Attention Q-Net Longs:
I am convinced we are going to come out of this dificult situation sometime soon. James Baker has been the catalyst for change in this company. Change does not come easy or without pai. Changing auditors in this very nervous post enron environment has made the process very difficult for the company indeed .
If you look only at the USA side of the Q-net deal you just see unhappy investors and a company with no money left.
If you look at the Chinese and pacific rim side of the equation you see
I see small company in a absolutely great position, with great products and services led by really good people. The company stock price is incredibily cheap...way too cheap to reflect the real situation. Things will change just have some more patience. Don't sell it's not worth it. and I see things coming around sooner than you think. Right now everything is negative and for good reason.
But if Q-net can pull in some financing then watch out
Things may seem to look real bad right now but we have seen things turn around real quick. I am hoping Mr.Baker can pull things together and get us on the right rack.
qinman more great news q-net does deal with citrix a standard and poors company. go to web site and pick it up and posted it please. things are starting to happen at the price of the stock this is a steal
NEWS !!! Baker becomes President and CEO !
LOS ANGELES, Feb 3, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Q-NET TECHNOLOGIES, INC., (QNTI) (Frankfurt:QNO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James D. Baker as its New President and Chief Executive officer.
Mr. Baker has been serving on the board of directors for Q-Net Technologies (Q-Net) since August of 2002, and has held a number of board and executive positions in a number of start-ups and early stage companies while also having been involved as a founder and entrepreneur's entrepreneur in assisting others to develop their companies to success. Most recently, AegiSoft Corporation, a digital rights Management Company that was acquired by Real Networks Inc. at the end of 2000.
Prior to joining Q-Net, Mr. Baker was President and a director of Targitinteractive Inc, a leading interactive marketing services provider, where he remains a board member.
Mr. Baker has been involved with integrated computer systems and cutting edge technology for over 30 years and has been responsible for raising over $30,000,000 for the 6 companies he was involved with in the very early stages usually as either as a founder or co-founder.
Mr. Weiguo Lang, Chairman of the board of directors for Q-Net said, "Since Mr. Baker's appointment to the board the company has benefited greatly from his experience and this has helped guide us in some significant areas of our business. His ability to move and communicate within technological business circles has helped us achieve a number of significant developments for the company which we feel will bear significant fruit for the company and its shareholders as we continue our growth under his guidance. Having said that, and then considering his previous experience within the Chinese business environment the board of directors saw it as an obvious and natural transition for Mr. Baker to take over the role of CEO and President."
In 1995 through 1997 Mr. Baker was Chairman and director of International Pressure Vessel Inc, (IPV). IPV held the global technology transfer rights on a Chinese technology, superior to any other pressure vessel technology throughout the world today, which required him to work closely with Chinese agencies and government officials on a regular basis. He is very familiar with Chinese business practices and maintains close relationships with his network of associates in China.
"I am excited to find such an exciting opportunity that takes me back to China with a young aggressive company that has developed technology that I personally think will be a staple for the Chinese educational market with Q-Net's multi functional electronic reader, the "Q-Reader," and provide a serious alternative to the PC market within the Chinese business environment with Q-Net's Thin Client Server computing solution. Q-Net's ability to introduce one of the world's lowest cost Thin Client Server products to the Chinese market in conjunction with major US Software Firms is a magnificent opportunity. Both of these product lines will ultimately have worldwide opportunities, as our cost structure will make us a force to be reckoned with. The people and the products Q-Net has been working with and on are the reasons I'm here," said Mr. Baker.
Q-Net Technologies, Inc. is a California based publicly traded holding company with a focus on the introduction of consumer technology and value added Internet services into the Chinese market.
QNTI doesn't need shorts covering their position in order to get the price back to where it should be trading. This company has so much going for it that, over time, I see the confidence of the investment community returning (and the stock price) once they roll out the e-reader and install their first thinnet deployment.
Don't underestimate this company and the people they have working for them. I'm sure some investors will bail or have already bailed at under a buck. I doubt, once things get rolling, that the market will value Q-Net at these low levels forever.

Q-Net Technologies Announces Financing
MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2002 7:27 PM
- PrimeZone
LOS ANGELES, Dec 16, 2002 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Q-Net Technologies, Inc., (QNTI) (Frankfurt:QNO) ("Q-Net or the Company") is pleased to announce that its private placement for 5,000,000 restricted common shares at $0.10 cents per share has been fully subscribed. Total proceeds to the Company will be $500,000 USD and full funding will be completed by December 31, 2002. An additional 350,000 shares of restricted common stock will also be issued as a finder's fee in conjunction with the financing. This is equal to 7% of the total funding being received by Q-Net.
"We are pleased to receive the funding at a time when the company is ready to launch production, marketing and sales of its proprietary Thin Client Server computing solution technology, (TCS) and also develop a more aggressive marketing and sales program for our multi-functional Internet capable PDA / Electronic Reading Device, branded as the Q-Reader. The Company has received significant interest from a number of sectors, most notably from the educational, banking and publishing industries within China, as well as other Chinese enterprise groups," said Mr. Weiguo Lang, Chairman and CEO of Q-Net.
Q-Net reported in September, that it had experienced its first sales of the Q-Reader and had completed fabrication of the TCS terminal boards. This initial funding allows Q-Net to aggressively ramp up its programs for sales, marketing and production. More importantly, this funding will allow Q-Net to begin capitalizing on the large interest demonstrated in January of this year when the Company received pre-orders of more than 24,000 Q-Reader units when it was introduced at the International Publishing Show in Beijing.
Mr. Lang further commented that, "This is an exciting time for the company, as we are sitting on the verge of introducing our products to the broader Chinese market and all indications and interest received have been extremely encouraging. We look forward to going into the New Year knowing that we can begin to fulfill this interest. Also, one of our goals of the Company in 2003 will be to explore the possibilities of product introduction to the wider global market. We have received significant and positive interest from places such as Australia and other parts of Asia as well as North America."
Mr. C.S. Wang, President of United Sincere Limited, the funding group, stated that: "We are extremely happy to be involved with Q-Net at this early stage of its sales, marketing, production and post development for what we believe will be ideal product lines for the Chinese market place. I am extremely encouraged by the interest demonstrated while completing our due diligence of Q-Net's products and management, and believe that this initial investment will be the beginning of a more lasting and progressive relationship for both parties. Should the company meet its short-term milestones we look forward to providing further financial support to the Company as it progresses forward in executing its business."
United Sincere Limited, (USL) is a privately owned Investment Holding company based in Taipei, Taiwan. USL's financial activities primarily focus on commercial opportunities in China.
Q-Net Technologies, Inc. is a California-based publicly traded holding company with a focus on the introduction of consumer technology and value added Internet services into the Chinese market.

500K short shares out there !
Let's see if covering those shares will cause the marketmakers to jump start the price back to a buck.
I always knew that QNTI was cooking up business opportunities in Beijing. Now I'm glad they got some financing so they can launch e-book production. That ought put some smiles on the faces of the Q-net longs.
January should be a very decent month too for the stock market in general.
attention, i hear there are a couple of solid news release comeing this week . this company is far from dead it double in price last week and is heading higher. i also heared from a very reliable sourse that there is a 500,000 share illegal short ouy of wood gundy in vancouver ouch this thing should rise
Looks like we are experiencing a spike in volume today
I'm not sure why.
I still think QNTI is a good place to stash a few bucks long term. Maybe more than "just a few bucks". We should bust 1/2 a million in shares traded today. So somebody must consider a decent investment at under .20 cents a share. Considering the focused objective that CHINA (PRC) has on growth (especially in technology), I'd say QNTI will be trading much higher soon in the future.
Good luck to the longs !
Another Good Press Release
Q-Net Technologies, Inc. Completes Modular Software Solution Package for Small and Medium Sized Businesses; Initial Sales in Beijing
9/26/02
By Staff
LOS ANGELES, Sep 26, 2002 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
Q-Net Technologies, Inc. ("the company") (OTCBB:QNTI) (Frankfurt:QNO), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing Qinnet Technologies, Co., Ltd. (Beijing Qinnet), is pleased to announce the completion of its Q-Net Web Solutions modular software package, targeting the small and medium sized business market in China.
Q-Net Web Solutions ("QWS") has designed a proprietary modular software package allowing the estimated 8.6 million companies in the small to medium sized business category, to create and maintain a professional web presence without the expense of in-house technical staff. The QWS software suite is designed in modules, allowing each customer to choose the desired function or functions from one or more modules to implement its website on a functional requirement basis. Each module of the package can work independently or can be linked to other modules to work together. The customer may choose one or two modules initially, and subsequently expand its website at any time by adding additional modules. Accordingly, users may spend as little as $100 U.S. to install an entry-level module to establish a web presence and as much as $1,000 U.S. for companies seeking a more sophisticated consulting services and website presence. QWS has been created as a "One Stop Web Solution Shop." Currently it is estimated that there is less than 5% of small to medium sized companies in China with a web presence.
"Common barriers to having a web presence in China are the cost, time and quality of having a website built. We believe the inexpensive 'One Stop Web Solution Shop' approach encourages confidence, cost and convenience for customers, and we also believe that it provides an affordable and effective solution to these barriers. As China continues its move towards globalization of markets and business, the many millions of small and medium sized companies seeking such services as the QWS 'One Stop Web Solution Shop' approach is only expected to grow. And now that China is part of the World Trade Organization an efficient and effective website takes on a more important role for these businesses. This web presence provides access to the International market place that was previously not readily available to this business segment primarily because of cost," said Mr. Weiguo Lang, Chairman and CEO of Q-Net Technologies Inc.
The QWS modular software package is a proprietary software technology owned by the company. It is being distributed and sold throughout China under the Qinnet brand name. Initial sales have begun in several cities in China. The company is currently increasing its marketing and sales team.
Q-Net Technologies, Inc. is a California-based publicly traded holding company with a focus on the introduction of consumer technology and value added Internet services into the Chinese markets.
Good Press Release
This bodes well for the future.
The stock price will take some time to recover but IT WILL RECOVER IMO.
The company's stock price is trading at a price a lot lower than what the company is really worth.
Q-NET TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ANNOUNCES SALES OF FIRST Q-READERS
Los Angeles, California. September 17th 2002: Q-NET TECHNOLOGIES, INC., (OTC BB: QNTI / Frankfurt: QNO) is pleased to announce it has completed production of the first 100 commercial Q-Reader units and that due to demand and interest, the scheduled test sales program of 50 units was increased to 60, and that all were sold immediately. The remaining 40 units are reserved for post-sales service and demonstration purposes. The Company is scheduled to begin its next production run of 1,000 units in October.
“The company is extremely pleased with the intense interest that has been demonstrated for its Q-Reader product line, and this reaction by the publishing market to the first publicly available units gives us great satisfaction as we move forward on our production schedule,” said Mr. Weiguo Lang, Chairman and CEO of Q-Net Technologies, Inc.
In January of this year the company, in conjunction with its joint venture partner, Liaoning Publishing Group (LPG), one the largest and most respected publishers in Asia, introduced the prototype Q-Reader unit at the International Publishing Show in Beijing. During the three (3) day event the company received order interest for 24,700 units. With the launch of publicly available units and a production schedule now in place, the company fully intends to capitalize on this early interest and proceed to secure hard orders in the form of deposits and delivery dates. The company’s marketing strategy calls for the units to be sold throughout its established marketing channels, including more than 1000 LPG retail bookstore outlets within China, which will be supported by traditional print and media advertising as well as trade shows. The units are currently only available in China.
“After 18 months in development we are very happy to see the Q-Reader come to the market place and fulfill a market that, we believe, will only become larger. The Q-Reader satisfies a very large need in both the professional services and education industries as we in China seek more effective and in-expensive ways to deliver not only technology, but also information and literature on a timely and immediate basis. From educators in the northern reaches of China to doctors in the heart of Beijing the Q-Reader, with it’s Internet connectivity, will allow teachers and school children to download a semester of required course text, at a fraction of the cost of traditional paper books, and a doctor the latest medical journal from Europe or the United States,” said Mr. Yu Xiaoquin, Vice President of LPG and President of Liaoning Qinnet E-Book Technologies Co., Ltd., the joint venture company.
The Q-Reader is a hand-held device, approximately the size of an average paper back novel, capable of receiving, storing and displaying a large number of electronic files, in English and Chinese, via telephone modem from the Internet. Directed to the educational, professional and research markets, the device features complete Internet, email and Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) capabilities. Each of the downloaded “e-Book” files contains an “electronic book," such as a novel, a textbook, technical treatise, scientific journal, a periodical, dictionary or an entire newspaper. With 16 MB of memory, the Q-Reader can store the equivalent of 20-30 books each from 200-300 pages long, based upon the size of the published material. Each can be erased after use or maintained for long-term reference depending upon the owner's preference and the source of material.
The device features adjustable character sizes, enabling use by those with vision difficulties. A student can download an entire semester of textbooks into the Q-Reader. With diverse applications, a medical researcher can obtain the latest published research report on a particular subject. A lawyer can download legal texts and a physicist can obtain up to date articles from the most recent journals. The Q-Reader also contains a unique student “study outline” feature and will be delivered with a complete Chinese and Chinese-English dictionary, historical and geographic information, entertainment programs, as well as a $300 US credit to download publications from major publishers in China. The Q-Reader is expected to retail in the $400 US range.
Q-Reader content or “e-Books” is available through the company’s content website www.cnbook.com.cn. Currently there are approximately 2000 tittles available with more being added each day, as well as from other sources available on the Internet. This content will be provided by some of the largest publishers in China and from other sources internationally. At present the average cost of e-Book content will be aproximately $1 US, a fraction of the cost of printed texts.

i think you will see a lot of upward movement from here, being close to some people in the know there ai quite a lot of buying line up. yes there is quite a short position at nite . buying brings in buying stay tuned. anyone with any smarts will aveage down it will pay off
I think if you check, you'll see a bunch of 144 registrations a few months ago. My guess is that they were investors in the original Company waaay back when and just want to get out. They apparently have no involvement with the China activity.
Also, as I said earlier - SHORT SELLING! Easy to short a stock when it's thin and low priced! Fortunately, it works in reverse on the way up, if and when that happens. Too bad the wonderful MM aren't supporting it at the moment.
Keep the Faith.
Heavy Selling Volume
Does anybody have any comments as to where the selling volume is coming from ?
Geez, for more than a year, a day would go by and we'd be lucky to sell 1000 shares now the volumes are consistently over 50,000 per day which is great for liquidity but awful if you are long in QNTI.

Meademixer
Thanks for the note.
Trading action in QNTI is quite strange
155K yesterday in regular trading with 40K in after hours.
I don't have a clue what is going on but it makes no sense.
I had, up to now, convinced myself that the shorting theory was a pile of bunk but now I'm not sure. The trading pattern is in my opinion now very similar to typical programmed shorting activity.
Qinman.
Well, I guess a was a bit early!!
From what I can ascertain, like the rest of the Market in these turbulent times, there is a total disconnect between the present stock price and the potential value.
I still stick to my prediction that the price will rise dramatically when the Market turns (if it ever does - starting to doubt it!).
Remember, they can all only go to "0" before this happens. Hope I cheered you up.
Bears look to be running out of steam. Get ready for a run.
From what I understand, the proper people in China are involved. We'll see, down the road.
yes what you say the chinease market is enormous. what do you know about thier market, it sure seems like the short players are on this , but i agree they will get burned.
Seems to me like this Company has an enormous amount of potential. The China market is virtually untapped! Stock seems VERY cheap. However, at this moment, looks like the shorts are having their way. They'll get theirs - not much stock around. The Company hasn't even geared up its PR yet.
Yesterday's announcement on the Q-Reader:
Q-Net Technologies, Inc. Introduces Electronic Reader
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12, 2002 9:05 AM
- Internet Wire
LOS ANGELES, CA, Jun 12, 2002 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Q-NET TECHNOLOGIES, INC., (QNTI) has announced the formal product launch of their Q Reader, a multifunctional electronic reading device at two international expositions held in Bejing, China from May 23-25. Over 800, 000 people attended the International Technology Show, according to event organizers, the China Council on International Trade, while over 1 million people were expected to attend the Book and Publishing Fair.
Q-Net has received initial orders for 24,700 of the bi-lingual Q-Readers from 20 distributors in 18 provinces. Plans call for 30,000 units to be delivered during the last half of the year.
The Q-Reader is a handheld device, approximately the size of an average novel with a large, readable screen, that can download, store and display 25-30 books of between 250 and 300 pages each, known as "E-Books," as well as periodicals and research materials. In addition to reading capabilities, the unit features Internet connectivity, with full sized text, e-mail and PDA functions, all in the English and Chinese languages.
The Q-Reader was developed in conjunction with the Liaoning Publishing Group (LPG), one of the most advanced publishers in Asia.
"We were thrilled by the reception given to the Q-Reader by publishers, electronics distributors and government officials," said Frederic R. Mann, II, President and Chief Executive Officer of Q-Net. "The device has been seen as presenting new opportunities to expand education and communications worldwide. The globalization of literature and educational resources is well underway."
With offices in China and in the US, Q-Net Technologies has developed and provides electronic publishing, software and computer systems in China and throughout the Pacific Rim.
We're at 1.95 this morning I see
It looks like we got hit pretty hard yesterday.
I'd loveto know who is selling and where the shares are coming from. The float on this company, I understand, is very small.
Fundamentally, I see no reason for the drop in the trading price other than : someone is selling large blocks of paper off, or
the shorts or MM are shorting this stock for their own private gain.
Insiders, in my opinion, are not selling any shares.
So hold on and let's see where we end up at the end of the day and where we will be in a month or two (or six).

Introducing Consumer Technologies and Value-Added Internet Services
To Selected Markets in the People's Republic of China
Q-Net Technologies, Inc. ("Q-Net" or the "Company") is a U.S.-based holding company that is developing two high-potential businesses and is on the threshold of marketing roll-outs to selected markets in the People's Republic of China.
•
Liaoning Qinnet E-Book Technologies, Ltd ("LQ"), a 70%-owned joint venture with a large Chinese publisher, has developed a sophisticated electronic reader that includes Internet access, e-mail and PDA capabilities in English and in Chinese at a retail price well below laptop computers with similar capabilities. LQ also has other electronic publishing technologies, all with potential international applications. The first of these products will be introduced to the Chinese marketplace later this month, and there are early indications that it will be very well received.
•
Thin Client Server ("TCS") is designed to provide businesses and individual customers with a low-cost total computing solution. This includes hardware (proprietary terminal devices), operating systems, software applications, system maintenance, upgrades and new technology. These TCS services link customers' computer screens and keyboards to control centers of either their own local area networks (LANs) or wide area networks (WANs) via broadband connections. The cost to the consumer is designed to be substantially less than the cost of purchasing and maintaining PC-based systems but provides similar Internet access, applications and other capabilities. Q-Net plans to introduce its TCS services to the Chinese marketplace by structuring cooperative marketing agreements with systems integrators, direct sales and in cooperation with major telecommunications providers.
•
Long-term revenue and earnings prospects appear to be excellent. Target markets are substantial in size, and Q-Net has developed promising marketing strategies. Operations are expected to turn profitable in 2002, and large earnings gains are in prospect for the following years. These positive prospects hinge upon management's ability to raise growth capital.
•
The stock appears to be significantly undervalued. It should gain investor recognition as management makes further progress in executing the business plan.

Corporate Strategy
Q-Net Technologies, Inc. is a vehicle designed to introduce consumer technology and value-added Internet services to the Chinese markets. There are presently three operating divisions: Liaoning Qinnet E-Book Technologies, Ltd., a joint venture with a Chinese partner that is introducing a low-cost electronic reading and Internet access device and other electronic publishing technologies; and, through Beijing Qinnet Technologies, Inc., two separate operations: The Q-Server, which is introducing Thin Client Server Technology that offers a full range of computer services without the cost of rapidly obsolete hardware, larger servers and the attendant support requirements; and QWS, which is developing and providing enterprise software systems for e-commerce. The Company's Chinese operations are all managed by talented local management based in China.
Q-Net's growth potential in China appears to be substantial. The Chinese economy is the largest and most rapidly growing in the world, and the telecommunications and information sectors are particularly robust. Many large, state-owned industries have been privatized, and the country has been approved for membership in the World Trade Organization. China is home to the second-largest number of home Internet users in the world after the U.S., outstripping its more-developed neighbor Japan, according to market researcher AC Nielsen, and the total is expanding quickly. Commercial development of Internet opportunities lags that in the U.S., and there are significant opportunities for growth and expansion in many niche markets.
Liaoning Qinnet E-Book Technologies, Ltd.
Liaoning Qinnet E-Book Technologies, Ltd. is a joint venture with Liaoning Publishing Group of Companies ("LPG"), one of the largest and most sophisticated publishers in China. LPG is headquartered in Shenyang, a major industrial city in northeast China. The venture is introducing into China an electronic reader (the "Q-Reader") and associated content (www.cnbook.com.cn).
Liaoning Qinnet E-book Technologies, Ltd. ("LQ"). LQ is the joint venture operation incorporated by the Company (70% owner) and LPG (30%) in accordance with the Enterprise Laws of the People's Republic of China. As of today, the Company has advanced approximately $400,000 to fund initial start-up expenses for LQ, and LPG has advanced approximately $240,000. These start-up expenses included substantial disbursements to engineering firms and for the project's operating expenses. The two parties to the joint venture have agreed to increase the capital investment to total $5 million, to be used as working capital to fund growth and production requirements.
The Q-Reader is an electronic device, approximately the size of a paperback novel, that stores and displays published materials downloaded from an affiliated web site as well as from the open Internet. Standard storage capability (16 mb flash memory) allows the device to hold 20 or more books, from 200 to 300 pages each, depending upon the size of the published material. This storage capacity is expandable. The Q-Reader also features full Internet, e-mail, and Personal Digital Assistant ("PDA") capabilities. The device is designed to display content in both Chinese and English, and it is pre-loaded with a Chinese and English-Chinese dictionary produced by The People's Textbook Publishing Company. Chucka ( Chuca at SI ...what near 10,000 postings ago! )
What you have to remember here is.....
You have to differentiate the behavior of the stock (trends, patterns, previous hi and lows etc.) totally from the progress and performance of the company.
Don't tie the current stock price to what is or isn't happening with Q-Net in China right now.
If the E-Reader becomes a hit in China alone then every dollar invested in QNTI at this level will produce a significant
return on investment over the next 12-18 months.
"Significant" is defined to me as $ 40.00 per share.
Yes, I agree, I am pumping this stock but you don't have to agree or even read what I have to say. But I am allowed to published the fact that I am excited about being a "long term long" in this company. I am very comfortable that, over the short and long term, Q-Net will treat us (as investors) very
well for supporting their business plan.
And remember the fact that most technology based companies are suffering right now.
Qinman
you think the ereader is a cool product. it has lots of potential. its a no brainer. this product will sell in china like crazy

I know we are a multi dollar stock but I found a great MARKET DEEPTH for free at a penny site : On the Left Mid SIDE it says OTC Level 2:

TEXT: "".. SCHWEITZER A Biography George Marshall and David Poling A highly readable biography of one of this century's most famous figures : "An absorbing, deep-reaching, enormously rewarding study. It reads like a novel, but has the sobriety and savor of first-rank scholarship. No student of Schweitzer can be without it; and I would strongly recommend it for the general reader interested in penetrating to the heart and thought of this remarkable genius."--Norman Cousins

The Global Search Challenge, first of its kind, transforms exploration methodologies of the past, to ways of the New Economy. The Global Search acts as a virtual exploration tool over the Internet, allowing all participants to reap benefits beyond the scope of their expectations. This innovative concept is an evolution of Goldcorp Inc.'s successful Challenge event, which prepared the industry for a phenomenal revelation.
Idea & Concept
The breaking of a tradition, changing of the rules, going where no one dared to go, describes Goldcorp's; "the Challenge". Global brainstorming, online collaboration, integration of technology in an age-old trade, accomplished by giving away a sacred, protected document, the Database of a mining company. The Challenge, was featured in the July issue of Forbes Magazine, an early August issue of the Financial Post, the September issue of Business Week Magazine, and also received several media reports by CBC radio and CITY TV, created pioneers out of over 1400 participants in the first ever Internet Gold Rush. The Challenge concluded with 49 submissions and the odds of winning being 1:2 for those who submitted. 25 semi-finalists were selected, promising them their chance to win a fair cut of the $500,000 US. Such success has urged us to think how we can benefit the industry with the use of this concept and vehicle has become the Global Search Challenge.

Qinman, you are right there are many opportunities. especially the tcs project is perfect for a country like china cause of economics . this company will go places i am quite confident.
I see the e-book as the largest opportunity for Q-Net but by no means is it the only one to watch. Weiguo has built some great relationships in China and the door is now open for future business opportunitites. The e-book is the one to watch and should produce solid returns within 12 months. I really like the company and the management team which is in place. I even like the stock price better at this level. - Qinman
i know this company real well . it is unbelievable what opportunity they have in china and how well they are connected. they are goin to do well. the ebook reader is an unbelievable product in the world's largest market. it is a palm piliot on steriods or a mini pc with all the cabalities at very low cost.
I used to work next door where these guys are located in Philly, at 1600 Market at Center Square way back in 1976 when the tower opened brand new. Concrete made to look as WOOD WEATHERED LOOK so new way back then?..at Center Square...I THINK reading Machine FOLKS E Book are now next door! Or The Block. SEE what I saw - this is a neat COMPANY and WILL GROW: Jus said VERY WELL....a bargain op....in a quarter century what will it GROW TO see next door folks I helped grow from a 250 million $ level company then to whoa ...78 offices international co near a BILLION in BILLINGS and as when I was company Ombudsman between Management and Employees one year, it was a PRIVATE not public Company so is still that way NOW, no opportunity to grow with it I had when I left that next year!
NEXT NEARBY QNTI is where I use to work:OLD NAME TPF&C, heck I met Mr P LOL
