RS will happen after fins. At this PPS point, doing a RS will have min effect on the PPS. If a companys BTC sales run around 2mil/yr, with plans to increase miners; your MC will not be 1.2mil IMO.

He can’t retire shares w/o buying them back, the company does not have the funds to do that. The way I see it he lost credibility he may end up doing rs soon cuz he can’t get the pps up with his attitude. The way he answered those questions he did not show he cared about the shareholders.
