Good morning all. Late yesterday Ron Garner phoned me in reply to the e mail I sent him. Our conversation was 30 minutes long. I then sent him another e mail and he replied that I could post the conversation here. I had sent him 5 specific questions.
The name change to Zann is correct. ATNG will have shareholders meeting on November 30th and the Insiders have such a number of shares that we will NOT be voting on the name change . The name is a shortening of a family name of a founder or co founder of the company. The change is for better name recognition for the business AS IT WILL BE.
Ron Garner works for EQUITILINK and they handle the PR for ATNG and about 300 other companies. They are not small. ATNG is on the Berlin Exchange but he says they have NEVER traded one share there. He feels the shorting is here and in the Bahamas, etc.At this time ATNG will not request a de-listing from Berlin because it will arouse attention in Berlin.
ATNG does not intend any announcement of why the share price has dropped AT THIS TIME.
He said he did not know the current number of shares outstanding and, when i asked about how many shares were out 6 months ago he also did not know the answer.Maybe he knew and did not want to tell me.I also asked about a share buyback but he said that ATNG may buy some shares back but, at this time, will not preannounce it lest the MMs drive the stock. I told him that I had bought more shares and asked if this would be smart or foolish when I look back at it. He advised he could not answer that question but did so in such a manner that indicated I would not be sorry.
I reminded him of a PR on 6-22-04 when ATNG said they had a profit of $2.1 million and still had 2 weeks to go in the quarterATNG never followed on that PR to say if they did actually have a profit. He did not know the answer but assumes they did.
Lastly he invited me to look at the company profile which I did and we all should. In particular check out the " stategic
partners" We parted that once a month I will send him an email with questions ( in the event he has to look up anything) and would then phone me when he was free.
