Can't wait for some action on this tickers 22 will be a very good year.
Yup not worth parking yo cash here
Either way, I’m not touching any DE shells
Too many others to risk $$$ on.
Over a year ago. They have special SEC council and need help. Garbage

It’s under petition, so the process has begun.
Not true. It’s not in an active custodianship. The old company won’t file in time and Synergy can’t get a decision. It will go grey 100%
In my opinion, ICRD ain’t going to any grey sheets.
It’s already locked into the R/M process.
It has another 18months.
R/Ms fall into the SEC exceptions.
It’s down around page 96 on the new rules.
These things are always written to be vague and double talk.
I’m not sure a stock needs to be granted custodial to gain the extra 18 months or be before a Custodial court?
I got an e-mail into Ben on this. He has enough lawyers sucking his knee caps to figure it out.
I’m getting out of all R/M plays that are high floats or not going anywhere..
Best be cautious.
And who knows what your Broker’s knee jerk reaction is.
Synergy is asking for help contacting old management. They are a joke. It’s done and will be grey market.
I mean, don’t get me wrong, but this has only a 23mm Float @ .01 is under $300k
I’d assume the rest of the O/S is the control block.
It’s a killer shell to hold.
But that damn DE is backing that 3 month trending slide in price.
Retail has no faith in DE.
Explosive if they got off their butts.
But don’t listen to me. I sold my SNRY many weeks ago.,
Yulp
But it’s a DE shell and those tools are in no rush to do anything.
Is there hope for this custo play - I bought some today?
Just bought some today - is this Synergy/Ben play still alive?
What?
I always do that. Doesn’t everyone?
My BIDs might be set too deep. Patience wins everytime.
yeah, these DE ones are becoming frustrating. DE judges suck ass. My feet are stuck in the sand though, not giving up on these 5
To quote Larry, “It’s like wiping before you poop, it just don’t make sense”
5/26 Synergy update.
https://www.synergymgtgroup.com/updates/update-52621
”I reached out to Mark Gentile the Amicus Curiae for the Delaware custodian cases via telephone and email asking him for timeline on his feedback as was under the impression he had thirty days to submit. I will let you know if I find anything out. out to Mark Gentile the Amicus Curiae for the Delaware custodian cases via telephone and email asking him for timeline on his feedback as was under the impression he had thirty days to submit. And some debt never dies, it just continues to build interest for ever.
But what fool would not negotiate? Like this is not the only shell out there
And with the new rules come Sept28th, this could vanish for ever. It’s almost like this is it’s last hope with synergy.
These Delaware shells look like a bunch of court bitchs getting their egos off.
I like the O/S and trending stock price.
Volume is anemic, but that’s expected in these.
That second guessing to buy then hold is half the fun
Yep courts slow AF. Ben mentioned he hoped to hear back this last week, maybe this coming week we’ll hear something.
Me too.
Nice Pennant Flag forming. It’s gotta break one way or another.
I’m low on the BID with the unknown and time dragging on.
If it breaks down, great.
If we get a good update, I’ll slap.
Courts are slow and people get bored.
Hopped back in. Either trash or a gold mine but this SS is fire at this prices if it goes through.
wake me up when we are!
What happened to the narrative of this being the best thing since sliced bread and all the buddy buddy info from DLARS?
24M unrestricted going to be a fun one
lets get that custo granted !!
True. Chancellor Bouchard wanted the issues with the other 3 tickers resolved before ruling on the new petitions. Also, IVS was granted custodianship a few years back but for some reason they filed their petition in Nevada. Subsequently, due to past debt at the time, they filed to be released as custodian. According to Ben, those debts should be past the statute of limitations.
No mention of this ticker genius. Still in limbo, no ruling, no progress. That’s why IVS quit it.
Read the yesterday part... Those were holding every petition they had at Delaware... ALL OF THEM. GG
Update 12/10/2020 https://t.co/CuAogXBY9Z
— Synergy Management (@synergymgtgroup) December 10, 2020
And huh? Old petitions for custody have nothing to do with synergy. IVS was the last to try and bailed. $600k in debt plagues the ticker and the judge hasn’t ruled favorably in the past for a custodianship. I’m hopeful and sent a letter of support but there seems to be more here.
They don’t have custody so they can’t handle anything
That wasn’t even the issue.. Old petitions needed to be handled with their issues before pushing any news ones through. Today they just handled the 3 holding us back. Fully expecting to hear something next week now...
Delaware is ridiculously slow. Sucks. So it churns.
Clowns don’t like money, they need their little noob flip. You know this is going .10+ second custo is granted right? Quit walking the ask down you clowns...
I got lucky and got a few in the low twos, but I’ve had to pay a little higher for some as well. Would be nice if this stayed off the radar for another week or two but it’s creeping.
.027-.028 was the sweet spot for sure. Took a ton of .03’s over the last couple months. Accumulation is through the roof.
Was hoping to get some more low twos, nobody selling
Launch pad initiated
Yep been in for a bit.
smart move ..one of Synergy's other custodianships CLH* printing over $1 today w/ 24M OS
Grabbed a starter here, share structure is beautiful
Not selling just saying it’s boring. Delaware can move it along
Lol until it gets granted. Hit my bids if you want out. Accumulation line going up for a damn good reason.
