I would agree with you on that one Miami. Yes I know of people who sold cos they were uncomfortable about the AS and RS talk. And I would gladly increase my position if that assurance would be given by the CEO instead of board members here. BCAP has a very good business plan, and if Matt can show his shareholders he is going to be working even slowly with time on his plans, he will get a huge support. I don't think he could or should ever guarantee this. He made the mistake to say it the first time, but market conditions and unforeseen business events will always make an A/S and R/S a possibility. Dwyer needs to work hard to avoid these possibilities from happening. That would increase investor confidence. We shall see what he does soon as the acquisition of the brokerage will require additional capital so he must raise capital somehow. If he does it without diluting the value of current investors shares, we will see a renewed interest in BCAP. This is my hope and reason why I patiently wait for more answers.

I like you hope these things come to pass. If the preferred shares and brokerage acquisition is successful as it seems they will be, then we should be on the way again.

BCAP is a great idea that will be good for a lot of folks. I am optimistic that things will turn out as we think.

If he's smart and wants this stock to go up again, even before
announcing any brokerage purchase or anything, all he has to do
is take his A/S and R/S statements back in a PR and then WATCH
how this will run again in anticipation of a brokerage.

These were the 2 issues which drove most investors away, I advised
him to correct that mistake many times, in person right after the
CC and when I posted here afterwards.

If he takes those back many investors will get back in and maybe
including myself too. That was what turned me off mainly.

That's a good way to show good intentions and to restore his
credibilty. He needs to listen to some advice once in a while...
