POSC owns IMGM? This should be trading higher ....
It's been a few months now and no word on the late 10Q, it would be nice to know what the company has been up to lately. Still waiting on this one though, lots of potential here and with any volume moves very quickly.
Agreed....I'm just waiting now...only a matter of time IMO!
Hey Xtreme81, thanks for keeping the board updated. I like checking in once in awhile just to see if anything is going on. Been quite here for awhile, but when this does end up moving it will move fast, not many shares under .10. Hope it happens sooner than later.
This one's gonna get exciting next week I hope! Closed with 2 on the bid at .02 and just 1 on the ask at .021 then .10! Overdue for news and once eyes find this hidden gem it will take nothing to send it into orbit!
I shouldn't be talking to myself much longer! :)
Not gonna be quiet around here much longer! Til then, I'll just continue talking to myself :)
Updated a bit....will do more over the next few days!
Interview - Source: Water Innovation Issue: 64
PET, rPET: A Sustainable Future
Launching originally as Planet Green Bottle, demand from early adopters led to the creation of The Planet Bottle Corporation (TPB) which uses Reverte technology – developed by UK based Wells Plastics – to make it oxo-biodegradable. Water Innovation talks to TPB President Eleanor Reynolds
The Planet Bottle is designed to oxo-biodegrade through the inclusion of Reverte additive. What is Reverte and how does it work?
TPB is manufactured with 100% rPET supplemented by Reverte which renders its oxo-biodegradable. Oxo-biodegradable technology has been used for 20 years to biodegrade plastic film and bags and has been legislated by many countries.
There is a movement by countries to eliminate plastic bags – and we believe bottles will follow. Italy has banned plastic bags unless they are biodegradable (see page 5). The Planet Bottle deals with the problem that 72% of PET bottles go to landfill or the environment and are not recycled.
Many bottlers are using increasing proportions of rPET. Does TPB use rPET and does Reverte work with rPET ?
For over a year we have been advocating a total switch to 100% rPET – with Reverte – to deal with the reality that some companies are largely unsuccessful in their weak pursuit of a socially responsible position on recycling and reuse. Non-beverage PET bottles are largely not recycled.
A biodegradable additive is starting to be demanded by the consumer as a necessary permanent total solution. We think that recycling is good, but 100% rPET with Reverte is best.
The inclusion of rPET has led to the opportunity to educate consumers about their roll in closing the recycling loop. How do consumers react to the concept of biodegradable and is their understanding and acceptance growing?
TPB was invented out of the perception that the consumer was beginning to have real concerns on the impact of plastics on the environment. It is generally believed that plastic bottles will last in landfills or the environment for perhaps 1,000 years.
We think that recycling is good, but 100% rPET with Reverte is best
“”PET plastic bottles were invented only 60 years ago and we already have a problem. The answer is 100% rPET for the 100 billion PET bottles recycled and oxo-biodegradable for the 300 billion not recycled!
Consumers today are educated more than ever, children are assisting them in their purchasing decisions. The educational curriculum in elementary schools in the United States includes knowledge and education devoted to eco-friendly concepts. Consumers are demanding eco-choices when it comes to the decision factor on shelf. They analyse packaging and brand owners have noticed this and are continuously seeking innovative packaging concepts. To reinforce this, we work with brand owners to carry the TPB logo which clearly identifies the greenest choice on the shelf: ‘The Planet Bottle – Bottles that won’t cost The Earth!’
Can Reverte work with plant based PET options?
TPB is manufactured with 100% rPET and is oxo-biodegradable over 10-20 years. The PlantBottle is manufactured from 35% sugar cane and 65% from virgin PET pellets – therefore ‘biodegradable’ over perhaps 1,000 years.
PLA based bottles are growing rapidly. Only the smaller companies can go the road of PLA because of the needs of collection and industrial composting. Likely a positive long-term movement. Availability and price are an issue. We see PLA as a good thing.
What have been TPB’s greatest successes?
TPB’s early successes were predicting the future. Our success stories are coming only from brand owners who are serious and willing to do their homework. As examples: Alberta has a deposit law and 80% recycle rate for PET bottles. A large private label company in Alberta received the exclusive contract for the G-8 and G-20 Conferences in Toronto. We have a contract with a branch of the US Military that wants PET bottles to disappear 10-20 years after they pull out of Afghanistan. We are negotiating to go to 100% rPET with Reverte with a water company in Quebec where the largest competitors have already gone 100% rPET.
Brand owners doing their homework find that 100% rPET is not enough if they are to convince the consumer that they are eco-leaders. TPB is working with brand owners who are eager to be first to market with the greenest bottle on the planet, swaying consumer purchase power from their competition.
What next for TPB?
It is obvious to TPB that the early adopters can have a first move advantage by going to 100% rPET before their competition. TPB has an easy time selling to a competitor who has been trumped by a rival brand that moves to 100% rPET and misses the oxo-biodegradable feature. The biggest impact of TPB will likely come from the non-water category. TPB offers premium brand owners a process or method to enhance their brand by sending a strong eco-message to consumers by packaging or bottling their branded products in containers that have been manufactured with the qualities afforded by oxo-biodegradable technology. From household chemicals, personal care, food and drug, wines, spirits, beverages. Everything PET, everything should become The Greenest Bottle.
That is just in case anyone else joins me here...otherwise I'll just chill with myself
Board is waaaay outdated...I'll try and get the mod position and get it updated

Change in Directors or Principal Officers
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Agreements of Certain Officers.
On June 3, 2010, Joseph G. Oliverio resigned as Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant, Corey Conn resigned as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant and Neil Sy resigned as Director of the Registrant.
On June 3, 2010, Patrick J. Rooney, Ghassan Barazi and Nicholas Anthony Havercroft were elected and appointed to the Board of Directors of the Registrant. Also on that date, Mr. Rooney was appointed Director of Corporate Development and Mr. Barazi was appointed the Registrant's President.
Patrick J. Rooney, 70, Chairman and Director of Corporate Development. Mr. Rooney is a co-founder of the Planet Green Bottle Corporation and has served as its Director of Corporate Development since 2008. Simultaneously therewith and since 2004, Mr. Rooney has served as Director of Corporation Development for IMAGIN Diagnostic Centres, Inc. ("IDC") a Canadian company which is a pioneer in imaging-based cancer, cardiac and neurological disease diagnosis. Mr. Rooney became CEO and sole director of IDC in February, 2007. Patrick Rooney has a long career of founding and funding early stage technology-based medical and environmental companies that have a purpose of making a contribution to the health and well-being of society. Historically Mr. Rooney has completed approximately 150 initial public offering (IPO's) and/or reverse mergers. Mr. Rooney was the control shareholder and CEO of an office services company Services Resources Corporation (name changed to Ameriscribe) whose shares were listed on the N.Y.S.E. and was sold to Pitney Bowes.
On September 27, 2007 the Ontario Securities Commission alleged that Mr. Rooney and IDC traded in securities of IDC without registration. Mr. Rooney and IDC have opposed the allegation. After a hearing, a decision has not yet been rendered by the OSC. In 1987, Mr. Rooney was charged by the United States with tax evasion and signing a false tax return for taxes due for the taxable year 1983. At trial Mr. Rooney was acquitted of tax evasion and convicted of signing a false tax return. The amount of tax unpaid as calculated on his 1983 tax return charged in the offence was $9,000. Mr. Rooney paid taxes in excess of $800,000 in 1983 and it was demonstrated at trial that Mr. Rooney in fact overpaid his 1983 taxes therefore an acquittal for tax evasion resulted. In 2001, Mr. Rooney settled a civil case with the Securities and Exchange Commission on alleged insider trading, without denying or admitting wrongdoing and agreed not to conduct activities paramount to operating as a broker/dealer. Mr. Rooney agreed to a settlement which included return of profits and penalties in an amount of $1,800,000.
Ghassan Barazi, 46, President, Director. Since 2007, Mr. Barazi has served as the CEO of CARE Imaging Centres, and CI Pharma, both companies involved in performing PET (positron emission tomography) scans for cancer patients. Mr. Barazi, a mechanical engineer, started his career when he formed Cad Venture, a company specializing in computer aided design for the mold, and tool and die industry related to the automotive manufacturers. He redirected his career to the medical business as a co-founder of The Windsor Laser Eye Institute. Barazi helped launched ICON Laser Eye Centers Inc. in Canada in 1995. ICON became the fastest growing Lasik Company in the world, boasting more than 40 centers in Europe, Canada, and the USA. Mr. Barazi established a marketing concept around "The War Room" a centralized call center, backed by a web-based driven patient acquisition methodology and value pricing. Mr. Barazi is considered a marketing expert especially in the segment defined as the retail medicine industry.
Nicholas Anthony Havercroft, 45, Director. Mr. Havercroft is a co-founder of the Planet Green Bottle Corporation and has served as its Chairman since 2008. Mr. Havercroft has successfully established and currently operates various large scale farming enterprises, steel manufacturing business, fruit and vegetable importing and tobacco manufacturing businesses.

Agreed...keep an eye out here guys...
Could be the sign of news on the wya now.
bids are starting to stack up at .06, 3mm's on .06. ask is looking thin, one on .64 then its up to .09. just need a little volume now, a pr will take care of this or even a single buyer cause float is low. once it starts moving those 3 mm's on .06 will have to start chasing
I agree and as soon as we work thru the premature ejaculation of stock sales created by mass hysteria of distrust for the good stock pickers on the IHUB it will go up.
We have set record new lows on the IHUB in what people have been chasing qand losing money in last month and until people build trust in there DD and the stocks they buy we will see this as a problem plain and simple.
slow trading today, this is really one you just need to be patient with. all the dd says it will pay off big time though.

I agree and it was a nice way to end the day. LOL I was a little worried when I saw the .04 but iot came right back fast. I am in till we get the next news and waiting.
you see that trade at the end? someone dropped $35,000 maybe they know something
I agree and they are going to have to go much higher then this to get mine.
lol
crazy how locked up shares are, less than 9,000 shares brought it from .04 to .085. i'm patiently waiting for a big volume day, this thing is gonna rock
the email sent out last night is helping the wave email last weekend so we will see great returns here as the new year starts. This week and last are just plain dumb trading across the market as one wants in and another wants a tax loss onlyu to buy higher next year.
thank you for posting all your hard work, i've been reading over a lot of the info you posted and doing a little of my own dd and it looks like this play is gonna work out very well for all of us who are buying in now, this is VERY undervalued.
level II bids are starting to get thicker 1 on .055 and 2 on .05 but it doesn't seem like anyone is even willing to sell that low just about all transactions today have been on the ask

CALGARY, Alberta, Mar 9, 2011 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Imagin Molecular Corporation (IMGM.OB) (the "Company") has agreed to change its corporate name to The Planet Bottle Corporation as approved by consent of a majority of the Company's shareholders. The Company's management has decided to focus on its creative solution for introducing biodegradable plastic bottles to the food and beverage industry.
As the Company pursues its business objectives it will transfer all of its operations and investments in the imaging business to IMAGIN Diagnostic Centres, Inc. (IDC) a Canadian company. Included in this plan is a reversal of the plans to acquire and/or develop cardiac and cancer imaging centres across Canada. The Company has reversed the planned transaction with IDC wherein IDC acquired control of the Company through the conveyance of 3,100,000 Class B Convertible Preferred Shares of Positron Corporation in exchange for 310,000,000 common shares of the Company's common stock.

Imagin Molecular under its newly above name "The PLANET BOTTLE" is in the process of developing and introducing a biodegradable plastic bottle which it will brand "The PLANET BOTTLE... The GREENEST Bottle on the Planet". The company's second initiative is a captive subsidiary, Worldwide Franchise Group that owns the Canadian master franchise right for Sign-a-Rama (Canada) and is developing strategic alliances with developers of franchised concepts across Canada.
