Endless New Lows? Anyway EVEP (Nasdaq stock) has the CV/BP ratio 0.34 now v.s. the NYSE peer (NSPR) has 7.412 Times Higher ratio 2.52! The higher the ratio, the more undervalued a stock!

EVEP hit another New 52-week low $0.595 yesterday! Let's see if the pos scam will bounce back to $0.77 again in the coming days... It is up 12.61% so far from its New bottom!
The CV/BP ratio is 0.3 now v.s. the NYSE peer (NSPR) has 8.4 Times Higher ratio 2.52!

EVEP created another New 52-week low $0.6102 today! Let's see if the pos scam will bounce back to $0.77 again in the coming days...
Anyway the Cash Value of EVEP is just $0.18 a share. So the ratio of CV/PPS = $0.18/$0.6102 = 0.29 v.s. the NYSE peer (NSPR) has the ratio 2.52 (=$1.26/$0.50)! In another word EVEP is 8.7 Times More Expensive than its peer stock (NSPR) in terms of the CV!
I bailed out at 1.22...took a beating...
EVEP hit another New 52-week low $0.6241 after today's Very Bad News --- analysts cut EVEP to "SELL" rating today from "hold"! The cash dividend should be cut to Zero in the coming quarter! I would suggest all the existing EVEP shareholders to liquidate this pos scam ASAP then use all the proceeds to buy any "Zero-Debt and both Cash Value & Book Value over 100% of its current price" NYSE-peer stock like NSPR to recover their huge losses here...
EVEP has Giant Debts --- $612.18M! Its Cash Value is Mere $0.18 per share from the latest 10-Q!
Nice to see EVEP bounce 25.7%+ to $0.88 from $0.70! Anyway it has already declined back to $0.79 now...
It has been Hyper Oversold during the past few weeks --- from the previous bottom $1.43 to the New bottom $0.70! The NYSE peer (NSPR) has $1.26 a share Cash Value and $1.13 a share Book Value plus 100% Debt-Free v.s. trading at 60.3% ~ 55.8% Huge Discount price levels $0.5001 now. And EVEP has $612.18M Debt, $0.14 CV, and $14.74 BV!
EVEP just hit another New 52-week low $0.7 today! It has already crashed 51.05% from the most recent new low $1.43! I bet the cash dividend will be cut to Zero in the coming quarter! I would suggest all the EVEP shareholders to liquidate it ASAP then use all the proceeds to buy any Zero-Debt and both Cash Value & Book Value over 100% of its price NYSE peer like NSPR to recover their huge losses here...
EVEP has Giant Debts --- $612.18M! Its Cash Value is just $0.18 a share!
Why the crap and very stupid CEO didn't liquidate those extremely under-performed bad assets to free up as much cash as possible to pay off those Giant Debts to avoid the fast-coming CH11/7-Bankruptcy?
"MLP Stocks: The Biggest Losers in 1Q17" --- Can EVEP survive? Why could it hold the Bottom at as high as $1.43 while its major peers are trading at pennies with the similar SS and balance sheet?

This pos scam might file the bankruptcy very soon since because the huge debt is sitting on the balance sheet for so long while its cash position has shrunk huge since the oil price crashed a year ago...
The pos scam just hit a New 52-week low $1.43 today! Another new low $1.2 will be created as soon as next Monday. Sell ASAP before any bad news...
So oil AND nat. gas are up yet this thing is sinking like a rock...WTF is it going to take to get this POS going in the right direction? I bought when gas and oil were pretty much where they are at now yet the stock is down over 50% from where I bought it. And I get no divy to boot!
