If anyone is looking for a board for ATNG this one is about closed down. ATNG completed their reverse split and has a new name. The letters are ZANN and there is an I-Hub board already.
If you multuply your number of shares :: example 3,000,000 at the previous price of 0.0003 you had shares worth $900.00 With a 1 for 900 split you now would have 3333 shares. At the current price of 0.60 they are worth $1999.80. You are now ahead versus where you were .

Thanks Meli. I phoned my broker and was told the new symbol was ZANN. Then this OLD memory set to work and I recall posting that in the past. Wow. I am now down to 3333 shares.
I guess we learn more every day. I will hold for a while and hope this reverse split ends up like RCO which has gone from
$1.33 last Friday to a close yesterday of $5.37.

Meli.. Thanks for the info, I think. One for 900?? Wow. That is the steepest I ever saw or been part of. When I saw today's closing of 0.0003 I thought I would average down. How could they pass this without a stockholder vote? Do the insiders own that many shares? If they do, that is a positive because they are taking a 1 for 900 hit also.
I hope you are still on the airwaves and know some answers to the questions so I know what to do tomorrow morning. When does it become effective, do you know? Is my math okay that we would then trade at $2.70 per share?

It was sometime in October. I don't live that far from their HQ, so I thought I may take a weekend spin just to see if what they were saying was accurate. They have been pretty forthcoming when things have been delayed (i.e. hurricane delaying infomercial), but I hadn't seen anyting concerning a delay in the office building.

I have looked at my own post number 178 fter thinking of how Ron Garner had replied when I asked him if my latest purchase od ATNG was smart or ill-advised He STRONGLY suggested I look at the Company Profile and, in particular, the strategic patners. I looked again and see
Blue Kiwi Inc.
Danitom Holding Corporation
Future Beverages Inc.
OILX, Inc.
Pathobiotek Inc.
Am I missing something? Does anyone see anything here that I am missing regarding the future of ATNG?

you mean something like MHUT,TRGC were there actual price is 0.02 and the ask price is 0.20 or 0.005 and ask price 0.01 ....
however in pink sheets they mention the ask price and ATNGs ask= actual price.. i am not sure how this works.

Thanks Chucker....I did read about other companies, listed on Berlin Exchange, two things: First, that it was bad to call attention and second, the short selling was indeed suspect in the U.S., Bahamas and another one that I don't remember. Some American brokers have also, been named.

Good morning all. Late yesterday Ron Garner phoned me in reply to the e mail I sent him. Our conversation was 30 minutes long. I then sent him another e mail and he replied that I could post the conversation here. I had sent him 5 specific questions.
The name change to Zann is correct. ATNG will have shareholders meeting on November 30th and the Insiders have such a number of shares that we will NOT be voting on the name change . The name is a shortening of a family name of a founder or co founder of the company. The change is for better name recognition for the business AS IT WILL BE.
Ron Garner works for EQUITILINK and they handle the PR for ATNG and about 300 other companies. They are not small. ATNG is on the Berlin Exchange but he says they have NEVER traded one share there. He feels the shorting is here and in the Bahamas, etc.At this time ATNG will not request a de-listing from Berlin because it will arouse attention in Berlin.
ATNG does not intend any announcement of why the share price has dropped AT THIS TIME.
He said he did not know the current number of shares outstanding and, when i asked about how many shares were out 6 months ago he also did not know the answer.Maybe he knew and did not want to tell me.I also asked about a share buyback but he said that ATNG may buy some shares back but, at this time, will not preannounce it lest the MMs drive the stock. I told him that I had bought more shares and asked if this would be smart or foolish when I look back at it. He advised he could not answer that question but did so in such a manner that indicated I would not be sorry.
I reminded him of a PR on 6-22-04 when ATNG said they had a profit of $2.1 million and still had 2 weeks to go in the quarterATNG never followed on that PR to say if they did actually have a profit. He did not know the answer but assumes they did.
Lastly he invited me to look at the company profile which I did and we all should. In particular check out the " stategic
partners" We parted that once a month I will send him an email with questions ( in the event he has to look up anything) and would then phone me when he was free.

i can not find this information about zann where did you see it.
if that is the case, it sould raise a flag. could be many things they could be boughtout from another bigger company, example att and cingular where they changed the symbol. acquition with another company. they could be going bankrupt.
