Hate to argue with you. But I be been in business to long. That salary does not justify the stage this company is at! He’s not running a fortune 400 business not even a fortune 10,000 business. That’s a middle finger straight up at his stock owners and his perception of the value of a dollar. That salary is starting to convince me and his announcement of a R/S that I need to sell my 6Mil shares and move on

Don't get to excited. Even with zero dilution (which I applaud! ) this stock is at exactly the same price as before Logan took over when it was nothing but empty shell. That's with creating a crypto mining company, getting up to 753 miners. Why's that???? something smells (pun intended).

It is just math, take Q4 and divide by the average BTC price tells what they are approximately doing, expecting Q1 to be slightly higher.

4th qtr $421,188 / $30,000 BTC ave = 14.03 coins.

They added 30 miners on January 31 to bring total to 752 +/- (from Jan 31 tweet). So, 722 miners for January and 752 +/- miners for February and March.
BTC daily average high price January = 43.8k, February = 50.3k, March = 67.6k. Average daily high price for BTC during 1st quarter = 53.9k. I'm thinking around $2.1 million projected revs for Q1. Just a guess with some fuzzy math.

Agreed!! 3rd Qtr will tell us if we are going to ever turn any profit here or not. BTC will be over 100k by then and "maybe" Logan will have all his ducks in a row by then. Crypto is less crooked than the OTC IMO as you can afford to play Blue chippers in crypto, plus you can trade 24/7. I too am going to hold and not fold, but then again I don't hold as much as you Sniffin! BTW, how you weathering that storm in Southern Georgia this morning?

Make valid good points. Speech is free. Logan should try it. He knows all about the OTC and what spooks investors : RS. To put that in the EOY fins was for a reason. Logan's silence should have tipped me off 6 mos ago. But of course my values to trust until proven otherwise will cost me plenty here in the OTC again.
Should have known from his past and relatives that Logan wasn't going to be a good , transparent CEO that had "HIS" shareholders best interest at heart, but to sell shares at better PPS at any cost to give him a paycheck on the backs of shareholders.
The only way I can see not to have to wrestle with "Is this company trying to scam me" is to stay the f%ck away from this crooked SEC OTC rigged Market system.
Crypto maybe be the only way to invest without having to trust in people and companies that thrive in this SEC sewer
I going to hold this, it's now just a big lotto play
