Another New 52-week low $0.5304 was created yesterday! Endless New Lows? Anyway EVEP (Nasdaq stock) has the CV/BP ratio 0.34 now v.s. the NYSE peer (NSPR) has 7.412 Times Higher ratio 2.52! The higher the ratio, the more undervalued a stock!

Note, CV = Cash Value per share, BP = Bottom Price per share.

Nice to see EVEP bounce 16.893% from its bottom $0.5304!
